I’ve lost my first 1/2 stone (7lbs)!!!!
So proud of myself, I’ve lost 7lbs since 1st January. I’ve dropped a dress size and feel much happier in myself.
Im still aiming for another stone possibly 1.5 stone but see how things go. I’m definitely much stronger from all the yoga 💪🏼
