Loved the soundtrack, the footages and the narration, old school documentaries indeed have a special feeling. Moreover, the subject itself is fascinating, ravens are one of the most interesting and mysterious animals ever, they probably the smartest birds and one of the most intelligent beings ever found.

In the last days I reached the conclusion that only certain circumstances or things are capable of awaken specific mindstates, for example certain songs, certain places, certain moments, certain flavors, certain smells, certain sounds, only through these specific elements I am able to reach certain ideas. For that reason, it's fundamental to learn what each thing brings to my mind, therefore I can use it in an advantageous way and have more control over my mind.

Francesco de Masi is probably one of the most underrated artists I found in the last times, it's disappointing I never heard of him before, his compositions from the 60's and 70's are definitely classics.

“Sometimes it's necessary that we remember and reinforce certain important lessons that we have learned in the past, because throughout the days we may distance ourselves our even forget such lessons without noticing, therefore it's necessary to always write the most important lessons down on a certain paper, hence we can look at it every day.”

I used to be like that when I was younger, a modern hermit, however throughout the years I started to become more social and blended in. Still, honestly today, sometimes I think again about returning to such life style, but this time in a more mature and wise way, because unfortunately my current life is surrounded by a toxic and tiring environment, I feel like I lost part of my identity, part of myself, just to fit in and I want to recover my lost part.

I believe that sometimes certain coincidences that appear throughout the day and we interpret as a message from the universe, are in fact not to say something is going to happen, but to say we are going to the right path, so it depends mainly on our attitude, actually the universe only guides us, however who has to act is always us, without our action nothing happen.

I found this song some weeks ago and I instantly loved it, I really enjoyed the mix of shoegaze, indie and new wave influences, it brings me quite unique vibes. Freya is probably one of the youngest promising singers that I heard in the last times, I am looking forward to see some new songs of her in the future.

That's indeed interesting, I agree in a lot of ways, actually much of what I wrote in my first scientific article was about such topic, I believe the limitation of standardized tests is undermining and overlooking many other skills that students have, hence a lot of potential is wasted and lost everyday around the world.

I was thinking that maybe there is a grain of truth of practicing the repetition of mantras, I believe when you start to repeat a certain thing to yourself, after a certain point your subconscious will start to believe in it, that is, the repetition of an idea leads to a real thing, but you must be able understand what you are repeating to yourself, otherwise it will be useless.

For some reason this song brings me some late rainy night vibes, I feel like I am walking around Italy in the 80's, it's really late, rainy and kind of foggy, I am just alone walking on the streets, probably going home.

Even in the 1960's Chicago already had this "big city" feeling, it had already large buildings, large streets, lots of vehicles and lots of people. For me the Chicago skyline is possibly the most beautiful of all the large US cities.

Today I have just noticed that sometimes the reason for us to be unhappy with our lives, unhappy with ourselves or unhappy with everything is because we put too much pressure on ourselves, we put too much pressure to make things happen faster, we put too much pressure to do everything perfectly, we put too much pressure on everything we can and then we notice it's just an illusion we created, we notice it's not that bad, we notice we actually did well, we notice we still have a lot of time, we notice we can even fail if we have to, it's ok... it's part of the process. Then we notice how far we were from our real path, from our own pace, don't let your anxiety dominate you, because you have to dominate it, unfortunately our anxiety is like a beast that if we can't dominate, it will grow and grow and spread in every part of your life, tame your anxiety, control the pressure you put on yourself, find the balance, that's one of the key lessons in life.
