سنن ابن ماجہ کتاب: فتنوں کا بیان باب: مصیبت پر صبر کرنا۔ حدیث نمبر: 4031 حدیث نمبر: 4031 حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رُمْحٍ،‏‏‏‏ أَنْبَأَنَا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ،‏‏‏‏ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ عِظَمُ الْجَزَاءِ مَعَ عِظَمِ الْبَلَاءِ،‏‏‏‏ وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ إِذَا أَحَبَّ قَوْمًا ابْتَلَاهُمْ،‏‏‏‏ فَمَنْ رَضِيَ فَلَهُ الرِّضَا،‏‏‏‏ وَمَنْ سَخِطَ فَلَهُ السُّخْطُ. ترجمہ: انس بن مالک (رض) کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا : جتنی بڑی مصیبت ہوتی ہے اتنا ہی بڑا ثواب ہوتا ہے، اور بیشک اللہ تعالیٰ جب کسی قوم سے محبت کرتا ہے تو اسے آزماتا ہے، پھر جو کوئی اس سے راضی و خوش رہے تو وہ اس سے راضی رہتا ہے، اور جو کوئی اس سے خفا ہو تو وہ بھی اس سے خفا ہوجاتا ہے ۔ تخریج دارالدعوہ : سنن الترمذی/الزہد ٥٦ (٢٣٩٦) ، (تحفة الأشراف : ٨٤٩) (حسن ) Translation: It was narrated from Anas bin Malik (RA) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "The greatest reward comes with the greatest trial. Maarif-ul-Quran Surah 30 - Ar-Room - Ayah 15 أَعـوذُ بِاللهِ مِنَ الشَّيْـطانِ الرَّجيـم بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ فَاَمَّا الَّذِيۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا وَعَمِلُوا الصّٰلِحٰتِ فَهُمۡ فِىۡ رَوۡضَةٍ يُّحۡبَرُوۡنَ‏ Translation: So as for those who had believed and had done righteous deeds, they will be in a garden, extremely delighted. Commentary: Commentary فَهُمْ فِي رَ‌وْضَةٍ يُحْبَرُ‌ونَ (They will be in a garden, extremely delighted - 30:15). Yuhbarun (يُحْبَرُ‌ونَ ) is derived from hubur, (حَبُور)which means happiness, joy, or delight. This word encompasses all types of delight, which the dwellers of paradise will draw from the bounties of Paradise. The Holy Qur'an has not specified this, and has rather kept it generalized. At another place it is said فَلَا تَعْلَمُ نَفْسٌ مَّا أُخْفِيَ لَهُم مِّن قُرَّ‌ةِ أَعْيُنٍ (32:17) that is, `no one knows in this world what delight and joy is in store for them (the people of Paradise) in Paradise'. While explaining this verse some commentators have mentioned various delightful things, which all fall under the category of joy and delight.
