I can relate to what you wrote on your page. I make art to show my soul that I am listening. I saw that quote one day and it has stuck with me. Thank you for sharing. If I couldn't draw I would go insane.

It’s really true — art heals the soul. For me, it’s almost literal. If I hadn’t started drawing back then, in the circumstances I was in, just to let some of it out… I probably wouldn’t be in this world anymore.

I’m glad you understand this feeling too. It’s strange how putting ink or graphite on paper can be the thing that keeps us grounded.
