yesterday i had a very bad episode and decided to paint

i know it’s pretty ugly, i’m not good at painting but i know that some people with bpd will understand this

what i wanted to express is the pain of splitting, the person in the middle is the “normal” me who has to put a smile on my face even though im hurt, the pain of dealing with these extreme emotions, getting confused (hence the black cloud above their heads - spiral of different thoughts/emotions) and hiding my intrusive thoughts with simple “im okay”

i just wanted to share it here bc i don’t think that anyone irl would understand this
