Hear me out... The Cheshire Cat as Silco. It makes so much sense to me. They're both, in their own way, a guide for each girl. Different? yes, but similar enough for me! anyway, here's a human cheshire cat concept. I tried to base his features off of an oriental shorthair

He has greying hair with big streaks of black and the scars on the right side of his face mimic his fur pattern. He also has tattoos, strange and cat-like yellow/orange eyes, and an earring like his in-game model. Last but not least, he is known for that signature grin he has.

For this AU I was thinking for the scenes like when Jinx is in the cell and talking to Silco, Alice would see him as a cat because that's how she saw him in her mind. Does that make sense? I could technically just make them the real "counterparts" like the game, but this is more fun.
