You don't know how happy I am for finding another almond x herb (almondherb??) shipper out there. I have all these little ideas that I don't know who to share with, so I might just start randomly spamming you with them (sorry in advance). Herb getting a little hurt and Almond getting all worried (even tho Herb has healing abilities). Almond trying to read more books about gardening in between his cases. Or maybe Herb visiting certain office daily just to put a blanket on top of a sleeping Almon-

Not that I know of! Honestly I just call them almondherb and the only people I know that talk about the ship are me and a couple of friends on twitter 😭

What device and softwares do you use for your pieces? And what can you recommend for beginners (and broke ones at that) because I really wanna create digital art, thank you!💖💖

Hello!! Thanks for sending an ask! First of all I want to say I'm nothing more than a graphic design student so, not an expert at all on this kind of stuff, just first-hand experience (´ . .̫ . `) also english is not my first language so, sorry if something doesn't make much sense! //

*About my own drawings, lately I'm mostly using procreate on the iPad for convenience, but I definitely prefer to work on the computer. The first drawings I posted here are all made on CSP with my old tablet.

There are many good programs to draw on, Krita for example, is completely free and it's good and easy to work on. Clip Studio Paint is one of my favourite programs, it's paid, but I think it's worth it for all it has to offer.

As for devices, I use a very old Wacom Bamboo, so I don't have much experience there, but there are new brands now that are good and cheaper than Wacom. I now Huion is pretty good, a friend of mine got the cheapest Huion tablet we could find and it works perfectly (it was the H420 I believe).

You should look into it though!! If you're sure this is something you want to do and work on, get a tablet you at least know will last for some time, look for reviews online and stuff like that.
