i feel disgusting, i’ve had like over 900 calories and it’s only 4pm… and the worst part is that i purposely ate more today than normally bc of feeling so weak this morning but i just can’t shake off the feeling of guilt
i’ll probably have an apple later on in the evening ONLY so that i won’t feel like absolute shit in the morning tomorrow but GOD eating more than you’d want to is awful😭
chile anyways if i gain tomorrow imma kms OH AND ALSO i promised to go for after work drinks tomorrow so that’s fuckin terrifying since i hardly never manage to stick to only one drink…

i know i have to eat a little more than usual today since waking up feeling absolutely horrible but oh god how that terrifies me… i’ve been eating arouns 600-800 cals for the past days and i KNOW that if i have that same amount today, i’ll not make it to work tomorrow, not to even mention through the day…

83 kcal omelette !!🍳🍳
ssooo, i just made this dinner omelette for myself and it was actually quite filling so i thought i’d share the recipe!😋🍳
i used one egg🥚 (70kcal), 25 grams of bell pepper🫑 (7kcal) (i mean not the round one but the long pepper that’s pretty much the same thing but in a longer shape and i don’t fucking know the english word for it), 2 cherry tomatoes🍅 (6kcal) and some salt and pepper.
i just sliced the veggies super small and mixed everything together and then fried it on a small pan. i didn’t use any oil or butter to keep the calories as low as possible and tbh it turned out more like scrambled eggs rather than an omelette but oh well🤷🏽‍♀️
anyways if you’re looking for something low cal and kinda filling, go ahead and give it a try!

a bit disappointing to see the scale go down “only” .3kg but i gotta remind myself that even little progress is better than no progress. and it’s not like i have anything or anyone else to blame, i did have like 1300 kcal yesterday… yeah physical work tryna kill me.
anyways working again today and after that i’m going to the hairdressers to cut my hair, i’m thinking maybe about taking around 10cm off of my hair 😛

You’ve lost some weight
That’s great, truly! You’re finally seeing some progress. It feels euphoric, like all your hard work is finally paying off.
But you can’t stop yet. No, no you’re not done yet. Sure, you look a little slimmer from certain angles, maybe your collar bones stick out a bit more or your ribs show when you lay down, but that’s not good enough.
That’s not all you want right? To look good at SOME angles? No, you want to be beautiful at EVERY angle. You want to look thin without having to pose for it.
You want your spine to poke out without having to hunch over. You want your hands to be boney and slim without having to flex them. You want your stomach to be flat without having to lie down. You want a thigh gap without arching your back. You want to be skinny without having to FAKE it.
Keep working. Keep starving. You’ll get there, but you cannot reward yourself until you’ve made some REAL progress.
Do not be happy with mediocrity when you can have perfection.
