'Project Room Key' is a H.U.D. program to put homeless folks in Motels to avoid #Covid_19, then into housing. It ends on Sept 30th and 1,000's won't get a home.

They're not pleased...

The article says 4-million+ people in Tigray, Ethiopia are facing 'Serious, acute food insecurity.' The author is clearly someone who, faced with a spade would call it a manually-operated earth redistribution utensil.

If you mean these innocent souls are approaching starvation, say so??..

With 2-million+ people marooned on the streets the leaders of Tacoma, WA have announced a...'novel' solution to end homelessness:

He did tours in Iraq and Afghanistan and says people should regard Veterans being homeless as a tragedy. Couldn't agree more! In L.A alone there are over 4,000 people who risked their lives for this wonderful country.

And their reward was a park bench and handouts.

Of all those marooned on the streets, children are the most vulnerable and most in need of rescue. Callous, uncaring, intellectual myopia like this defies logic?!
