David loves the height difference between him and Angel. He loves being able to tower over them and fully envelope them, and it makes him happy that he can keep them safe.

Angel still waits for David to come home every night. David initially gently told them not to, as they’d always end up falling asleep in weird positions that left them sore, but eventually he gave up after seeing how stubborn they were about it. It gives him another reason to look forward to coming home - so he can take them to bed and see the way they curl up into him in his arms, still half asleep.

On days Angel is tired or had a rough day, David could always tell. He’d cuddle with them on the couch and let them play minecraft and ramble about their day. He’s developed a liking for that game now, as it’s something that helps them relax.

He loves the way Angel would always turn in his direction when he walks into the room. The bright smile that lit up their face every time ignites fireworks in his core. He can never resist, and would always walk up to them and give them a kiss before doing whatever he planned to do.

Angel has definitely pretended to stay asleep even as the car came to a stop in front of their house, just so that David could carry them in. The smile on their face would give them away, and David would always notice and let out a chuckle, kissing them on the forehead.

Angel now comes home with flowers to give to David every other month, even if there’s no special event or anniversary in particular. David now has a few vases around the house, and he’d prep them and display them. David gives them flowers too, so their home end up filled with them all year ‘round.

When David picks Angel up they always wrap their legs around his waist, holding onto him like a koala bear. David holds them up with one hand. (He strong)

Somehow David can perfectly recreate a dance after seeing it just once. It’s unfair. Angel would show him the most recent tik tok dance trend (eg the samba whisk), and he’d do it perfectly first go.

I love how everyone’s freaking about how happy Sam sounds in the foolsiverse. The fact that the setting of the audio is so close to Sam’s HBS 23. Grinding on each other in the club and Sam’s lack of dancing skills included. Got me thinking about how it reflects with canon!

You shouldn’t have been shocked by it, the vampire had chosen to keep Quinns companionship for years, of course she was fucked in the head.

Pulling and slicing you apart like a ragdoll as you struggled to regain your footing. Not your best performance, but you made it out.

Keeping a weapon on you is only useful if you’ve got a good grip and God knows you’ve never been able to let go.

That vampire’s dagger protection had just as quickly become her undoing, as you’d shifted from under her grasp and unarmed her. Blindly punching and pulling as you quite literally fell apart.

A jagged cut down the entire length of your spine.

It was new. You had that to thank her for at least. That bruised ache across your body had become numb to you, boring almost. This, this stung like a bitch.

You’d tried to glue it. Reaching behind you to pull and stick your skin together like you were something out of a Tim Burton movie. Each time you joined your shoulder blades in search of healing, you just ended up ruining what had already been mended. Your flesh tearing apart over and over again despite your efforts to accomplish the opposite.

You weren’t sure where this tolerance to pain of yours had come from. You still remembered the first time you’d gotten sick without your mother there and although loathe to admit it, all you wanted was her side to nuzzle in and her sweet voice, however hoarse it had become over the years, to tell you it was all going to be okay. That the bad feeling would have an end.

Now, you couldn’t recognise yourself without hurt. Because that pain was the only thing keeping you present, keeping you from fading behind that flaming anger you’d tended since you were young.

The fever continued to creep up around you, an embrace. Not quite your mothers but as warm as it. A body’s way of telling one to slow down, only urging you further to figure out where to go next.

🤍DavidxAngel: I feel like this one is the most obvious but David loves spooning Angel. He loves the way he can encompass their entire body, completely wrapping his arms around them. He nuzzles into their neck & feels like he can finally breathe. After he lost his dad and almost lost Asher, he constantly worries about his loved ones & likes knowing he can at least keep Angel safe when they’re like this. 🤍

🤍AsherxBabe: Asher falls asleep with his arm around Babe & their head on his chest but throughout the night he moves around ALOT. They end up top and tailing, he’ll lay across the top of the pillow’s, half off the bed, you name it. Babe often finds themself moving across the bed to find Ash, depending on how tired they are they either move him back up or just lay with him in whatever place he’s ended up. 🤍

🤍MiloxSweetheart: Sweetheart often ends up sat between Milo’s legs. He massages their shoulders and back whilst they both talk about their work days, trying to relieve some of their stress. They slowly fall asleep against his stomach. Sometimes they turn onto their stomach and trace across his scars if he’s the one to fall asleep first. 🤍

🤍DamienxHuxley: They’re both quite warm so tend to snuggle more whilst watching movies or gaming. But they still always have some sort of contact. One arm around a Dames waist or shoulders, even just holding hands sometimes. Just soft and gentle confirmations of their love whilst they sleep.

🤍GavinXFL: Gavin often find him self falling asleep on their stomach. They like to talk before they go to sleep, Fl laying on their back playing with his hair & Gavin on his stomach between their legs, drawing patterns on their stomach or massaging their thighs. He loves that his touch can do so many different things for them & helping them sleep, especially when they’re stressed about D.A.M.N or overworking, is one of them. 🤍

🤍LaskoxPartner: Lasko often sleeps on his stomach so his partner will work around that. Laying on their side to watch him whilst he sleeps & wrap an arm around him. Sometimes scooping him up into their arms. If they fall asleep first Lasko will climb onto them & just become a human weighted blanket. 🤍

🤍SamxDarlin: Darlin loves laying on Sam’s chest, his heartbeat calms them down & when they can hear it they know he’s alright. Similarly Sam loves holding them, he knows they’re going to get themselves into danger no matter what but when his arms are wrapped around them & he’s brushing hair out of their face or attempting to unfurrow their brows he know’s at least for now that they’re ok and getting at least some of the care they deserve 🤍

🤍VincentxLovely: They both fall asleep on their sides, hugging each other. They both enjoy the closeness and looking at each other. Vincent will often tell them funny story’s if they’re struggling to sleep and they love watching his facial expressions as he does it. Vincent is just so in love & can & will find ways to stare at lovely whilst they do anything, including sleep. 🤍

🤍AaronxSmartass: Sleeping on Aaron’s lap whilst he’s working is now a common occurrence for Smartass. If he’s at his desk they fall asleep with their head on his shoulders and he often carries them to bed. Aaron loves doing it, gently tucking them in and watching them sleep for a little while before trying to do the same himself is his favourite part of the day. 🤍

🤍Imp!VegaxPet: He will literally hold them in a bridal position whilst sitting down. They love plaiting his hair & tucking their head into his collar bone. Pet often falls asleep listening to him talk about aria or whilst Vega updates them on his plans & he loves that they feel safe enough with him to let him completely support them, even whilst they are sleeping.🤍
