Have some soup before bed.

Its 2am, i just finished making some fresh olive garden gnocchi soup since i was craving it and soup is good for me when im on my period its the only way ill eat when im cramping (i lose my appetite on my period and tend to throw up most stuff that isnt soup). Usually id stay awake longer but after a bowl of warm filling soup? Im ready to curl up like a kitten all warm and cozy, belly full of soup.

THISSSSSSS WHY ARE YOY WRITING IN PT 4 FONT PLEASEEEEE MY EYES LITERALLY CANT FOCUS ON TEXT THAT SMALLLLLL

Like literally it all just looks like a jumble of words and it frustrates me and i just end up not reading a fic with small text OR when people decide to make text colored in a weird way, theres this one writer on here where i wish i could read their stuff but because they make every other line a different color it makes it hard to read the to read the entire story when my adhd brain only wants to read the parts that stand out which out of context makes no sense in the whole story.

Guys, if you're making fanfics, please remember that some people can’t read super small text. I know it’s 'aesthetic' and all, but it’s really hard to read—especially for those with vision problems. I'm already hunched over my phone, holding it so close I can see every micro pixel. Just please consider accessibility next time you choose your font size.

Not that anyone cares but.. apple music has all the hobbit and lord of the rings albums… i put them in a playlist in chronological order (according to how i watch the movies, hobbit tril first them lotr tril second cuz duh) and im so happy to fall asleep listening to literally the entire series because if you didn’t know most if not every scene has a soundtrack accompaniment aka you can watch the whole movie by just listening to the soundtracks(it obviously doesn’t have the dialogue but as someone who has seen all the extended editions back to back several times it feels like im watching the movie without actually watching it and i know exactly where i am in each scene)

You can get through this tough stage of life no matter what happens

YOOOOO this is actually so sweet!

Like ill be honest since the moment i turned 20(3 years ago) it has felt like lifes gotten a little harder than it was when i didn’t have as much to worry about, but this morning (4am lmao) i realized, at the beginning of regular show, both mordecai and rigby are 23! I turn 23 this year and i felt like my life was ending the moment i turned 21 because i wasnt doing anything remarkable. Well neither were mordecai and rigby! Those guys didn’t have much going on for themselves, they worked at a park making pretty much chump change, they probably hadn’t traveled the world, i mean im pretty sure neither of them had a college diploma hence why they were working at the park, and when you remove all the moments where something unrealistic happened they were still having fun and living a good life! They didn’t pressure themselves to be something they’re not, yeah they were lazy and played video games probably too much, yeah they didn’t always follow instructions, but you know what? They didn’t let it get them down! They didn’t have their own places to live, they didn’t have cars to drive, and not until later in the show they were single! So i feel like all this pressure to get everything done and over with as soon as possible all because the people i started college with are doing things like going to europe and asia is unfounded because i mean when i had started college(i went to like a… kinda rich kid college) only reason i was there was because i had pretty good grades in high school so i was blessed with a scholarship, had i gone without the scholarship i wouldn’t have been able to afford it so safe to say that most of the people i was surrounded by had the money to travel or not work everyday till 1am to pay rent. Basically what im saying is, Im starting to realize that i dont have to be incredible and life changing right now. Its ok to live a pretty mediocre life in my 20s and fail a bit as long as im having fun and trying! Sure we don’t live forever but like… why spend my time stressing all the time when shits already stressful enough as is!

Hey. Your brain needs to de-frag. Literally it needs you to sit there and space out.

If you want your memory or executive function to improve, stare out a window at the skyline or sidewalk or trees or birds on the electrical wires for like 20+ minutes per day. (With no other stimulation like a podcast or TV if you can manage but hey baby steps innit). If you're fortunate enough to have safe outside with any bits of nature, go stare closely at a 1 meter square of grass and trip out on the bugs and shapes of grasses and stuff.

Literally this will make you smarter. Our brains HAVE TO HAVE this zone out time to do important stuff behind the scenes. This does not happen during sleep, it's something else.

That weird pressurized feeling you get sometimes might be your brain on no defrag.

Give your brain a Daily Dose Of De-Frag.

Dude i am bawling; i read the first half of a smutty fic but stopped halfway through because i couldn’t get over how close to home it was because the reader/main character has adhd and is failing college and that shit stressed me out big time because i am in that exact boat…. Got to the beginning of the smut and was like nope i am not in the mindset for seccy times i got so anxious straight away(it was like a student x proffesor thing where the students failing and goes to beg for a better score but like with all the emphasis on the students failing struggling and not having a good time that shit literally sent me into a frenzy)
