Ambarussa's childhood. Pityo and Telvo are now 20 years old, big enough to visit grandfather Mahtan's remote house all by themselves! After begging their parents for weeks, Fëanáro and Nerdanel relented, and sent the boys on their way. They had drawn a map, but they soon learned it might not be as accurate as they thought it was... should've asked Nelyo for help, he studied cartography after all! It's a big world for little twins!

(Fefe and Nerdie sent Tyelko to keep track of the boys so that nothing bad would happen. Tyelko stays hidden so the twins think they're all alone.)

That's all the boys done! Again, sorry for being late. And yes; the twins are colour-coded! Pityo is blue, and Telvo is green. That's how they were kept apart as infants (Fëanor knitted them little hats) and it stuck throughout their childhood.

I'm gonna be a little late on the remainder of Fëanorian week. Sleep deprivation is so bad my mum thought I was wearing purple eyeshadow. I guess that's very Fëanor-coded of me, though.

Celegorm & Huan

Tyelko was around the human equivalent of 5 years old when he got lost in the forests of Aman. Fëanor and Nerdanel were in a panic, searching everywhere for their little boy. Eventually, after extensive searched yieled nothing, they prayed to Oromë for help. Oromë swiftly located the young elf, who had been missing for several days at this point. Though obviously frightened, the little boy had befriended several animals and learned their ways to keep himself fed and warm during his ordeal, learning to hunt, forage and find shelter. Oromë was much impressed and gifted the young prince his very own hunting dog, a small puppy who insisted on being called Huan and nothing else. Relieved at the safe return of their young son, Nerdanel and Fëanáro didn't protest the new addition to their household. Between Tyelkormo and Huan grew a bond unbreakable until terrible things came to pass.

This is really rushed, but I didn't want to fall behind even further, so I made it a little simple on the colouring... please remind me to never draw a dog again.

Maglor & his spouse. Though he and Siryawë would be part on bad terms and be parted for ages to come , the beginning of their marriage was a happy one. After Siryawë, a dancer at the royal academy of performance arts, lost their leg in a fishing accident, Maglor, a fellow student who had a crush on her, begged his father to craft them a leg so that they could continue her dancing career. She grew charmed of the prince, and they wedded shortly after graduation. They were a famed performance duo, composing music and stage plays together.

Fingon was ever his best friend, and race buddy. Kano's too slow, Tyelko is too fast, Moryo refuses and Curvo is just a baby. Finno sure is fast too, but Nelyo can sometimes beat him because he has the longer legs!

I swear I didn't forget and didn't rush this out in an hour or so with 4000 different filters...

Fëanor if he was Teleri

Fëanor and Nerdanel built their house themselves.

I imagine that they both have a very keen eye for architecture, though it is not their chosen field. They are, however, rather eccentric. Their home is a mix of multiple styles from all over Aman and some styles they just made up. They sourced their materials from all over Aman during their travels. It started as a nice, cosy cottage with a huge creative space for forging and sculpting and science experiments, and with each new addition to the family, they expanded. Their floorplan is super confusing to those who aren't over frequently (Finarfin definitely got lost once), and every nook is filled with art so beautiful you'd think you stepped into a museum.

It's filled with unhinged things: Their basement is made to look like a natural cavern. There's a tree in the middle of their kitchen. There's a pond with a waterfall feature in the living room, complete with fish. Their library has a climbing wall. There's an anvil in the dining room. There's a life-sized statue of Huan on the porch to scare people off. There are at least 5 different pianos, one outside. They have a natural pool with several 6-ft catfish Celegorm brought home. Maedhros has a special, extra tall door in his room. Maglor has a window that doubles as an instrument of sorts made with different thicknesses of glass. Celegorm has a huge lizard terrarium in which he can comfortably lay down and nap. Caranthir has a full-sized crystal-powered "electric" loom. Curufin has a fully functioning mini forge on his desk. the twins sleep in hammocks 12 feet off the floor. one of their bathrooms has beach sand incased in crystal as flooring. Fëanor and Nerdanel have a comically large bed so that all their boys (and the magic dog) could come in for a cuddle when they were smaller. Huan has his own bedroom with an en-suite bath. Yes, there's definitely an anvil in the master bedroom, and yes, it gets used for things that have little to do with crafting. Nerdanel made several statues with Fëanor's glowing crystals as eyes, and they are strategically positioned to give people a freight at nighttime. Their kitchen has 3 ovens and 3 stove tops, each made specifically to cook different dishes. Nerdanel's workshop is so large that the whole extended family could comfortably fit in there. Fëanor's workshop is in the basement, it has reinforced steel doors.

Not gonna lie, my mental health has been very bad lately. It's probably the financial problems and my new meds not working like I hoped they would. I've just been feeling incredibly insecure about my art, my writing... everything.

Oh for sure. And I bet Celegorm was born on one of their travels in a forest somewhere, because he just had to be born a few months ahead of schedule.

I think we can agree that at least one of Fëanor's and Nerdanel's children was born in her workshop because she insisted on going out to craft stuff instead of resting every single day, even in the final weeks of her pregnancies.
