I shopped and meal prepped like woooah today.
Downside, I didn’t have the Tupperware I needed, which I ordered from amazon today. Also, space is hard to come by in my kitchen so it was a struggle.
I did it tho! Meal prepped breakfast, 2 snacks, and lunch for 5 days. Made this strawberry and blackberry oatmeal bake. Hoping for the best there bc the recipe called for rhubarb instead of blackberry but no store I went to had any rhubarb 🤷🏻‍♀️

My measurements and weight as of yesterday, 1/5/19.
My highest weight EVER is now 210 lbs. Ick.
I weighed in at 210 just before I left a job in August because I was supremely miserable and stressed out 24/7. When I started that job in October 2017, I was 175 lbs. and feeling pretty good. I gained 35 lbs. in 10 months. That right there really shows me how much my happiness and stress levels affect my weight.
Anyway, since starting a new job that I love 5 months ago, I’ve lost about 5.5 lbs. without changing much about my lifestyle.
I’m hopeful that I CAN make this stick. My job is so much more flexible now and I think that will make a world of difference.

Onward...
I’m starting this challenge tomorrow with an online community (and one of my real life friends) and like....I’m just hoping that the fact that I do not want to feel uncomfortable at my wedding and if I start now I have time to make significant changes before I even have to dress shop......
I’m very tired of my body hurting from being so much bigger than it should be. I’m scared of what that means for my heart health and my fertility....
Anyway, let’s try this again shall we?

i am so tired of peeing. i drink the water, which i apparently need to live or something, then i have to go put the water somewhere else five minutes later. i drink the water, i go to a place to un-drink the water, i wash my hands, i leave, then i have to drink more water. guess where that water ends up? not in me! i give the water to my body and like a child it tosses it out and demands more. all hours of the day all hours of the night no matter what i am doing my life is interrupted by piss and this is bullshit

I’ve been researching veganism and decided I’m going to try to make a gradual shift in that direction. I don’t know if I have it in me to cut out EVERYTHING that isn’t plant based, especially all at once, but I figured if I tried to find a few vegan recipes I really like, it would make the transition easier. I’ve watched like 4 health related documentaries in the last few days....and ALL of them suggest a plant-based diet, or veganism. And I’m also kind of putting together that 85% of the fitness blogs and instas I follow are also vegan....
Is the universe telling me to give this a try? It sounds so extreme...like keto but opposite an I genuinely feel like keto messed me up.
Maybe I’ll try...
