so I was tasked with watching my little sister during swim practice but its kind boring looking at a bunch of kids who are just trying not to drown racing eachother through the pool so I got myself some ice cream.

So I've been seeing theories on youtube about the next destination in Star Rail so I'm here to add my part (people have probably realized this already but I'm still saying it)

I was listening to the first radio broadcast and also heard about Penacony and that Diamond, the head of the IPC's Strategic Investment Departement, would be attending.

Then I saw this girl.

This is Topaz, she is probably coming up in 1.4 and is a part of the IPC's Strategic Investement Departement!

Sound familiar?

I think that if we're getting a character like this we'll be visiting Penacony in 1.4 and maybe even 1.3 though I think that's less likely.
