JUST THE COWORKER I HATE • JEY USO • PART FIVE
previous chapter :)
WORD COUNT: 2.4k
The fans were already screaming, and the event hadn't even started yet. It was Saturday, and my match wasn't until later on tonight. However, Jey was kicking off the show with his match against Gunther, and he had a shot at the World Heavyweight Championship.
If Jey won tonight, he would be capturing his first ever singles world championship. He's always been known as a twin and part of a tag team his whole career, and tonight he has the chance to prove to everyone that he can be a singles star as well.
Ever since last night when Jey helped me out with my full-blown panic attack--and my sexual frustrations--I just couldn't seem to get enough of him. I woke up snug right up next to him, and it was the best feeling in the world. And the first thing we did after we woke up was having another round of mind-blowing, eyes-rolling-in-the-back-of-your-head sex.
We went to the arena separately, though. What we had going on was relatively new to us, and having so many people bombard us while we are supposed to be focusing on the biggest matches of our career would not have been the right way to go.
I was able to catch Jey before he went up to the concourse for his entrance. His head was dipped down, spraying water into his hair until the ends of his hair were dripping with pebbles of water. His head stayed down, but his eyes shifted over to the left where I was just approaching him. There was barely anyone around, other than backstage crew members hustling around making sure everything was in check.
“I was wonderin’ where you was at, sweetheart.” Jey spoke, standing up straight and ruffling his fingers through his hair to separate the curls. I smiled softly, taking my hand and stroking it through his hair myself. “Sorry, I was caught up talking to Liv. But I did want to catch up to you before you went out.”
“Oh, yeah?” He asked, a knowing grin forming on his lips. I nodded, running my hands down his black, blue, and gold gear. “Yeah, wanted to wish you luck. I hope you win.”
Jey looked around the area, then his eyes dipped back down to me. He lowered his head, pressing a soft kiss on my head.
“Thank you, ma. I’ll be sure to catch you before your match.”
“Okay.” I replied softly, wrapping my arms around his muscular waist. His hands copied mine, rubbing circles on my lower back. He pulled me closer, until there wasn’t a whisper of space between us. I never, never thought I’d be hugging Jey Uso, ever. Let alone sleep with him.
But after these past few months of being forced to be around him 24/7, something has definitely shifted. I’ve been craving his presence. I’ve been craving his touch. And especially after he gave me the best orgasms of my life last night, I’ve been craving everything about him much more.
It was also the fact that he didn’t hesitate to end his night early to come back to the hotel room to help me with my panic attack. There was no frustration behind it. He wasn’t angry. He was there for me when I needed him most.
And that—that flipped a switch inside of me.
I left the hallway, rubbing my right ass cheek Jey slapped as I left, thinking it was funny. But I would be lying if I said I wasn’t grinning like a damn fool all the way back to the locker rooms.
I was laser focused on Jey’s match. The crowd was behind him this whole feud, hyping him up during his entrances and making the whole arena shake with thunderous cheers. There were so many near falls that had me at the edge of my seat, especially when Jey was the one to kick out at the final millisecond.
I was alone in the locker room. Many of the girls liked hanging out in catering or other areas backstage, so I had the room to myself. That gave me the fortunate opportunity to react in any way I could. I could stare at the devastatingly handsome man on the monitor and not get caught doing so.
Jey suddenly trapped Gunther in the sleeper hold, obviously holding tight enough for Gunther to fall to the mat. He fought to get out of Jey’s hold, but then, the unbelievable happened.
Gunther tapped.
Jey was the new world heavyweight champion.
A gasp left my mouth as I slapped my palm against my lips. The whole place went feral, screaming and cheering as Jey was announced the new champion. Jey looked like he almost didn’t believe the moment himself. But when he held that belt in his arms and took a good look at it, you could tell the realization sunk in.
I was so proud. Unbelievably proud. Jey, this man who was always known as ‘the other twin’ or ‘a tag team star’ has won his first singles world championship. And he did it all by himself. He beat one of the best in the business.
Just as I watched as Jey started heading up the stairs through the crowd with his twin Jimmy, a knock on the locker room door sounded through the empty room. I turned around, watching as a backstage employee pointed at me. “You’re up in half an hour. Get ready.” She said before closing the door.
I closed my eyes, starting Jey’s breathing exercises he taught me last night, knowing that if I didn’t, I’d break down on the spot. My match was coming up. My WrestleMania moment was here. It was now or never.
Jey wasn’t able to see me before I went out. Although a part of me was upset, I completely understood. He just became world heavyweight champion. He probably had a bunch of media stuff and interviews bombarding him after his match.
I stood in the gorilla, looking at myself in the mirror in deep thought. Liv was behind me, her title wrapped around her waist and her gear fitting her body perfectly.
“Alright, let’s go kill it, girl.” Liv spoke, massaging my shoulders once. I nodded, turning towards her way and sending a small smile. I swear, I thought I was about to projectile vomit all over the room. I felt like I was on the verge of that horrible panic attack I suffered yesterday.
But then my music started blasting through the arena.
The crowd rose to their feet, phones out, lights flashing, and cheers deafening the arena. I plastered a smile on my face, forcing myself through the curtain and out onto the stage.
There were so many people. So many people. They were all on their feet, cheering for me. The adrenaline that spiked through my body cleared my anxiety, and it felt just the slightest bit easier to breathe.
Liv came out after me, Dominik by her side as always. I jumped up and down in place, warming up my body even though the air in Las Vegas was already warm itself. I tried focusing only on Liv and the title, but my mind and eyes kept wandering off to every single fan in the large arena.
From the start, the match had everyone hooked. There wasn't a single moment where the crowd made zero noise. There was always some cheering and some booing. The boos did get excessively loud when Dominik interfered in the match one too many times.
At the fifteen minute mark of our match, Liv and I were both drained. We were giving it our all, and everyone could see how exhausted we were. When we both rose to our feet after hitting a series on each other, Dom got up on the apron and distracted the ref. I stomped up to Dom myself, pointing my finger in his face.
"Get out of here! What are you doing!?" I yelled, loud enough for the cameras to pick up. Dom grinned, his eyes glancing behind me to where I could hear Liv approaching me. I quickly stepped to the side, and Liv hit Dom with a running forearm, knocking him off the apron. The crowd cheered and laughed as Liv gasped, and I took that pause as an advantage.
When Liv turned around, I performed her own finisher, the Oblivion, and sent her face down to the mat. My heart was racing, my body was sweating, and adrenaline pumped through my veins as I climbed to the top rope, hitting Liv with a frog splash that I was taught from the best. I scrambled on top of Liv, hooking one of her legs with my arm and pinned her shoulders to the mat.
Three slams sounded from the mat, and my music echoed throughout the large stadium. My body was drained, all my energy completely gone as I stared up at the baby blue sky and the sun over-shining the ring.
"Here is your winner, and the NEW WWE women's world champion, Y/N!"
The ref kneeled down next to my side as I sat myself up straight. My lip trembled as all of these surreal emotions came pouring down onto me. I choked up a sob, reality setting in when the prestigious title was placed in my sweaty, sore arms. I dipped my forehead down, resting it on the cool material of the gold belt. I couldn't believe it. I was the champion. I was at the top of the mountain.
I did it.
I rose to my feet, letting the ref take my hand as we faced towards the hard cam. I raised my title up with the ref, my eyes wandering over every single cheering fan on their feet for me. I hugged the title to my chest, shutting my eyes and soaking in the almost unreal moment.
"You are amazing, Y/N. And tomorrow, you are going to remind everyone who don’t know who you fuckin’ are." Jey's words flurried in my mind. Just thinking of him, and how supportive he's been throughout this whole road made me fight back my unshed tears.
The cameras were off, but I still had a good ten minutes to celebrate before I made my way backstage. I slid out from under the ring, jumping onto the Spanish announce table. The fans all out in front of me, and behind me as well, cheered once again for my victory.
When I closed my eyes once more, I saw Jey. I just pictured him standing in the gorilla, waiting for me backstage with the biggest smile on his face. I pictured me falling into his arms, embracing his warmth and thanking him over and over for giving me the support and motivation I needed to go out and compete on the grandest stage of them all.
I pictured him dipping his head on my shoulder, whispering his praises into my ear. Telling me how proud he was of me. Telling me that he knew I could do it.
I couldn't have done this without Jey. I couldn't have done anything without him.
"Let's go! I knew you could do it!" I heard a faint voice exclaim over the deafening crowd that seemed to have gotten ten times louder. I opened my eyes, furrowing my brows when I saw everyone in front of me doing Jey's 'yeet' movement with their arms. My breath got caught in my lungs, and I turned around to finally see what all of the chaos was about.
There he was. Jey stood in the ring, wearing a simple set of black joggers and a black t-shirt, his title wrapped around his waist that he won earlier tonight. My face immediately crumpled, those unshed tears forming in my eyes once more. Jey stayed where he was in the middle of the ring, that bright smile that I've been daydreaming of planted on his lips.
I jumped off the announce table, heading straight inside the ring. Not caring who was watching in the audience or who was watching backstage, I headed straight towards where I needed to be.
In his arms.
I didn't hear the crowd's wild cheers, I didn't see the phones flashing their lights at us, I didn't hear the clicks of the cameras from the photographers, I just sank. I sank into his arms, hugging him so tight, afraid that he'd disappear if I let go. His head rested on top of mine, his large frame towering over my smaller one.
"You did it, sweetheart." He whispered, his breath cascading over the shell of my ear. I pinched my lips in an attempt to contain my emotions, but it didn't work all too well. I lifted my head off his chest, my glossy eyes staring into his. His expression was one I've never seen before. He looked so happy. He looked so proud. He was proud of me.
Even though there were more than ten thousand phones recording us at that moment, I didn't hesitate for one moment when I gently caressed his freshly washed face, pulling him down so my lips could reach his. It could've been the heat of the moment. It could've been the adrenaline. But one thing I know for certain is that I'm kissing a man who I love. A man who cares for me. A man who supports me and lifts me off the ground when I've been hit. A man whom I'm so proud to claim as mine.
His arms wrapped around my waist, pulling my flush against his body, not even bothering the fact that I was drenched with sweat. He didn't kiss me forcefully. He didn't kiss me with domination. But he kissed me with devotion. Long, slow strokes that told me that it wasn't for show.
This was Jey kissing me for who I am, not for who I was acting to be.
Jey separated himself, knowing all too well that once he starts, it gets harder to stop. He picked my title up from the mat, twirling his finger in a circle motioning for me to turn around. I smiled, my lips feeling swollen and plump as I turned around, letting Jey do the honor of wrapping the title around my waist.
"I'm so proud of you." Jey whispered in my ear, his arms rubbing softly up and down my arms. I turned my head around, looking up into those deep brown eyes that have been torturing me in the best way possible these past few weeks. I let my eyes fall closed as Jey planted a soft kiss on my forehead.
His finger gently brushed under my chin, and I opened my eyes once again. I smiled up at Jey, letting the fans continue their swooning.
"Everyone knows who you fuckin' are now, sweetheart."

JUST THE COWORKER I HATE • JEY USO • PART FOUR
PART ONE | PART TWO | PART THREE
WORD COUNT: 4.65k
It was the final Monday before WrestleMania, and all of the fans have been eager to see how Liv and I’s match will play out, especially when Jey was slightly involved in the storyline.
We had one promo to cut, and that’s it. My character is obviously showing a bit of interest in Jey, but not enough to act up on it.
That sounded all too familiar.
At this point, I think that the crowd thinks this whole storyline with Jey was only a fun thing to add to keep them entertained.
Creative changes have been working their asses off making this story as interesting but reasonable as possible. That means that Jey and I’s next encounter will be the Raw after WrestleMania, not at WrestleMania itself. Then… I guess that will be it.
I headed to the arena by myself tonight, leaving earlier while Jey was out hanging with some buddies on Raw. I took that to my advantage to leave unnoticed.
Avoiding Jey seemed to be the only reasonable solution to my extreme thoughts and feelings arising. I couldn’t think this way about Jey, right? I couldn’t get caught up in all of this chaos, because I had a match to focus on.
I had a good feeling that Jey has caught on to the fact I’m separating myself from him. I’ve seen his confused looks from the corner of my eyes. Every time he’s talked to me, a simple one word response usually left my mouth. And I didn’t miss the way his brows dipped.
Hearing footsteps approach around the corner, I perked my head up, seeing Jey for the first time today. He was wearing a black jacket and sweats, every button undone to expose the outlines of his pectoral tattoos. His ‘yeet’ glasses were rested over his eyes, which came to my relief, because I didn’t know if I was able to look right into his eyes yet.
“Alright, we’re live in one!” A cameraman called out, giving us our one minute warning. I breathed out a lengthy breath, flattening the wrinkles in my navy leather jacket. Jey took a few steps closer, close enough to feel his heat ricocheting off my body.
“Yo,” he started, his voice low and raspy. I fixed my posture, standing up taller and keeping my eyes fixed on the ground until it was absolutely necessary to look him in the eye. I hummed a quiet “hm?”, fluffing up my bun on the top of my head.
“Why you keeping yo’ space, sweetheart?”
I sighed once again, rubbing my temple and being extra cautious of not smearing my eye makeup. I shook my head just barely. “Jey, not now.” I whispered. He didn’t respond, but his eyes were still stuck on me. The power that he held in his gaze was almost unbearable, but I was able to keep my eyes away from his until the cameraman exclaimed, “action!” Jey stepped back off-frame, and I started looking around and pretending to be laser focused on my match.
ON CAMERA
“Y/N,” Cathy Kelly started as she stepped into frame. I fixed a smile on my face, turning my body towards her. “This Saturday, you are going to have the biggest match of your life when you face Liv Morgan for the Women’s World Championship. How are you preparing ahead of time, and what are your thoughts about the match?”
I breathed in deeply, blinking slowly. “I’ve been… working hard, obviously. I’ve been taking my training very seriously, because I need to prove to Liv that I can make a name for myself without her help. She was my best friend, and it genuinely guts me that she is now this greedy, narcissistic woman who thinks she’s on top of the world. I plan on putting an end on that this Saturday and becoming the new women’s world champion—”
“Woah, woah, woah, hold up there fella.” An Irish voice cut through the air. I looked over to my left, frowning when I see Finn, one of Liv’s Judgement Day friends, walk into frame. I heard the faint boos of the Tampa crowd.
“Y-you really think that you can beat Liv? Are you kidding? Do you even know who you’re dealing with? This isn’t the same Liv that accepted you when you came up to the main roster, and the same Liv you won tag titles with. This is different Liv; a more dangerous Liv Morgan. And when you mess with Liv, you mess with the whole Judgement Day—“
“You think I don’t know that? I’ve been buttin’ heads with all you cowards for months now. I know how you guys work; how you think. And I’m prepared for anything that might happen.”
“Oh, and what are you planning on doing? Begging Jey to be ringside for your match? Jey isn’t going to do anything, even when he says he will. And you know how I know that?”
I stayed quiet but kept the scowl on my face. “Because we’ll get to Jey first, and he won’t even be making it to WrestleMania—“
“Do we got a problem, uce?”
His deep voice sent vibratos of butterflies in my stomach. He approached next to me, his large body intimidating as he stared down Finn. The crowd sent us—well, Jey—an electrifying cheer that sent tingles down my spine. I let my frown fall slightly, but there was nothing near a smile on my face.
“Nope, no problem here, uce.” Finn responded with a laugh, shooting his hands up in the air. “Just having a little chat with Y/N, isn’t that right?”
The corner of my lip twitched with arrogance. “Leave, Finn. And tell Liv to watch her back.”
He just laughed, sending Jey a cocky look before walking away, which now led me to the most excruciating part of the promo. I sighed quietly, turning to face Jey hands on. I looked into his eyes for the first time in a few days, and my body didn’t take too kindly to that.
“You good? He do anything?” Jey asked, exchanging looks between Finn off-camera and me. I scoffed with a laugh, shaking my head. “No, he’s just talking nonsense. Nothing worth your while.”
“Sweetheart—“ he started, getting the crowd cooing as his eyes stared daggers into my soul. I swallowed hard. “—the judgement day messing with you is worth my while. That’s the reason why I’ve been all about the Judgement Day even when you and Liv started this whole thing, uce.”
I paused momentarily, fidgeting with my lip and showing a sliver of a smile that could be seen if looked at hard enough. I closed my eyes for a moment, then looked back up at Jey.
“I need to get ready for my match this weekend. Just watch your back.”
“Yeah… sure.” Jey finished, watching me walk away and off camera.
OFF CAMERA
The room was dark, the only source of light coming from the lit buildings shining into the wall-length window behind me. It was the night before WrestleMania, and I was turning into a fucking mess.
I sat on the ground on the other end of the room, tucking my knees to my pounding chest and wrapping my arms around my shaky legs. My heart was rapidly beating, and I swore it was gonna explode any minute. My body was physically shaking, and there was nothing I could do to stop it.
My throat felt tight. Way too tight. It felt like there was only a sliver of space in my airways for air to pass through, and I was dreading for that sliver to open wider, but it didn’t.
I wasn’t stupid. I knew that what was happening to me could’ve possibly been a panic attack. But… why now? I’ve never had a panic attack in my life. I’ve never felt this weak and broken down. I’ve never struggled with keeping myself calm and collected.
“Ok, just calm down… calm down..” I whispered, trying to do anything to stop this turbulent disaster pummeling through my body. I rocked back and forth on my bottom, shutting my eyes closed to try to ease the tension, but nothing worked.
Nothing goddamn worked.
Glancing down next to my foot, I stared at my phone that had been lying there untouched. I swallowed hard, feeling like I clogged my throat even more as I immediately grabbed my phone. I felt like I wasn’t controlling any of my actions as I quickly scattered through my phone, pulling up my contacts.
But even though I felt as if I was being controlled, I still knew what I was doing.
I instantly clicked on Jey’s contact, pressing the speaker button and placing my phone back on the carpeted floor. The phone rang once… then twice… then three times.
Answer the damn phone, Jey. I whined in my head, unable to keep myself still as I waited for him to pick up.
“Yo—“ I suddenly heard the voice that I’ve been needing to hear for the past twenty minutes. I sighed obnoxiously loud in relief, a soft whimper leaving my lips as well. I leaned my head back against the cold glass, my lip quivering.
“Jey—“ I spoke, fighting the pain and tenderness in my voice. Jey went silent, and I immediately knew that he sensed something was wrong. “Y/N? You good?”
“J-Jey… I-I can’t br-breathe.” I stuttered, unable to hide the physical shake that was torturing my body.
“Y/N, where are you?” He asked instantly, his voice low and demanding. One soft cry left my lips, but I fought with my damn life to keep myself relatively sane on the call. “I-In the h-hotel. J-Jey—“
“Don’t move. I’m coming.” He spoke with that same demanding tone before ending the call. Knowing that Jey was coming back to the hotel definitely made me feel better, but not enough to stop the panic coursing through my veins.
It seemed like ages before I heard the key card being scanned at the door. Seconds later, it was flung open, and Jey quickly entered the room. I lifted my head up from my arms, my lip trembling as well as my whole damn body. As soon as Jey spotted me in the back of the room, he immediately rushed over to me, squatting down in front of me.
"Hey, hey, what's goin' on? What's wrong?" He asked, his voice as soft as an angel. He gripped both of my hands with his, giving them a gentle, reassuring squeeze.
"I-I-" I attempted to speak, but my staggered breathing made it extremely difficult to get any word out. Jey just looked at me, and god, probably with judgement. But he can't go. I didn't want him to go. How do I tell Jey that just being here is enough for right now?
Jey sat himself down on the floor right in front of me, pulling me right onto his lap and in his arms. He engulfed me like I was something fragile, his touch ever so soft. I let my head rest on his hard chest, hearing the beat of his heart underneath my ear.
He didn't say anything. He didn't need to. He knew that all I needed was his presence; his comfort. One of his hands rubbed in small circles against my clothed back while the other one was supportively wrapped around my waist.
"Breathe, sweetheart." He whispered softly against my ear, still gifting me with his warmth and comfort. It took a while, but my breathing finally slowed down to its equilibrium, and my body stopped shaking erratically like it was minutes before. Although, my heart was still racing, and I'm not totally convinced it was just because of the panic attack.
"Breathe with me, sweetheart. In for four, out for eight."
My hands snaked into the neckline of Jey's sweater, fisting the fabric in my palms. I breathed with Jey probably a dozen times until my breathing was back to its normality. Jey continued whispering soft, touching words, kissing my temple at one point as well. I closed my eyes, soaking in the warm, affectionate moment.
"What's goin' on, baby?" He asked, his voice low and quiet. I opened my eyes slowly, my head still rested on his chest like a pillow. I swallowed hard, fidgeting with the fabric of Jey's sweatshirt between my fingers.
"I-I don't know." I lied, curling myself up into a tighter ball. I felt Jey shake his head. "Yes you do, sweetheart. You know you can talk to me."
"I know." I whispered, barely audible. "So then talk to me, Y/N. Why were you sitting over here shaking? What's going on, baby?"
Pinching my lips into a tight line, I dipped my chin and fidgeted with my fingers.
"My match." I finally answered, still looking away from his beautiful face. He then dipped his chin, his eyes scanning as much of my face that was visible. "Your match?"
"I'm freaking out about my match tomorrow, Jey. W-what if I mess everything up? What if I botch my moves? What if the crowd isn't entertained?"
Jey opened his mouth to speak, but I cut him off before he could let out a single word. "What if I can't even make it to the ring? I've never competed in front of that many people before. If I mess up, everyone will be watching--"
"Y/N, stop."
His baritone voice rang out in the now silent room. My lips clamped shut, and my eyes slowly rose to meet his gaze. He grabbed my hips, lifting me up into his arms with such ease and placing me on one of the soft, plush beds. He knelt on the ground before me, his hands on either of my knees and his eyes gazed up and locked on mine. The warmth of his touch sent flames spiraling through my body.
Jey shook his head slightly. "You are not going to mess up, Y/N. Stop thinking about all 'dat. Stop thinking about the worst that could happen. Start thinking about you. Start thinking about why Hunter put you in the place you are right now. If you don't know, my ass is'bout to remind you."
My heart was thumping wildly, my eyes locked on the samoan kneeling in front of me.
"You are a woman who fought her way into this business. You didn't train at wealthy wrestling schools or all of the hall of famer's wrestling academys. You trained in a warehouse where you fought hard to prove your worth, and Hunter saw that grit and admiration you had. He saw the willingness you had to get better and better each day. That's why he got you signed in WWE. That's why you are a two time NXT women's champion."
My breath shuddered, my body turning into jelly under his touch.
"You are on Monday Night Raw for a damn reason, Y/N. You've made a statement to every single wrestling fan out there. They know who you are. They know what you are capable of. Hell, even every superstar backstage, including me, can see it. Now you need to find it yourself. You are capable of so much, sweetheart. That's why you are going to have your first WrestleMania match tomorrow, and you are going to tear the fucking house down. I believe in you. My opinion might not matter, but I believe in you. One hundred percent. You understand, baby?"
Sniffling lightly, I rubbed my nose with one of my hands before placing both of them on top of Jey’s. I looked into his eyes with my glossy own, lubricating my lower lip with my tongue.
“Your opinion matters.” I barely whispered, letting tears freely fall down my face, although I don’t really know why. I wiped away the bead of moisture with one of my hands, then returning it to its spot on top of Jey’s. “It matters.”
I could see the shift in is face, like it fell into a calm, intimate state. His hands started rubbing soft circles on my skin, trailing ever so slightly up my leg. His eyes were locked on mine, and mine were locked on his. It’s like an invisible force was pulling us together, and neither of us could back away.
Hell, I didn’t want to back away.
Sighing deeply, I soaked in the wave of peace that has flowed through my body for the first time in hours. My heart was fluttering with such delicacy, my body thrumming with anticipation.
“Everything about you matters.” I spoke, my impulsivity taking over. But it was true. Jey did matter. Everything he said to me mattered. And finally… finally I’ve taken it into my own hands. I’ve spoken it out loud. I’ve admitted it.
Jey slowly rose up from his knees, his towering frame hovering over mine slowly with loads of intimidation. My back lowered with his body until I was lying on my back, my body sinking into the soft mattress. Jey placed his hands on either side of my head, trapping me.
“Jey—“I spoke, almost like a moan. His hips were gently pressed against my own. And god damn—his erection that I caused was rubbing against my aching pelvis.
“How can I help?” He asked, running one of his hands down the side of my face and gently caressing my cheek. “How can I make you feel better?”
A breathy moan escaped my lips just by seeing the imprint in his sweats. A sliver of a smile grew on Jey’s lips. Yep, he definitely knew the impact he had on me.
“Kiss me.” I begged, my arms wrapping around his large back. I lifted my hips up, technically grinding myself against his now raging hard on. “Kiss me, Jey.”
And he did. His mouth crushed mine with such intensity that I was blown away instantly. His lips moved with a feverish passion, his calloused hands trailing up the sides of my body and along all my curves.
His mouth felt amazing. I couldn’t believe how good and how right it felt.
His hands gripped the end of my grey shirt, technically ripping it over my head. Our lips separated for a split second as Jey threw my shirt across the room, then he was back on me. He kissed me hard. He kissed me like he hadn’t been kissed for ages.
His hands snuck around my back to unclasp my bra, his lips working down my neck while doing so. I dipped my head back in mind-blowing pleasure, my hands massaging through his curly black hair. He tossed my bra next to my discarded shirt, then went straight to town massaging my breasts and taking one of my strained nipples into his mouth.
I was panting like a damn animal, my hips unable to stay still as he awoken something inside me that I never knew existed. His tongue flicked across my skin, moving over to my other breast and giving the same amount of affection. My body was squirming, drunk on pleasure.
“Jey—“ I whined, my hands running down his shirt and as far down to the waistband of his pants as possible. My fingertips just reached the tip of his erected cock, and god…
I needed more.
He hummed, continuing his mind blowing work with his lips. “I-I need to touch you.”
I could almost feel the smile on Jey’s lips against my sternum. He glanced up at me through those beautiful long lashes, pinning that sight in my mind forever.
“Patience, sweetheart. Tonight is about you.” He replied, his voice deep and husky. I grabbed the neckline of his black shirt, tugging it in hopes of getting him to remove it. To my luck, he did.
My hands immediately landed on his hard, bare chest, rubbing over his tattooed pectorals. His lips drew deeper and deeper down my body, reaching the waistband of my shorts. His fingers rode into the fabric, his eyes locked on mine with silent permission.
Silent. Permission.
This man knew how to respect a fucking woman.
I nodded my head frantically, my hands running up his neck and back into his hair. He pulled both my shorts and panties down with quick delicacy, exposing the part of my body that has been throbbing like a rabid animal the past several minutes.
“Mmm, such a pretty pussy—“ Jey groaned quietly, running his fingers gently over the lips of my cunt. A shudder left my mouth. “Can’t believe you’ve been hidin’ this from me, sweetheart.”
And with that, his head dipped between my thighs, his tongue dragging a long stroke between my soaked folds. A mix of a groan and a moan fell from my mouth, sinking my head into the pillow and shutting my eyes closed. My fingers danced through his hair, and his low groans against my pussy told me he was loving it.
His mouth worked with a vengeance, his tongue circling around my clit while his fingers sashayed around my entrance. My body felt hotter and hotter as Jey continued his movements, eventually sinking two fingers inside of me.
Part of me couldn’t believe what was going on at that moment. I couldn’t believe I was lying here naked, my legs spread apart and a man who I’ve hated for so long in between my thighs eating me out like an experienced, starved man.
“Jey—oh my god.”
“Mhm.” He just mumbled, the vibration of his low voice rumbling against my sensitive skin causing shivers to roll up my spine. My lower tummy churned with unfamiliarity, but I knew that I was going to come soon. Hell, at any minute I was going to tear apart.
Jey Uso was about to make me come.
Holy shit.
“Jey, oh my god, Jey I’m ’bout to—“
Jey didn’t stop. He didn’t slow in his tracks or anything. His tongue continued its worship on my throbbing pussy that was leaking with come as I toppled over the edge. My chest was pounding endlessly, due to the events that just occurred.
Jey licked up every last spot on his dinner plate, looking up at me through those dark lashes. Just by his gaze alone, I could give him a second orgasm.
I pushed myself up onto my elbows, meeting Jey halfway as our lips collided together once again. Jey’s arms slithered their way around my back, holding me upright in his arms while my hands slithered into his sweats. I palmed his whole base with my hand, getting a fruity groan from his mouth.
That, from now on, would be my favorite sound in the world.
Gripping the soft waistband of his pants, I assisted him in discarding them, leaving him only in his boxers, and of course, that large dick imprint that looked almost painful. My mouth watered, and I could just imagine the sight of his dick popping out of his boxers, hard and ready.
“Sweetheart,” Jey panted, resting one hand under my chin and tipping my head up to meet his gaze. Although the room was now dark, the moon casted a dim glow, sharpening his chiseled features. “If you don’t want this, we don’ need to—“
“Stop.” I cut him off, my hands slowly stroking his clothed cock. “I want to. I need you, Jey. I need all of you—“
Grinning like he just won a damn award, he kissed the hell out of me, this time with more power and dominance. I finally was able to remove his black boxers, and I pulled back to look down at the sight.
My mouth became a damn waterfall.
His cock sprung free, hard, hot, and his tip was already moist with beads of precum. I moaned just at the sight, gripping his length with both of my hands. A low growl rumbled from Jey’s throat as I slowly pumped him, my eyes locked on his drooping eyelids.
Gazing back down to his deliciousness before me, I only had so much time to admire the sight before I was pushed back down on the bed. A gasp left my mouth as Jey towered over my body, his tip barely brushing against my lower tummy.
“Are you on the pill?” He asked softly, his warm breath dancing along the shell of my ear. Placing each of my sweaty hands on either side of his face, I turned his gaze to meet mine. I nodded my head. “Yeah.”
Jey let out a long breath, dipping his forehead down onto mine, my cheeks burning with lust. He reached down for his aching cock, pressing the tip against my damp core.
My eyes shut as his lips pressed against mine, his cock pushing slowly inside of me. I gasped against his lips, already feeling full even though he wasn’t all the way in. I curled my fingers into his curly mullet, panting as he rolled his hips up, then rolled them back down, filling me all the way to the hilt.
Jey dropped his head next to mine on the mattress, his movements becoming steadier and more confident by each thrust of his hips. My body was damn-near exploding, my insides igniting a wild fire.
“Oh my god, Jey.” I panted, a squeak of a breath leaving my mouth at every thrust of his cock. Jey’s lips pressed briefly on my forehead, kissing it sweetly and knowingly. “Shit—so good. So, so good—“ he mumbled his praises, making my belly even warmer than it already was.
He then grabbed one of my legs, gripping my ankle before throwing it over his shoulder. He wrapped both of his arms around my knee, his cock hitting a different area that made me see so many fucking stars.
I would’ve been embarrassed by the unladylike scream that fell from my lips, but that was the least of my concerns at the moment. I was all in on Jey and his long, hard cock doing amazing and wonderful things to me.
My pussy fluttered tightly around his erected member, signaling my second orgasm of the night. Jey groaned, not only because he knew that I was close, but because I just hugged his cock so tightly that he needed to hold on for dear life not to bust on the spot.
“Come for me again, baby. Give me that good shi’—“ Jey moaned, his voice turning me on more and more even though I was seconds from convulsing.
I then came again. Hard. Violent. And completely unreal. My head was thrown back, my throat swelling from all of the estranged noises I made during that hot, amazing sex. He came down straight after me, milking his hard, bare cock into me until he was dry.
Then the room went silent. Our panting were the only sounds we heard as we collapsed on the bed, the beads of sweat on our bodies sticking us together. Jey rolled slowly off to the side, letting off some weight from on top of me. My eyes followed him as he laid on his side, his eyes slowly beaming up to meet mine.
His eyes still shone, even though I could tell he was completely drained. His hand rubbed smooth circles on my hip, as if he was trying to settle me down from that immaculate high.
“That was amazing.” I spoke first, breaking the silence between us. Jey didn’t rip his eyes away, he just kept admiring me through those dark irises. “You’re amazing.”
“And so are you.” He muttered deeply, pushing a strand of hair away with his fingertips, tucking it behind my ear. “You are amazing, Y/N. And tomorrow, you are going to remind everyone who don’t know who you fuckin’ are, you hear me?…”
My eyelids drooping down with pure exhaustion, I smiled ever so slightly, finally believing the words that everyone has been telling me.
I just needed to hear it from Jey.
That’s all I needed.

“BE QUIET, BABY” • ROMAN REIGNS
SUMMARY: It's simple, you just weren't quiet enough
WORD COUNT: 3.0k
The music blared throughout the abode of Jimmy and Naomi’s house. Multiple colors flowed throughout the rooms, drinks were poured and drunk, and the aroma of the area was upbeat and hype.
I sat at one of the stools at the bar/kitchen, holding a red solo cup filled with soda. No drinks tonight, I told myself. I figured I had the be the designated driver for not only my friends like Bianca and Sasha who were getting lit, but also for my man, the one and only Roman Reigns.
Naomi sat beside me, grinning as she took reoccurring glances at her husband who was breaking it down on the dance floor. She giggled lightly, swirling her wine in her clear glass before taking a sip. In my peripherals, I spotted Roman on the couch, a solo cup in one hand and the other resting on his thigh. He was talking to Jey and Seth, laughing about something one of them said.
I smiled, truly happy to see Roman happy. It was so nice and relieving knowing that storylines and characters doesn’t affect his personal life and relationships at all. On TV, he wants to rip Seth’s head off, but off TV, they are literally best buddies.
“How’s Roman been since his comeback? Is he enjoying his time on TV?” Naomi asked, turning her attention towards me as I did the same for her. A smile formed on my lips just by hearing his name. Wow, I had it bad for that man. “He loves it. He loves working with Seth and Punk. He likes to be loved by the fans while also being in a character he is so comfortable in. It makes me happy that he’s happy.”
“I bet, babe. The crowd has been adoring him really ever since him SummerSlam return. But he’s still this big, intimidating, don’t-mess-with-me guy that people should be afraid of. I need Jim to do something like that, now.”
I smirked, looking over at Jimmy who finally took a break from his genetic dance moves, plopping down on the couch next to his twin and sipping on his beer occasionally. My eyes wandered to the left, falling back on Roman who was looking effortlessly handsome. He had this radiating aura that made the whole room aware of his presence, even if he was out of character and the most vulnerable, kind man ever. He wore a simple look, black sweats and a black, fitted sweatshirt. God, that sweatshirt was probably the best thing I have ever bought him. It fitted his ripped, muscled arms so fucking well, and it shaped his whole torso perfectly. And those sweats… god. You can never go wrong with this man wearing sweats.
During my little eye-fucking session, Roman turned his gaze towards me, catching the way I was eyeing him down with probably a delicious look on my face. He did practically the same with me, examining the way the simple black dress clung to my every curves, the way my cleavage barely showed through the V-line, making my insides feel mushy. God, I loved it when he looked at me like that. I loved it ever since the first time he'd done it.
The corner of his lip perked up slightly, and he sent me the smallest wink before turning his attention back to his buddies. His legs were stretched out comfortably in front of him, and his sweatpants stretched tight against the whole outline of his lower body, giving me a perfect sight of his growing erection pressed against the fabric.
And that motherfucker just sat there without a care in a world, the cockiest grin on his lips that told me that he's noticed that I've noticed.
Fuckin' hell. My thighs clenched together, my tummy warming up with a fiery passion. I took a deep breath, trying my best to ignore his teasing antics as I took a sip of my wine. I tried to drown myself out to the music, but it was unbearably hard when he was in the room, and his eyes were on me.
Time passed by, and I managed to carry on another girly-conversation with Naomi, also the two of us joining Bianca and Sasha on the dance floor. I let my body flow along with the upbeat and soft R&B music, letting my hips flow with the music seamlessly. I was in my own little world, until I felt my phone vibrate in my hand. I looked down at my phone, my notification from my messages. I unlocked my phone and pulled up the text.
Roman: come out to the back
I felt my heartbeat quicken, undoubtedly knowing what he was thinking. And as much as I knew that I should wait till I get home... fuck, I can't say no to him. I'm like a magnet and he's the metal. My body will always be attracted to him, and the way he was looking at me tonight...
Fuck me.
I took a glance at Trinity, who was absentmindedly dancing with Bianca and Sasha. I drew myself away from the crowd, praying that no one took notice as I slid the back door open and slipped out. As soon as I closed the door, two firm hands gripped my waist and tugged me to the side. My mouth fell open in a soft gasp, finally interpreting the position I was in.
Roman's large body towered over me, making me feel pleasurably overwhelmed. His large hands slid down the curves of my body, pinning me against the cool wood of the house. His dark eyes looked straight into mine, my breath taken away momentarily.
"Fuck, do you know how beautiful you look tonight?" He whispered lowly, dipping his head into the crook of my neck and kissing the sensitive skin lightly. I closed my eyes, sighing softly and letting my body just give in. My arms instinctively wrapped around his head, threading my fingers into his low bun. My fingers twirled around his hair tie, letting his hair fall loose in my hands. "I knew I wouldn't be able to keep my hands off you. You're irresistible, baby girl. In the best fucking way possible."
"Mm, Roman," I tried to intervene, but as soon as his lips suddenly crashed into mine, I lost my train of thought. His large body pressed against mine, and I moaned lightly into his mouth when I felt his rock hard erection press against my lower belly. I felt my legs go weaker under me by the second, but Roman effortlessly held me up straight.
"Roman, not here." I breathed shakily, pressing my body as far back against the house as possible. I placed my hand under his chin, lifting his head to meet my gaze. As soon as his eyes met mine again, it took everything in me not to whimper at the sight and drop down to my knees.
“Hm, why not? You don’t want people finding us? Finding me fucking my woman senseless?” He growled lowly, his large hand gliding down my torso and right under the hem of my dress. His fingers crawled under the waistband of my panties, finding exactly what he wanted.
“R-Roman… people could be outside right now.” I murmured, sounding almost pathetic. Roman just grinned, his fingers grazing over my wet folds. I bit my lower lip, fighting back any moans or whimpers crawling up my throat. He leaned forward, his lips ghosting the shell of my ear. “Hm, guess you gotta be quiet, baby.”
And with that, two of his thick fingers plunged right into my warmth, drawing a long gasp from my lips. His eyes were glued to my face, every pleasurable expression making him undoubtedly feel more powerful. His fingers moved with a passion, scissoring and pumping with a vengeance. I threw my head back, hitting the wall with a loud “thud.” I wanted to curse under my breath, but any sound I attempted to let out would turn into either a moan or a cry.
“Yeah, that feel good? You still wanna wait ‘till we get home, hm?” Roman teased, clearly trying to piss me off in the most pleasant way. And god, I fucking hate to say that it worked. My breaths turned into heavy pants, short and tight.
“Got nothing to say now? Is that how good my fingers are fucking you? You can’t talk now, baby?”
“Shut up,” I whispered, sounding more submissive than insulting. Roman just chuckled, kissing my cheek softly. My body was fighting so hard to contain its composure, but my legs were burning and shaking more by the minute. A sharp, low gasp left my mouth as Roman’s fingers curled deep inside my pussy, pulling me closer and closer to the edge.
“Tell me to stop.” Roman growled lowly, looking deep into my eyes. I whimpered softly, shaking my head that was totally under his hypnosis. “No, no.” I begged breathlessly.
He growled lowly, crashing his lips to mine so forcefully that my head hit the wall again with another thud. My hands roamed down his large body, my fingers wrapped around the waistband of his sweats. A soft but evil-like chuckle rumbled from his throat, his fingers pushing me straight over the edge. I clamped my mouth shut, whimpering like a damn dog attempting to be quiet. This was so fucking risky, I kept telling myself.
But god, I wouldn't listen.
"Fuck, wait till I get this dick all up in my pussy. Everyone's gonna hear you screamin' f'me." Roman whispered into my ear, then his lips desperately attacked my neck once more. My hand found its way into his boxers and I used my whole palm to wrap around his hard, girthy length. I slowly started pumping my hand down his length, getting a loud, audible sigh from him. My eyes stared straight into his as I pumped him, getting hornier by the feeling of him rock hard in my hand and my inner thighs becoming moist by my wetness.
"Mm, baby... I need you." I whispered, my voice soft and high like the slut I was becoming. Only for him. No one else will ever see this side of me. Roman growled, gripping my shoulders and flipping me around so my stomach was pressed against the house. My hand flew out of his boxers, both of them pressed flat against the dark painted wood. I heard the rustle of cloths behind me, and I could just picture him standing there, his dick in his hand, ready to fuck me.
One of his hands gripped my hip, and the other one propped his cock up, lining it right up against my dripping pussy. Without a warning, he slide himself - no, thrusted himself right into my warmth, causing a loud, unexpected cry to fall from my lips. My inner walls immediately caved down onto his dick, feeling the slight sting from the size of his rock hard cock spreading me open.
"Shit, baby." Roman mumbled, slowly moving his hips in a torturing rhythm. I whined like a child, pressing myself back against him to fill myself up even more. "Mm, Roman... please."
His large hand grasped my throat lightly, giving him the opportunity to pull my head back and kiss the sensitive skin behind my ear and he began to fuck me senseless. The thoughts and fears of getting caught were way behind me, now. Roman took up every ounce of my body, figuratively and... quite literally. Soft moans squeaked from my mouth at every hard thrust, our skin slapping against each other quietly.
Fuckin' hell, he always blew my mind away with how he fucked me.
"Yes, yes, yes." I panted, beads of sweat forming on my hairline from the ruthless workout of thrusting my body back against him. He groaned in my ear, turning my head around so he could kiss me deeply, needfully. "Can't get enough of this sweet pussy, Y/N. God, you feel so fucking good."
At one shift of his angle, an uncontrollable scream left my mouth, and I immediately slapped my hand to my lips. I cursed at myself, but all that came out was another soft, really-hard-to-control moan. I could almost feel the grin Roman had on his lips and he brung me closer and closer to my second orgasm in fifteen minutes.
"Shit, you 'bouta come, Y/N? I can feel it, baby. Come for me, love."
Shit, the lovey-dovey talk mixed in with the dirtiness did something incredibly violent to my insides. My whole body felt hotter and hotter as my climax finally teetered over the edge. My fluids created the filthiest mess all over my thighs and his cock, which was swollen and still deep inside me. Roman breathed out a loud, low breath, leaning his forehead against the house next to mine as I milked him thoroughly, all the way until every last drop was complete.
It suddenly became quiet, even when the music was still blasting in the house. I only heard the faint, heavy breaths of myself and Roman as we came down from our immaculate high together. I turned my head to the right, looking at those beautiful eyes that shone in the moonlight.
"How much have you had to drink tonight?" I asked, a sneaky grin forming on my lips. Roman chuckled, carefully removing his cock from my pussy that was now dripping with not only my essence, but his as well. "Only two beers. You know that you should never let me fuck you when I'm drunk and you're not." He replied, pulling up his boxers and sweats. He was correct, that was a rule we made when we first started dating. He never wanted to pressure me into anything, so he made a rule that I had every right to turn down, especially when he was drunk and needy.
"Yeah, you're right." I whispered, wiping my hand over my forehead to get rid of the small beads of sweat. I examined Roman, his hair slightly disheveled, and his face glimmering with sweat as well. He noticed my stare, and immediately fixed himself up. I smiled lightly, pulling down my dress and fixing my own hair.
We walked back into the house secretly, doing our best to act unbothered. I thought it worked, because no one was giving us suspicious looks or were coming up to us asking were we've been the last twenty minutes.
The night wore on, and the house started getting emptier and emptier. Only a few people were left at the cookout: Jimmy and Naomi, of course, Jey, Seth, Jade, Rhea, Roman, and I. We all sat in the living room together, chatting about either work or just stuff that was happening in our lives.
Once one of the conversations died out, Jimmy - obviously - had to start the next one.
"Hey y'all, you ain't gon believe what I heard tonight." He started, gathering everyone's attention. I smirked unknowingly, sipping my club soda. Naomi glanced up at her husband, brows furrowed.
"What? Was it that damn armadillo that keeps sneaking into our backyard?" She asked annoyingly like it's been something that has been going on for a while now. Jimmy did one of those goofy smirks, shaking his head. "Nah, it's better than that, babe."
"What was it?" Seth asked, crossing one leg over the other as he sat on the couch next to Jimmy. Roman and sat one one of the sofa chairs across the living room, me perched up on his lap comfortably. Jimmy cackled, rubbing his hands together.
"A'right, so I took out the trash tonight, right? Probably about an hour ago now. So I was walking around the house to put the trash bag in the bin, and suddenly I heard something."
God, I think my heart just stopped. Right at that moment, I prayed that he was talking about a neighbor, not Roman and I. My body tensed up slightly, but Roman just stayed calm and relaxed, like he wasn't suspecting a thing.
"Uce, stop with the whole slow burn buildup and get to the good shit already. What did you hear?" Rhea spoke, leaning against the coffee table that sat in the middle of the living room. Jimmy's face grew mischievously suspicious, and as soon as his eyes darted over to me and Roman...
I knew I was fucked.
"So I put the garbage away, and all of a sudden I heard a-" Jimmy cleared his throat, then putting the most effort into his high pitched girly voice, he mimicked exactly what I didn't want him to.
"I heard a- oh my god, Roman! Yes, yes, yes!"
Everyone's eyes shot straight towards us, and my face grew even redder than a damn tomato. I shoved my face right into Roman's chest, hearing his deep chuckle right into my left ear.
"Wait a damn minute, Y/N and Roman were fucking? Out in the backyard?" Naomi gasped, her eyes not tearing away from me. Roman just laughed... laughed.
"Uce, you hit up your girl in the middle of a damn party in the backyard. That shit's risky, dawg." Jey gawked, amusement dripping all over his face. Jade and Rhea were bawling there eyes out, finding this situation amusing themselves.
But me? I was officially gone.
"What can I say? She looks hella good. Of course imma hit her up when I get the chance." Roman replied, completely unbothered as he rubbed my outer thigh with his large hand. I was still sinking into him, wishing to completely disappear for a while.
"Well, uce, go back to your damn house if you that desperate for some cookie, cuz if I could hear you, neighbors with their windows open could've probably heard you two gettin' it down as well."
"Alright, stop. That enough!" I inteferred, getting collective laugher from the group. As embarrassing as it was, I was able to crack out the slightest smile.
Roman looked up at me, the cockiest grin on those delicious lips. From his expression, I was able to read the message he sent me.
I wasn't quiet enough.

JUST THE COWORKER I HATE ● JEY USO ● PART THREE
WORD COUNT: 2.4k
PART ONE | PART TWO
"I have to kiss him, Liv! Like, lip-to-lip kiss! I...I'm supposed to hate this guy!" I ranted anxiously, pacing back and forth in the small hotel gym located in the basement of the building. Liv was just watching me with a smirk as I was freaking out about upcoming storyline news.
Last week on Raw, Paul called me into his office for a quick talk about the whole thing. It was that day that I found out that Paul Levesque had the biggest, can't-say-no puppy eyes ever. Not only that, but I couldn't say no to my boss. This was for work, and this will improve the company's reputation and keep the fans coming and wanting more. So, yes, I agreed to kiss Jey at WrestleMania.
And now, I'm freaking the fuck out because of it.
"Girl, first of all, you need to calm down." Liv started, placing both hands on my shoulders. I stopped ranting, but my heart didn't stop beating out of my chest like a rabid animal. "This is for work. And it's not like you two are going to be diving your tongue's into each other's throats. It's a short, two second kiss. And you don't hate him, Y/N. If you did, you would be bitch-talking about him much more."
I guess that was true.
"B-but, why the hell did I agree to this?" I questioned mainly myself, rubbing my temples with my fingers. Liv just stood there, smirking at my overwhelmed state. My heart was beating out of my chest, even though I was in the quietest area of the whole hotel. All that was heart was the soft hum of the AC blowing through the vents. Liv shrugged her shoulders, being her next set of squats.
"Well, all I can say is that you gotta do what you gotta do, girl. You were the one who agreed to it. You could've said no. And no, I don't want to hear the 'making Paul mad' excuse. He was giving you the option. He would've been fine if you said no. But you said yes, and clearly for a reason."
"I said yes because it's what Paul clearly wanted. It's not that I don't want to make him mad, but I want to make him pleased. I want him to be satisfied with my performance, and doing what he wants will help me accomplish that."
"You literally just explained what I said in a different way. Paraphrasing doesn't work on me, hon."
I took a deep breath, cursing at myself for even trying to rationalize with her when it comes to Jey. Sure, fine, I'll give her the praise of getting me to reconcile with Jey in the first place, but wherever she's going with pushing me to be absolutely okay with kissing Jey... I'm not going to fall into her bullshit this time.
"Yeah, yeah, whatever. I'm going back up to my room to mourn my regrettable decision." I murmured, grabbing my phone off the bench and heading towards the exit doors. I heard the faint, teasing scoff from Liv as I opened the door. She then called out, "don't think too hard, babe! Enjoy it!."
It was Monday Night Raw, two weeks before our big match at WrestleMania. Here I was, adjusting my knee pads over the fishnet tights I had on. This storyline has been going smoothly, and tonight, Jey and I are tagging up for the first time against Liv and Dominik. The match was highly anticipated. Fans were posting about it everywhere, making ship names for Jey and I, and also just going crazy over the fact that Jey and I were teaming when we weren't on complete terms when we were on screen.
Off screen, traveling with Jey ever since the night he told me about Paul's plans for having us kiss has been a little awkward. We never brought it up after that. We barely made any conversations the days after the news, but slowly and surely, we fell back into a somewhat comfortable rhythm. And some of the times, having a conversation with him let my mind completely fall away and relax from the idea of kissing him.
"Ready to go, champ?" Jey asked as he approached me, in gear and all. I paused momentarily, stunned by the sudden breathtaking presence in front of me. He was wearing his black and blue gear, along with his jacket that had the word 'YEET' printed out in light blue coloring. His 'yeet' glasses were perched on the top of his head, leaving his full face on display. I cleared my throat before replying, "you can't call me champ yet, Jey. I ain't got no title."
"Well, you and I both know that you are winning that title in two weeks, so why can't I call you champ now?"
"Because I haven't earned my place, Jey. C'mon, you should understand where I'm coming from."
Jey's eyes slowly fell away from mine. I knew he was just trying to pump me up, but the closer we got to WrestleMania, the more pressure was built on my shoulders. There have been moments were I felt like I was on the verge of a panic attack, which I had never had in my life. It was a scary, unfamiliar feeling.
"Well, uce, let's kick some ass tonight, then we'll be focusin' all on that women's world championship, a'right?"
"You don't have to do that, Jey. I can handle it on my own."
"I know you can. But I just want you to know I'm here for you, uce..."
Stunned by the words that came out of his mouth, I went quiet. I couldn't reply to that. Jey, this guy who I've hated for such a long time, was giving me some of the most inspirational words no one has ever given me before. My heart was twisting and turning in unfamiliar ways, and to be honest...
It scared the hell outta' me.
ON CAMERA
Liv, who was on the other side of the ring on the apron, was desperately yelling at Dom to keep fighting in the ring instead of making a tag. Him and Jey were both sprawled out on the mat, recovering from the brutal sequence they just hit. I was jumping up and down, banging my feet against the steel stairs to get the crowd clapping along. Adrenaline pumped through my body as I desperately reached my hand out for Jey to tag. As soon as I did, I sent a knowing smirk to Liv, and she looked terrified.
I quickly entered the ring, taking in the loud cheers as I ran over to her and pulled her over the top rope. She landed harshly on her back, letting out a high pitched cry. I took over from there, hitting her with clotheslines and a variety of moves, but nothing got me the three count. Either she kicked out, or Dominik interfered.
As the match was closing up, I climbed up onto the top rope, waiting for Liv to stand up. Once she did, I took her down with a mediora. I pulled both of her legs over her head while I sat on her chest, pinning down her shoulders.
But just as the ref was about to hit the three count, he got pulled out from the ring. I looked up, standing up slowly and eyeing down Dom who pulled the ref out of the ring. He smirked, raising his hands up like he did nothing wrong.
Cocky ass.
Suddenly I was kicked in the back, sent down to my knees and against the ropes. Liv smirked, pointing at Dom before hitting his (and his father’s) move, the 619, on me. Her foot immediately swung into my nose, hitting it hard. It was mere seconds after when my nose felt warm, then started leaking with blood. Standing up slowly and selling the move, Liv then hit me with the Oblivian, getting the three count from the ref who just rolled back into the ring.
Liv cackled, tackling Dom in a hug before they raised their hands in victory. I rolled out of the ring slowly, one hand under my bleeding nose. Blood seemed to endlessly flow out, my hand getting drenched and stained red.
Out of nowhere, Jey appeared at my side. One hand was placed on my knee while the other was on my shoulder. He was intensely examining my face, looking at the mess it probably made. My eyes glanced up to his, and time seemed to have stilled. He felt too close, yet too far away. His lips were right in front of my eyes, and… shit… why did I want to know what they felt like?
What is happening to me?
“Shit, you okay?” He asked right away, not even caring about the match. I grunted quietly in pain, bringing my hand down for a split second to see if more blood was coming, and it sure was. Jey looked over at the timekeepers area.
“Aye! Can we get a towel or sum’?” He asked, motioning his hand over to us. An employee came over seconds later with a towel, and I felt almost bad that it was going to go from a white towel to a red towel in mere seconds.
Jey immediately took it from the employee’s hand, then turned his attention back towards me. With so much gentleness that it almost hurt, he pressed the fabric softly on my nose. I held my hand to keep the towel against my face, but Jey didn’t move his hand. His eyes were all on me, and concern was etched into them.
“Are you okay?” He asked again, still awaiting an answer. I nodded my head, raising one arm up onto the apron to help me stand up. Jey took hold of my other arm, practically pulling me up all by himself. The crowd that went quiet momentarily started cheering when I arose to my feet, and probably also the fact that Jey had his arm protectively around my waist, his hand resting on my bare lower back.
Even though it was only to sell the thought that something was sparking between us on screen, I still felt the sparks in my stomach. This gentleness, this attentiveness, the care… I’ve never seen this Jey before. And to be honest… I would be lying if I said it didn’t feel damn good.
OFF CAMERA
“How’s your nose feeling?” Jey asked as he was perched up against the headboard of his bed. I turned off the bathroom light, walking over to my bed and letting out a long sigh as I fell into the plushness. I turned my head to the left to look over at him.
“It’s fine. Sore, obviously. But fine.” I responded, closing my eyes as my exhaustion took over my body. I could feel his eyes on me, but my exhaustion made me care less. I opened my eyes slightly, seeing his dark, bold ones locked on mine. I couldn’t deny the skip my heart took.
“So, Paul came up to me today—“
I groaned quietly, turning around to lay on my back and stared up at the ceiling. “Oh no, is it more kissing? Are we going to have to take each other's clothes off now?”
The room went awkwardly silent, and my cheeks burned at the realization of what I just fucking said. I palmed my hands over my face, too embarrassed to see Jey’s speechless expression. “Sorry, that was stupid. So what did Paul say?”
I caught the barely audible chuckle from Jey, along with the bed sheets shifting under his body. “Paul said we don’t need to kiss at WrestleMania. Not unless we really want to, but it isn’t a priority anymore.”
Furrowing my brows, I looked over at Jey. The yellow-ish tint from the lamp beside his bed casted an intimate glow over his chiseled face. His tattoos struck out under the light, the tribal designs sharp and defined. God—those tattoos.
I loved those tattoos.
“Really?” I asked, cutting off the intrusive thoughts flooding my mind. Jey nodded, his eyes still pierced on mine. Once the silence reached between us, the moment felt way more intimate. It felt like the tension of our unspoken words was coming down on both of us, and we both didn’t know what to say.
What would I even say? I didn’t even know how to put it into words. Traveling with Jey hasn’t been the worst thing in the world. In fact, a part of me really enjoys it. It feels almost… nice to be around Jey, to hold a conversation with him.
What would I say about the thoughts that’s been recently captivating my mind? The thoughts about his hands on mine, his deep, luscious voice whispering into my ear, the feeling of tracing his tattoos with my tongue…
“Yeah—“ Jey started, startling me out of my outrageous thoughts. “So, we ain’t gotta worry ‘bout that anymore. We can just focus on you and gettin’ that title, a’ight?”
“You keep saying ‘we,’ Jey. You know that this is my match and my business. You don’t need to waste your time and energy on me, especially when you have your own shit to focus on.”
Jey sat up straighter, tucking his knees in and resting his arms on his kneecaps. His face softened ever so slightly.
“I’m sayin’ this shit because I can see you doubting yourself. I can see that hint of uncertainty in your eyes, and ion’ want you to feel that way when WrestleMania is here. You’re capable of becoming and being a champ, and you just need to prove that to yourself, now.”
Shocked and stunned by the words that left his mouth, I stuttered over my words, “b-but I was horrible to you. Why are you going above and beyond for me?”
Jey didn’t say anything; he went quiet. His eyes still lingered on mine, though. He let out a low, raspy sigh, swinging his feet off of the bed and standing up slowly. An enormous lump grew in my throat as he stepped forward, inches separating us. His body towered over mine, intimidating and touching. His arms hung lowly by his sides, his fingers just barely grazing my leg. Shivers rolled up my spine, leaving goosebumps in their path.
He leaned down slightly, just enough for his breath to cascade over the shell of my ear.
“‘Cause you got the fight in you, sweetheart.” He whispered, then standing up straight and heading towards the bathroom. My lips twitched with uncertainty and a sliver of annoyance. Why was he feeling this way?
I’m not supposed to feel this way about him.
I hated him?
Fuck. Me

JUST THE COWORKER I HATE • JEY USO • PART TWO
WORD COUNT: 2.9k
PART ONE
“You need to be more aggressive. Don’t worry about hitting too hard. If you wanna pin her ass and become champ, be aggressive. C’mon, let’s go again.”
I groaned, sweat pellets racing down each side of my face and onto my sweaty chest. I started moving my feet, circling around the ring at a tired pace.
“Come on! Now’s not the time to get tired, L/N! Move!”
I hated him telling me what to do, bossing me around like I was a kid. But deep down, he was pushing me. Pushing me to be the best, pushing me to become a better wrestler than I was the day before. He knew the hard work and pain that came with the job.
And I finally came to the realization that he was training me to handle those hard days better. He’s been through so damn much, and he’s standing her as one of the top stars of the company. If I wanted to be like him someday, like that, I guess I need to take his advice. I mean, he had his own title match at WrestleMania with Gunther, who has made a one-time alliance with Judgment Day since the feud started.
I quickened my feet, my eyes locked on Jey across from me as we locked up arms. I threw his right arm over his head, latching him into a headlock. I tried to ignore his hot breath hitting my bare skin, but it was really hard. I hated how hard it was.
Jey pushed me toward the ropes, and I ricocheted off them, jumping and latching my feet around his head and performing a near-perfect hurricanrana. I climbed up onto the second turnbuckle, gazing at Jey as he arose to his feet. Just as he did, I jumped off the rope and took him back down to the mat with a mediora. I fell forward off his body, turning around on my knees to see him sitting up, chest rising and falling evenly. He was nodding his head, brows raised slightly.
“Now that…” he spoke, taking a few deep breaths. “Is what I’m damn talking about.”
I couldn’t stop the smile that my lips curved into at his praise. It made me feel good on the inside, even though Jey wouldn’t be the first person I’d want to hear a compliment from. I raked my hand through my sweaty hair, sending him a soft nod back. “Thanks.”
He nodded his head in response, his eyes lingering a beat longer than usual. My body felt hotter, my pulse racing at his loitering stare.
“Can I ask you something?” He finally spoke, sitting against the bottom rope with his arms rested by his side. I glanced around the Performance Center, not spotting anyone with their eyes on us. I sighed deeply, shifting my gaze back to the sweaty, hot Samoan in front of me. “Sure.”
“Why do you hate me so much?”
There was the question. The question that I’ve been trying to confidently answer myself these past few weeks. Something’s been gnawing at my mind since finding out that Jey was going to be my coworker in the ring. Did I really hate him for what he did? Or did I find something to use against him? Do I feel something else, and my mind doesn’t want to accept it?
“I-I don’t hate you, Jey.” I answered softly, glancing down at the white mat in front of me. Jey’s eyes remained locked on me, shifting the thickness of the air between us. I bit my lip lightly, scratching my temple. “You just didn’t give a good first impression, if you know what I mean.”
“Are you talking about when I was in The Bloodline?”
I nodded my head. “Yeah, you were fresh off of a tag title victory with your brother, and for me, I felt like you just bragged and bragged.” I responded, finally telling the truth to someone who I wasn’t expecting to be Jey hearing about it first. “And… I just thought you were being a brat, acting cocky and arrogant. But I understand now that you were just excited. Excited from winning the tag team titles with your twin. I’ve never experienced the hype of winning a championship, and I definitely feel like I’m not worthy enough to feel it.”
“Woah woah woah, why you think that?” Jey asked, sitting up straighter. His brows were furrowed slightly, and I didn’t know if he was just blind and didn’t see it or if he was acting. “Jey, I’ve only been on the main roster for a few years. Liv has been here much longer. She’s a good wrestler, and I don’t know if I can deliver half of what she can if I’m champion.”
“Y/N, now you’re just talking a bunch of bullshit. If you couldn’t wrestle, you wouldn’t be here right now. You earned this spot, uce. You showed everyone the pain and grit it took to get here. Now you gotta show everyone why your time is now.”
I blinked a few times, completely speechless. I opened my mouth to speak, but nothing came out.
“And also, with the whole… acting like an asshole… that was true. I was just a cocky guy trying to get to the top. I was realizing that this was an opportunity to really create a big name for myself and my twin in the business, and I wanted the whole damn world to know. So, I’m sorry about that, uce. But that’s not what I think now, and I hope people who were in my position back then don’t act like that either.”
I stayed quiet, pinning Jey’s words into my head. This was the first time I’ve ever spoken to him like this. I’ve never seen him this honest before, this gentle. It was a new side of him for me, and I would be lying if I said I knew how to react.
“Well, I accept your apology.” I started, finally gaining the confidence to look him eye-to-eye. His dark brown irises glittered against the white light of the building. It was a… beautiful… sight to see. “And I’m sorry for acting like a jerk all of those times.”
“Aye, I deserved that. You shouldn’t be apologizing.”
“No one deserves that.” I interrupted, shaking my head. “Even if you were acting like an asshole, you still didn’t deserve that.”
Jey sighed quietly, his face soft and gentle. His chest returned to its normal speed, falling up and down slowly.
“Well, I accept your apology.” Jey spoke, almost mimicking my apology. “And remember, stop doubting yourself. You are capable of so much, and you need to tell yourself that. I can’t make you believe and fight, it’s all you.”
I smiled softly, my body feeling more hot, but not from the intense workout I just did. I sighed softly, gazing into his eyes.
“Yeet.”
ON CAMERA
I stood in the ring, all eyes on me as I held a microphone in my hands. The crowd was buzzing with anticipation, eager to hear what I wanted to say about my WrestleMania opponent, Liv Morgan. The majority of the crowd seemed to be on my side, either chanting my name or cheering. And, a few 'yeets' as well. I took a deep breath, holding the microphone to my mouth.
"I came out here for one reason, and one reason only." I started, gathering the crowd's attention. "Everyone here, as well as Liv, knows that this WrestleMania match is no joke to me. Everyone knows that I've been dreading getting my hands on a title. But after last week when Liv attacked me from behind, this just got a whole lot bigger."
The crowd roared as I took a few steps around the ring. "Liv stabbed me in the back. We were so close, technically sisters, until she decided that fame and winning was more important than our friendship. She decided to team up with The Judgement Day, which really surprises me because I didn't know she was that dumb and naive to join a group like that."
The crowd's cheers were loud, but they were almost silent in my head. "So gears have been turned so quickly. The Judgement Day is known for their dirty tricks and games. They are willing to do anything to gain a victory, which is pretty pathetic. But Liv, at WrestleMania , your 'dirty Dom' won't distract me. Finn and Carlito won't be able to distract me from a victory. So, keep that in your mind."
The crowd cheered as I tossed the microphone out of the ring. I stared into the hard cam, a smirk plastered on my lips. But then suddenly, the crowd's cheers turned into boos as I was tackled down to the mat. Liv got on top of me, hammering lefts and rights down on me. I covered my face with my arms, taking the punches she delivered. Dominik was outside of the ring, laughing at my vulnerable position. Finn smirked, digging under the ring and pulling out a steel chair to give to Liv. But then-
"USO!"
Crazy wasn’t even close enough to how the crowd reacted. The whole building seemed to have shook as Jey made his grand entrance on the ramp. People were already in sync with their ‘yeet’ movement as Jey rushed down the ramp and slid into the ring. Liv scrambled off of me in a rush, hurrying over to Dom, Finn, and Carlito who scurried out of the ring. Jey barely missed them, gripping the ropes with a stone cold face as he started them down with vigor. Breathing heavily, I sat up against the ropes and looked at the loved-man before me.
“Y’all think you’re slick! Come on!” Jey yelled over at the group who retreated through the timekeepers area. He glared at them until they were out of sight. After a few moments, Jey turned around, eyes set on me. The crowd got quieter as the tension grew between us.
“I said I didn’t need you getting involved.” I told Jey, loud enough for the cameras to pick up. Jey let out a loud breath, glancing over at where The Judgement Day retreated. He then looked back at me. He didn’t say anything. He just stepped forward, offering his hand. The crowd cheered with anticipation. I looked down at his hand, and I would be lying if I said I didn’t want to take it. But following the script, I stood up on my own, upsetting the crowd.
“Come on, uce. Don’t be like that.” Jey yelled over the crowd's noise. I let my glare linger a second longer before rolling out of the ring. The crowd didn’t cheer, but they didn’t boo. They were quiet and obviously upset that they didn’t get more between us.
Jey rolled out of the ring, walking at a fast pace to catch up to me on the ramp. I kept my eyes straight, not glancing up at him once as he tried to get my attention. Right until we arrived backstage and we were off the cameras, I let my posture sink and breath loose.
OFF CAMERA
It was quiet. Too quiet. The elevator walls seemed to have caved in more and more by the second. Jey stood next to me, dressed in all black that looked unfairly good on him. He wore a black beanie, some curls at the end of his mullet sticking out from the back. He was looking down at his phone, scrolling through something that wasn’t my business, I told myself.
“I see you starin’.” He spoke lowly, his eyes lingering on his screen for a moment longer before finally gazing up at me. I felt my breath hitch, my heart instantly racing faster. “I-I’m not staring.”
“Mmm, then why you lookin’ at me like that?” He questioned, tucking his phone into the pocket of his sweats and turning his full attention to me. I breathed in, praying that this elevator would open right now so I could space myself out.
“I was lost in thought, I wasn’t staring at you.” I spoke pathetically, still dreading for that elevator door to open. Jey didn’t hide the grin that formed on his face.
“You’re cute when you’re nervous.”
I felt like my heart just halted to a stop. Like my breath has just been sucked away from my lungs. I prayed that my cheeks weren’t burning red, but the heat that arose in them told me the answer I really did not want.
“Jey, stop…” I chuckled softly, attempting to laugh off the now awkward tension between us. The ring of the elevator finally sounded, and the door finally opened up. On the other side stood a woman who I knew all too well.
“Oh, hello you two!” Liv spoke, a grin a little too big for comfort plastered on her face. I sighed loudly, walking onto the floor as quickly as possible. “Hi Liv, bye Liv.” I finished before even starting, walking down the hallway to Jey and mine’s shared room. Jey fell behind, getting caught up in whatever bullshit Liv had to say to him. I fiddled through my bag for the room key, scanning it on the scanner before making my way in. Jey caught up, entering right behind me.
I placed my bag on one of the two beds, fishing for my pajamas and trying not to focus on Jey’s presence nearby. Jey obviously recognized my mood, not saying a word as he went over to his own bed that was a few feet from mine.
“I’m going to go shower.” I spoke quietly, gathering my pajamas and skin care products in my arms. Jey looked up from his bag, our eyes meeting for a split second. He nodded his head. “Alright.”
A shiver rolled over my body at the softness of his voice. I tried to shake it off as I headed into the bathroom and closed the door. Locked it. I sighed loudly, looking at myself through the clear mirror in front of me.
I took my time in the shower, not only to spend as much time away from Jey, but just because the hot, steaming water replenished my body; my mind. I washed my face, applied all of my skin care before turning off the fan and exiting the bathroom. As I turned the corner, I was met with a… sexy presence.
Shirtless, only in basketball shorts, Jey sat on the bed, leaning against the headboard. He absentmindedly scrolled through his phone, looking damn well while doing so. I kept my body moving, not wanting to be caught staring again.
“Yo, sweetheart, can we talk?” His deep, gentle voice spoke behind me. I froze momentarily, then turning around to meet his face. His phone was down in his lap, his head up and eyes on me. Even when joking with that damn nickname, he seemed to have been fully serious.
“Yeah… sure.” I replied in a technical whisper, sitting down on my bed and letting my legs fall over the side. Jey copied my same position on his bed, his tattoos fully on display as I gazed over the intricate details.
"I just wanted to talk about some things Paul sent me. And I need to talk to you about it so we can agree on this together."
"Oh no, you're making me nervous." I admitted, crossing my legs over the other on the bed. Jey smiled softly, but his eyes were telling me a different story. A story I wasn't so sure about. "So, at WrestleMania , Paul wants us to have a... moment out there."
"What the fuck does that mean?"
"Paul wants us to kiss at WrestleMania "
My heart dropped to my stomach. My mind was racing a thousand miles a minute. Jey and I? Kissing? We aren't even best friends, we just started talking more.
I was speechless. I didn't know what to say. Jey noticed my reaction immediately. "I-I was just informed of this when you were showering. He said for us to talk this out, see if it's something we'd want to do. It's up to you."
"Up to me? Didn't you say we needed to agree on this together?" I questioned, my voice slightly shaking from the weight of the news. Jey shrugged his shoulders nonchalantly. "I'm fine with whatever you're fine with."
I gave him a side glare. "Are you trying to tell me that you are totally up for kissing me?"
Jey chuckled softly. "Funny, Y/N. I just want whatever's comfortable with you. Because I respect you."
I stayed quiet. I wasn't 100% against kissing Jey. I would only kiss him for the gain of viewers for the company. But kissing Jey... kissing? Never in a million years would I have thought about kissing Jey.
"Ok..." I started, adjusting my posture. "If we kiss, I really think that it would do good for the company. It will definitely gain attention and higher rates for the show. But..."
"Need to think about it?" It’s like Jey read my mind. No judgement was lurking in the back of his throat. Just honesty; sincerity. And boy… did it make my heart race.
"Y-yeah. Let me think about it... okay?"
"Yeah, you're good."
I stayed silent as I watched turn off the light on his side of the bed, then crawl under his sheets, those displayed tattoos disappearing. I sighed deeply but quietly, looking up at the dark ceiling and closing my eyes. I sat there for probably another forty-five minutes before finally deciding to get some rest, resuming my rigorous thinking the next day.

JUST THE COWORKER I HATE • JEY USO • PART ONE
SUMMARY: you hate him, was what you told yourself since last year. But what happens when you two are forced to share a storyline together and be by each other’s sides 24/7? Is Jey really the man you thought he was?
WORD COUNT: 4.0k
MONDAY NIGHT RAW
"Okay, but this storyline is about to be lit, especially with our in-ring history together." Liv explained as we sat in catering an hour before Raw aired. I nodded my head, swallowing my food before replying. "Oh, totally. It's about damn time someone takes that title off you." I got a smug smirk from Liv.
"So, anyways, you know how I always have Dom in my corner--like, almost all the time since being in the judgment day?" She asked, sipping her sparkling water. I hummed, nodding my head. "So, you think Hunter is going to pair you up with someone?"
"Ooh, like another guy on the roster? That would be lit, I'd love that." I replied honestly. "So, out of every guy on the Raw roster, who would you love to team up with?"
I went quiet momentarily, listing all of the male superstars off of the top of my head.
Seth Rollins? No, he's in a feud with Drew and CM Punk.
Gunther? No....ew.
Bron Breakker? Possibly, that could be fun.
Chad Gable? Probably not.
“Are you going through the whole roster in your head right now?” Liv asked, a smirk plastered on her nude glossed lips. Laughing softly, I nodded my head. “Yeah, I can’t really think of anyone that’s available on the roster that I could team up with. Bron… possibly?”
“Bron? That’s the best you thought of? Babe, I got one person and one person only that came to my mind right away.”
I shot her a side glare, sensing that she had an idea that I already knew I wasn’t gonna like.
“Please don’t say who I think you’re gonna say.” I murmured, my voice completely monotone. “What? You’re not down to tag with Jey?”
Just hearing his name caused my blood to broil to the brim. I couldn’t stand Jey. Jey fucking Uso.
We had first met when he was fresh off of a victory at Money In the Bank 2021. It was Smackdown, the night I debuted, and he would not shut up about his victory.
He was cocky. He was arrogant. He was an annoying asshole that I couldn’t stand to be around. Out of the handful of times we’ve exchanged words, it always ended up with Jey saying something to build his ego and make my fucking head explode.
I was so glad when I was drafted to Raw the next year, separating myself from the cockiness of Jey Uso himself.
But then, about a year and a half later, I found out that Jey Uso, and only Jey Uso, was invited to the Raw brand by Cody Rhodes, one of the biggest stars on the red brand. When I found out, I refused to believe it, until he arrived at Raw following PayBack.
I’ve completely distanced myself from him, not wanting to get involved with anything including him. I’ve seen him take reoccurring glances towards my way, whether it was backstage or if we just so happened to be on the same flight to the next location.
There was one time we ran into each other backstage, and I couldn’t stand being in a conversation for more than a few minutes. I apologized for being unaware of my surroundings and accidentally bumping into him, and of course, he had to say something that sent my anger teetering over the edge. I had it, yelling words of frustration and profanity towards his way, and that was the last time we ever spoke.
“What about Main Event? You two would-“
“Don’t you dare finish that sentence.” I interrupted, already becoming agitated from hearing his name. “I would never pick Jey to tag up with. Uh-uh, no way.”
“What do you mean? He’s like, on the top right now. The fans would love you two.”
“I don’t care if he’s the top guy in the company right now, I don’t want anything to do with him.”
“Why do you hate him so much? He’s a nice guy!”
“A nice guy?” I questioned like she was out of her damn mind. “A nice guy? When I first met him, all he talked about was how he and his brother are the best in the business and no one can reach their level. He’s always so cocky and brash, and it drives me insane.”
“Okay, but that was back when he was involved with the bloodline stuff. He’s definitely matured since then. Have y’all even tried talking?”
“Once, and I didn’t even want to give him my time of day.”
Liv blew out a breath, shaking her head. “Damn, girl. You are stubborn!”
“Ugh, if you were in my shoes, you would understand-“
“Excuse me, ladies.”
I turned around in my chair, seeing Raw’s general manager, Adam Pearce, standing there. Liv and I both looked up at him. “What’s up, Pearce?” Liv asked.
“Paul wants you two to meet in his office for a short creative meeting. Dominik is also there.” He informed the both of us. I sent him a formal smile, nodding my head. “We’ll be there in a second.” I replied for both of us. Adam sent us a smile before walking off and back towards his office. I looked over at Liv, blowing air through my lips.
“Welp, let’s see what creative’s got for us.” Liv murmured, standing up from her chair.
“What’s new, Paul??” I asked, sitting down in one of the four chairs that were set up in front of his desk. Liv sat to my left, and Dom sat on the other side of her. A part of me prayed that the unused chair next to me was there before, and there was no use for it.
“Hey ladies, Dom. So, I just got off the phone with some of our creative writers about 10 minutes ago, and we got some storyline updates that we want to add in your feud starting next week.”
Excitement brewed in my stomach, but also a tinge of anxiety. This news could be amazing, like an upgrade for a match we’ll be having, or the news could be bad, like one of us being taken off of TV due to storyline changes. Anything could happen last minute in WWE, and it’s always a suspenseful feeling when you're called to Hunter’s office for creative changes.
Paul opened his mouth to speak, but the sound of the door handle creaking open stopped all of us in our tracks. I turned around, watching none other than Jey Uso walk into the office. I instantly shot Liv a glare, and her mouth formed a tiny “o.” Dominik was just sitting behind her exchanging glances between the two of us.
“Sup, Paul. What’s happenin’?” Jey asked, leaning up against the wall to avoid sitting down next to the only open chair next to me. I didn’t mind that one bit. His arms were crossed in front of his chest, and I hated to admit that I admired the way his muscles bulged in his tattooed arms. “Hey, Jey. I just wanted to call the four of you in for some creative changes.”
Fucking shit. I thought. He’s involved in the damn storyline, isn’t he?
“So, I had a chat with creative, and I thought we could add a bit more to this feud. Liv, Y/N, you guys will still be at each other's throats, and when Dom gets in the way, that’s when Jey will be added, teaming up with Y/N.”
I groaned, unfortunately it was audible enough for Paul to hear. He looked over at me, cocking a brow. “What is it, Y/N? Not a fan of the changes?”
I could feel the burn of Jey’s gaze on me, but I tried my hardest not to acknowledge it. I didn’t want to give him the time of day. But also, he probably could sense that he was the one I was upset about. That just caused a grin to form on his face.
“N-no Paul, just… it had to be Jey? Not anyone else?” I asked, trying to keep my voice natural. But I think everyone in the room could hear the edginess and judgement lurking in the back of my throat. “Creative has been wanting Jey in a feud with the judgement day for a while. And we believe you two could do great things in the ring together.”
I don’t think I’ve ever been more upset over a creative change than I was at that very moment. But, this was all part of the job. It had to get done, whether I liked it or not. Jey knew that as well, but I could just imagine the cocky comments he’d sneak in along the way.
“A’ight, so how is this gon’ happen?” Jey asked, his voice calm and monotonous. Paul sent him a smile, flipping through his stack of papers piled on his desk. “Alright, next week is when you and Y/N will run into each other backstage. To sum it up, Y/N will make it clear to you, Jey, that she doesn’t need your help. These backstage segments will continue, and the judgement day will target you because they think that you are a potential ally for Y/N. It will be until Jey gets a match with Dominik that Liv interferes, and Y/N will come out. How does that sound for starters?”
They must’ve been thinking about this for a while, because they already have a whole month of Raw planned for us. The storyline seemed pretty decent, and it would definitely gain the viewers attention.
“Damn… I mean, I’m down. That sounds lit. But little miss stubborn here may need some more convincing.” Jey said, grinning like a damn cat as he glanced down at me. That was when I finally shot him a glare, a snarl perked on my lips. “I think it would be better if you kept my name out of your damn mouth.”
“I ain’t say your name.”
I rolled my eyes, returning my look to Paul. He sat back in his chair, waiting for our bickering to end before continuing. Liv and Dom just smirked at our gestures.
“Alright, with that being said, travel plans are going to change slightly with you two, Y/N and Jey. Starting after next week, you two will stick to traveling together: flights, bus rides, hotels, etc. So if I were you, I’d start getting more comfortable with one another.”
I couldn’t believe the words that came out of Paul’s mouth just then. Me? Traveling with Jey? Things couldn’t have gotten worse.
“Alright, I'll hand you your scripts at the end of the night. Y’all are dismissed.”
I was the first one to shoot up out of my chair, leaving the office in a blur. My mind was everywhere, and my blood was raging hot. This is not how I want to spend the next few weeks, or possibly months… with Jey.
“Yo! Y/N. Hold up.” I heard Jey holler behind me. I stopped in the middle of my tracks, not wanting to cause a scene by continuing to walk and then Jey chasing me around like a damn 5 year old. I turned around with a long sigh, forming a frown on my nude glossed lips. “What, Jey?”
“Why did you have to do that, uce? Embarrass me in front of our boss like that? Can’t you act like you don’t hate me for a few damn minutes?”
“I was just telling the truth. I’m sorry if I hurt that sweet little ego of yours; but news flash, not everyone likes you, Jey.”
“How would you like it if I told my boss I didn’t want to team up with you for work? What if I told Paul that for some reason, you piss me off and you’re a horrible coworker? How’d that make you feel, huh?”
I went silent. I wanted to say something back, but I didn’t have a clue what to say. He was right. Deep down, I knew he was right. That was disrespectful on my end, I’ll admit that.
“So if you could at least stay professional around our boss, I’d appreciate that much. Otherwise, tell me what the hell I’m doing that’s making you act like a damn jerk.”
Jey then bit his lip, refusing to speak another word. He broke his eye contact, looking anywhere but at me. He let his shoulders fall. I stood there, poking the inside of my cheek with my tongue.
“People change…” he muttered under his breath, barely audible. He then looked straight into my eyes. His eyes held mine captive. Those dark brown irises pumped my heart out of my chest. How could someone I despise make my insides react like this?
“And it’s about damn time you understand that.” He finished, turning around and walking away. I stood there speechless, my eyes locked on Jey until he was out of sight.
Since when did Jey act like that?
NEXT MONDAY
“Let me make this very clear.” I started, leaning up against an equipment crate backstage. Jey stood in front of me, a paper of the script in his hands. “We are doing this for work, and for work only. Don’t get on my fucking nerve, be professional, and don’t get in my way. Do you understand?”
“Will you just cut it out with all of the ‘doing to for work’ shit?” Jey mocked. “I’ve been in this business much longer than you, so you don’t have a say in how I work, sweetheart.”
“Don’t, call me that.” I growled, my insides only growing heavier by the grin that scum had on his face. But at the same time, I couldn’t deny the tingles I felt in my stomach at that pet name. He shrugged his shoulders nonchalantly, crossing his large arms in front of his chest. “Alright—” he mumbled, talking a step away from me. He turned his back, but just as he was about to leave, he peeked his head over his shoulder.
“—Sweetheart.”
ON CAMERA
I walked through the empty hallway, stretching my right arm over my chest. I blew out a heavy sigh, preparing to go to the ring to make a promo about Liv and sign a contract for our match at WrestleMania. I glanced off to the side, stopping in my tracks as Jey approached next to me, visible for the cameras. The crowd cheered loudly as one of the top-rising stars appeared on screen. I paused, letting our gaze linger for a few more moments until I scoffed.
“Main event…” I started, looking down at his ‘Main Event Jey Uso’ print on his shirt. “You need anything?”
“I do.” He responded, stopping momentarily to let the tension linger. “The judgement day isn’t a joke. They’ll attack you when you least expect it. I’ve been through it too, uce. So if them boys wanna come out during your contract signing tonight, you know imma be out there to handle their asses.” Jey spoke. His voice gradually deepened with every sentence he spoke, the vibrato of his words tingling in my stomach. I scoffed.
“Listen, Jey. I don’t need your help. I’m all eyes on Liv Morgan and winning that Women’s World Championship. The last thing I need is you getting involved.”
“Me getting involved?” He questioned, his index finger pointed at his chest. “Sweetheart, I’ve been involved with the judgement day for weeks now. I’m just here to let you know that I gotchu if things go south.”
That damn nickname. He couldn’t even keep it out of our damn promo.
“I’m fine. Just let me handle my business, and you handle your own.” I finished, eyeing him up and down before walking away. The cameras remained on Jey for a few more seconds, catching the way his eyes followed me until he broke the gaze.
“And cut!”
OFF CAMERA
I turned around, giving a thumbs up to the cameramen for turning right around. Business was done, and I wasn’t in the mood for any extra talk.
But of course, Jey being Jey, approached me right after the segment.
“Yo, hold up. Where’ you rushing off to?” He questioned, following next to me in step. I kept my gaze down, staring at the concrete floors ahead of me. “I’m going to the locker room? I’m off for another hour. Where else would I be going?”
“Aye, there ain’t no reason to get sassy wit’ me. I just wanted to tell you good job.”
“Really, that’s all?” I grumbled, not giving him the satisfaction of eye contact. Jey sighed audibly, not falling a step behind. “Yes, that’s all. I do it to everyone I have promos with. Can’t I just tell you that you just cut a fire promo?”
I paused my steps, causing Jey to pause right beside me. My heart was pounding, and I couldn’t control it at all. I never can when I’m around him, and I hate that. I finally lifted my gaze, my eyes meeting his dark ones. His gaze was fixed on me, not a dash of resilience.
“Thanks.” I whispered, just loud enough for him to catch on. He broke his eye contact, nodding his head subtly. “Yeah… anytime.”
And with that, he was gone. For the first time ever with him, I felt slightly guilty. Guilty for the words I said before hearing what he had to say. Maybe he was changing. Maybe he was trying to become a better person.
Maybe someone needs to give him a chance.
“One minute, he pisses me off, but then the next, he’s walking right next to me complimenting on my promo. I can’t understand him, Liv.” I whined, curling a 40 pound dumbbell in each hand, watching my muscles flex in the mirror with every rep. Liv sat on a bench right next to mine, waiting for me to finish my set before she started hers. “Girl, when has he ever pissed you off? I mean, since coming to Raw, he’s been acting the nicest he’s ever been. Are you doing something to piss him off?” She questioned, watching me set the weights down on the floor.
“Well…” I started, hesitating slightly to really think about the question. That momentary pause caused Liv to send me a knowing grin. “He hasn’t done anything recently. But that doesn’t take away what happened in the past.” I responded, choosing my words carefully. Liv and I switched spots; she started with her last set of curls while I sat down on the black leather bench.
“Y/N, nothing is going to take away how he acted back then. He knows that. What he’s trying to do is make up for that. He can’t change it. So don’t downgrade him for something that isn’t in his control anymore.” She spoke, then started her first curl. She did have a point. And sometimes, I hated it.
“I guess. But now we are going to be traveling to events together, sharing hotels, everything. How the hell am I supposed to act? I didn’t want to do this shit at all.”
“Girl, you know the game. You know that it’s all for the show, it ain’t new to you. And besides, it might give you and Jey some time to sort the bad blood between you two. Befriend him, at least.”
Befriend him. Befriend him? I have never thought about talking to that man for months until now. Now I’m forced to be around him. I’m forced to talk to him. But while being forced to do that, I just started to see a new side to him. A side that almost doesn’t seem believable. It’s like he has a soft side.
“So, what does Paul have planned for you two next week?” She asked, placing her dumbbells back on the rack. I picked up mine, placing them back as well. I shrugged my shoulders. “No backstage segments. But with our WrestleMania match happening in two weeks, Paul wants Jey to come out and ‘save’ me when y’all come jump me from behind.”
“Ooh, the man comes out to save the women. Love that.” She squealed, and I just rolled my eyes at her over exaggerated response. “Don’t flatter yourself, Liv. This storyline isn’t like yours and Doms. No hugging or kissing.” I replied, grimacing at the thought of being all up on Jey the way Liv is on Dom.
“Aw, but that would be so cute! You two would be the literal power couple of WWE… right behind me and DomDom of course.”
“Ew, I hate that nickname…”
“Yeah… Daddy Dom is better.”
“Liv!”
Our workout continued smoothly, consisting of some tricep workouts, along with some squats to keep our leg shape consistent. Liv kept on pestering me about Jey, about how to let him off the hook and give him a ‘chance’ to be friends. She’s acting like I’ve never thought about it before in my life; when in reality, I’ve thought about it quite a few times since our interaction after the promo.
Liv and I parted ways momentarily, her going over the bike to work on her cardio while I stayed back by the benches to work on dumbbell presses. I pulled two 50 pound dumbbells off of the rack, walking back over to my bench and laying down. I rested the dumbbells on my thighs, taking in a deep breath before pushing them up into the air. I embraced the tingles and the pressure on my arms as I completed 10 steady reps. It was until the 4th set where I got a little nervous.
My arms were blazing hot with soreness, but my body was determined to finish the set. My muscles shook slightly, the weight in my hands feeling like it was growing heavier by the minute. I grunted lightly, feeling the pressure increase majorly on my 7th rep. It was on that rep where it got extremely hard to push the dumbbells up all the way back to equilibrium. As I went down for my 8th rep, a sudden presence appeared behind me, hitting me like a freight train. Large, toned hands rested right below each dumbbell in my hands, and I could just barely see the tribal tattoos starting from his wrist.
“Come on, sweetheart, three more.” He spoke, his voice dark and almost luscious, but clearly motivating. I shook off the sweaty feeling, my confidence boosting knowing that someone was behind me to spot. I bit my bottom lip hard, pushing through my last 3 reps.
“There ya go.” He grunted, taking the dumbbells out of my hands right after my tenth and final rep, placing the dumbbells back on the rack for me. I wiped my sweaty forehead with the back of my head, watching Jey turn back around and look down at me.
“How’d you know that was my last set?” I questioned, grabbing my water bottle off of the floor and taking a large sip. He shrugged his shoulders slightly, his bottom lip barely perked out as he handed me my towel from the ground. I accepted it immediately. “Been keeping an eye from across the room. Saw Liv wasn’t by you to spot.”
“I think I could’ve got it.” I muttered, looking at the mirror in front of me. I looked at Jey through the mirror instead of looking right beside me, not wanting to risk the sudden eye contact. “You did get it, I was just there to spot.” He responded, his voice calm and collective. I let out the smallest of smiles, lowering my chin to hide my expression from him. But by the way he lightly chuckled, I think I failed miserably.
“Thanks.” I whispered, much more confidently than I did just a day before. He smiled, those silver grills visible. He patted my knee just once, keeping a certain distance before standing up. I looked up at Jey, but instantly saw Liv in the back smirking at the two of us. “No problem. Nice set as well.” He finished, his eyes lingering me up and down just once before turning around. I just barely caught his momentary gaze, and it still had a strong enough impact to send my stomach into butterflies. My eyes followed him all the way until he was on the other side of the hotel gym, placing his headphones on his head and starting a set of impressive push ups.

ALWAYS CHOOSE YOU • JIMMY USO
SUMMARY: being a member of the Tribal Chief’s bloodline, you were forced to acknowledge him. But what happens when you’re fiancé, Jimmy Uso, finally decides that he is done with Roman Reigns? Will you stay and acknowledge your Tribal Chief? Or will you choose to go with your fiancé and his twin brother?
WORD COUNT: 3.9k
Out of the entire bloodline, the most dominant faction present in the WWE and possibly of all time, you were seen as the most loyal member of the faction. Roman Reigns depended mostly on you for anything: interfering in matches so he could pick up the victory, running errands for him, and doing his dirty work so he wouldn’t have to. You knew better than to disobey Roman Reigns, The Tribal Chief, so you always obeyed his orders.
You were not in the bloodline when the relatives became a faction on July 9th of 2021. You were fighting alone as a single’s star, creating a big name for yourself. You had a grueling rivalry with another up-coming star, Bianca Belair. You two tore the house down throughout the dome era, winning and losing titles from each other. It was until after WrestleMania 37 that your history making reign came to an end when Bianca took the Smackdown Women’s Championship from you after 507 days of holding it.
Everyone in the company and outside knew that you were engaged to one half of one of the best tag teams possibly in all of WWE, that being Jimmy Uso himself. You two met around early 2017 when you were pulled to the main roster. Jimmy helped you in so many ways, helping you come out of your shell and helping you deal with the relentless travel schedules.
It was in early 2019 when you and Jimmy started dating. The two of you weren’t afraid to let the whole world know about your relationship, so about every WWE fan knows that you two have an undeniable love for each other.
But now, in the present, it is early 2023 and you were convinced and partly forced to join the most dominant faction, the bloodline. The group consisted of the head leader, the Tribal Chief, Roman Reigns. He was Jimmy, Jey, and Solo’s cousin, and although he was only a few months older than the twins, he acted like he was their boss, like he had all of the power in the palm of his hand. Then the former tag team champions, Jimmy and Jey Uso. Then there was Solo, the “enforcer” of the bloodline. Lastly, Paul Heyman was Roman Reigns’ wiseman, another person who did most of Reigns’ dirty work.
Other than you, Solo was another member of the bloodline that was the most loyal to Roman Reigns. Jimmy and Jey, although, are starting to see their cousin as not a true family member. They’re starting to see him as a narcissist, a maniac, and a damn monster. It was clear in the twin’s eyes. They didn’t accept all of the bossing their older cousin has been doing, the pushing and shoving as well. You were slowly starting to see your fiancé’s point of view, but the only thing that seemed reasonable was to stay loyal and acknowledge the Tribal Chief. You couldn’t even begin to think what would happen to your career if you disrespected him.
It was Night Of Champions, 2023, and you were currently standing ringside as Solo and Roman teamed up to take on the current Undisputed Tag Team Champions, Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn. Roman had ordered the twins to stay back tonight, and for you to be out there for any instructions.
Your hands rested on the ring apron, your fingers tapping against the white mat, anxiously biting your lip as Roman laid on the mat, out of breath after kicking out of Kevin’s pop up powerbomb. You slapped you hand a few times against the apron, shouting words of encouragement to Roman’s way.
Roman was able to tag in Solo, as well as Kevin tagging in Sami. Those two start butting heads for a while, but that was until Roman broke up a pin, causing Kevin to attack him from behind and pull him out of the ring. You walked to the other side of the ring, begging for Roman to get up.
It was until Kevin started tearing down the commentary table that the crowd started booing. You turned around, watching Jimmy and Jey quickly make their way down the ramp. You watched silently next to Paul as the twins jumped Kevin, throwing left and rights his way. You quickly stepped in, pulling Roman off of the commentary table and out harms way.
You watched at Jimmy and Jey buried Kevin under the announce table, then rolling into the ring. Sami was on his knees, struggling to get up to his feet. Jimmy and Jey each took a corner of the ring, eyeing down Sami just as he rose to his feet. Jimmy was the first one to hit Sami with a super kick, then Jey followed. The twins sent each other a head nod, sending a double super kick to Sami.
Wait…. Not Sami.
Solo.
Sami ducked out of harms way, which caused the twins to accidentally hit their little brother with a double super kick. You gasped at the ruthless impact, watching Solo ricochet off the mat. You looked over at Roman, who had pure anger in his eyes as he slowly rose to his feet.
Shit, you said to yourself. Shit, shit, shit.
“What the hell are you doing?” Roman asked, his voice deep with disdain which told you just how angery and infuriated he was. Jimmy and Jey stood there, completely speechless as a very angry Tribal Chief approached them. Jimmy stood tall, ready for the shit that was about to be sent his way. “Why are you out here? I didn’t want you guys out here!”
“We weren’t trying to hit him, uce!” Jimmy defended, only to get shoved in the face by Roman’s large hand. Your breath hitched at the sight of Jimmy, your fiancé, being downgraded by Roman. Jey put his hand out, attempting to calm down the vigor dripping from Roman. But if anything, that angered him more. “Don’t you touch me. Why are you touching me?!”
“We got you, uce! I always got you-“
“There ain’t no day one no more!” Roman growled, now shoving Jey back. Your heart was racing at the interactions, knowing that this was not how it was supposed to go. “There ain’t no day one no more, you understand me? Get out of my ring-“
Down went Roman. Sent to the mat by a grueling super kick. A loud gasp left your mouth as Jimmy stood his ground, gone completely mad. Your jaw was dropped, along with Paul who was right next to you. The Saudi Arabian crowd was going crazy behind you, watching Jimmy stare down at his cousin. Jey stood there shocked, shifting glances between his twin brother and Roman.
Your ran your hands through your hair, your nails scratching against your scalp which probably left marks. Jimmy has gone crazy. His eyes told it all. You have never seen your fiancé look at someone that way before.
“What are you doing man?” Jey cried out, tugging his brother’s We The Ones tank top. Your eyes began to trickle with water, completely overwhelmed by everything unfolding. “Why would you do that? You hear me?! Why?!”
Jey was upset, clearly. He tried to head over to Roman to check on him, but Jimmy tugged him back. “Listen to me, uce!” He started. Your hands were shaking, and you resting your elbows on the apron while placing each hand on either side of your head. “Listen to me, uce! I’m doing what you should’ve done a long time ago! I gotchu!”
And with that, he shoved Jey away and sent another devastating super kick to Roman’s jaw. You covered your face with your hands, sucking in the cries that you wanted to let out so bad. Jey just stood still in the ring, too stunned by his brothers actions to speak.
“See uce! It’s you and me, now. We the ones! I’m your brother, not him! I would never do you like that! I would never treat you like that! I’m. Your. Brother!”
You knew Jimmy was paranoid about Roman’s actions towards him and his brother. You knew he wasn’t a big fan of how Roman handled everything. But you never thought Jimmy would’ve snapped like this. You’ve never seen such crazed eyes before. You’ve never seen him like this… ever.
As Jimmy grabbed Jey’s arm, leading him up the ramp, Jimmy’s eyes turned towards you. He didn’t look away. He just stared right into your eyes, like he was silently sending you a message. No guilt flashed in those beautiful, crazed irises. But guilt flooded yours.
Everything seemed to have gone by in a rush, Solo being helluva kicked by Sami, then being pinned for the three count. You were still at total shock, replaying those vigorous actions your fiancé poured down against Roman. Jey seemed to have been uneasy about the decision his brother made, but at the end of the match, he was walking alongside his brother, not Roman.
Roman took reoccurring glances at you, knowing exactly was was running through your mind. He knew your mind was all over the place, debating on staying with him or running off to your husband. At the end of the day, Jimmy is always going to be the man you come home to, but with a monster always lurking on your shoulder, it makes it a little harder than normal.
"Did you tell him to do that?" Roman roared as you headed up the ramp along with Solo and a still shocked Paul Heyman. You looked up at Roman's tall, bulging figure, shaking your head. "N-no. No, I didn't tell him anything. I didn't know he was going to do that!"
"Your fiance just made the biggest mistake of his life. I don't want you going there, either. You're nothing without me, Y/N. Nothing!" He growled, still rigid and furious about the betrayal of his twin cousins. You didn't speak for the whole rest of the night. You went back to the hotel early so you could get a chance to fall asleep before Jimmy arrived back. Although, you were definitely awake when he arrived at your room around midnight. You acted as if you were asleep, Roman's words still simmering in your head.
I can't betray Roman. You thought. Tears pricked your closed eyes as you felt the bed sink beside you, hearing the sheets rustle as Jimmy pulled them over his body. But I can't betray him.
What the hell am I gonna do?
The tension between you and Jimmy only grew since Night of Champions. You two rarely spoke to each other, not out of anger, but mostly because you feared Roman catching on. Jimmy knew Roman had such a captivating hold on you, and all he wanted was for you to get your head out of your ass and realize that leaving Roman is the best way to go.
He tried multiple times to talk you into leaving Roman. He tried his hardest, but you refused to listen. At least at first.
You've been off of television for over a month, but you still arrived to every show. You were forced to stay backstage for all of the promos and matches, and you were forbidden to answer the door if anyone knocked. Roman was very strict about any sort of contact with the twins since their betrayal.
All of that time alone gave you chances to really think. To think about how your career and life has been since joining the bloodline. You remember all of the weeks you thoroughly enjoyed, and almost every single one of them was when Roman took that week off. You couldn't think of three times you've enjoyed yourself while in the holds of Roman Reigns. The Tribal Chief. You finally really started to understand Jimmy and Jey's point of view. It was slowly lurking onto you, and you felt like a total idiot not to realize it.
Jey finally gave in, taking his brother's side all the way and starting up a big feud between the family members. The twins have been butting heads with Roman and Solo, and you had no idea how to stop all of this chaos. It was turmoil every single week, and all you could do was sit back and watch.
Every Friday when the show was over, Roman made it clear to you that you must stay with him if you wanted to become the next big superstar. He claimed he made Jimmy and Jey infamous in the business, and he was going to do that for you too. He said he already did, but he could do more.
But finally, after Roman left the locker room one night on Smackdown in early July, leaving you replaying his words in your head, you finally... finally came to a choice.
A choice that was going to change your career forever.
MONEY IN THE BANK, 2023
O2 Arena, London, England
You sat in catering with a close friend of yours, Rhea. Rhea has been in the business for about as long as you have, so you two have grown up in the business around each other. Since joining the Bloodline, you haven't been seeing her much lately due to being on separate brands. But during pay-per views like this, you two always like to catch up.
That's if Roman isn't on your ass 24/7.
"How are you feeling about that main event tonight, hon? Have you talked to Jimmy at all about this?" Rhea asked, digging her fork into her caesar salad and taking a delicious bite. You blew out a quiet sigh, rubbing your temple with your index finger. "I've barely talked to Jimmy since Night of Champions, to be honest with you. Roman has been so strict about us since that night, because he thinks that I am the one who talked Jimmy into betraying him. My mind has just been... everywhere since then."
"You haven't been on Smackdown at all since then, either. Has Roman been keeping you in the back?" She then asked, her tone obviously dripping with judgement. You nodded your head just once as your answer. "I've been told to stay in the back. To be honest, Rhea, I've been enjoying that quiet time. It's been giving me time to think, and just relax. Roman's been making things so stressful."
"Does he want you out there tonight?"
"You know Roman... I'm only out there to break up a pin and help him win. That's all I've ever been doing since joining the damn group. But Solo is out there tagging with him tonight, so I think he just wants me to stay back here and out of his way."
"Y/N... I don't know how to say this... but that is all kinds of fucked up. You are so talented, on the mic and in the ring, and people need to see that. Roman forcing you to stay backstage won't do you any good. I think you need to consider doing something..."
She had a good point. A great point, actually. She basically summed up all of your thoughts you've had this last month in two sentences. Your eyes drifted to the monitor on your left, and it started advertising Roman and Solo's match with the Usos. A pinch of nausea rolled over your body, but you knew that the time was now. You looked over at your friend from across the table.
"Gotta go." You started, standing up from the steel chair and pushing it in against the wooden table. Rhea sent you a confused glance, crossing her arms over her chest. "I thought Roman said he didn't want you out there, tonight?"
You took a deep breath, tightening your ponytail behind your head.
"Who said I'm going out there for Roman?”
You could barely see through the cloth as you made your way through the crowd. Baggy sweats and a baggy sweatshirt was all that you had on, other than your black cropped tank and your undergarments. You wore black from head to toe, looking like a burglar on a mission. Solo was in the ring, holding up a exhausted and uneven Jey Uso. Jimmy was laid out on the mat after suffering a spear from Roman moments before.
Solo and Roman both did their signature moves to Jey, and everyone thought it was over. Roman pulled Jey on top of his twin brother, then crawled himself on top of the brothers. That's when you made a b-line for it, quickly hopping over the barricade.
"1!"
"2!"
"Who the? Someone just pulled the ref out of the ring!"
Your heart was beating out of your fucking chest. No one knew who you were at that very moment, but you prepared yourself for the hell that was soon going to be sent your way. Roman looked up, and you could see his eyes staring fire into yours through the black bandana you wore over your face.
You slowly made your way inside the ring, giving Jimmy and Jey as much time to regenerate their bodies. You kept your head down low, a snarl growing on your face when you started to here Roman's low, growling voice being yelled towards you. You clenched your hands into fists at your sides, no doubt your knuckles turned white.
"Who the hell do you think you are! Get out of my ring!" Roman yelled, sitting up on his knees. Jimmy was the first brother to slowly start stirring up, leaning up against the bottom turnbuckle in the corner closest to him. He helped his brother up while keeping his eyes straight on you. But the thing was, he had no idea it was you under the mask.
You slowly turned around, but paused with your back turned to the Tribal Chief. You cut out all of the noise from the crowd, as you finally pushed the trigger that was weighing on your chest for so long.
The whole O2 arena went crazy as you nailed a superkick right into Roman's jaw. Jimmy and Jey stood there shocked, exchanging glances between anonymous you and Roman, who held his jaw with his hand. You rose your shaky hand towards your face, gripping the edge of the polyester material that rose to your hairline. It was now or never, you thought just before you pulled that cloth down your face. The crowd went even crazier than before as you revealed yourself, pulling the hood off of your head and pulling the sweatshirt over your body. You made sure everybody saw the 'Down Since Day One-Ish' wording on your shirt.
"I'm out!" You screamed, fury built up behind your weary voice. "I can’t do this anymore! I'm out!"
And with that, you sent another superkick to Roman's jaw once again. You blew out a shaky sigh, your eyes threatening to water up due to all the pent-up emotions finally falling down upon you. You sniffed lightly, finally turning your gaze over to the love of your life, Jimmy, right alongside his brother Jey. You sent him the smallest of a nod, silently telling him to finish this mess. Finish the match and win it.
You turned around quickly, running straight towards Solo before clotheslining him over the top rope. You fell down to your knees, sitting agains the bottom turnbuckle on the opposite side of the ring that Jimmy was on. Adrenaline rushed through your body as you watched Jimmy deliver a superkick straight towards Roman's direction. Roman finally fell to the mat after three superkicks, and that's when the twins knew that this was finally going to come to an end.
Jimmy tagged in his twin brother before sitting down against the bottom turnbuckle. During that short time that Jey was climbing to the top rope, Jimmy looked across the ring, right at you. His eyes glimmered, and for the first time in a long time, you both felt free. Free to express feelings, free to love each other, and free to have each other's backs.
Jey hit the splash right on top of Roman, and the ref slammed his hand to the mat for a historic three times. The noise around you seemed to have gone silent, but you could see everyone around you on their feet cheering and screaming. Tears finally built up in your eyes when you came to the realization that... this is over. This is finally over.
Finally, one tear trickled down your cheek as you watched Jey and Jimmy embrace in the middle of the ring. You could just imagine how they were feeling. Finally proving to their cousin that they aren't his sidekick, but they are a tag team that doesn't need bossing around. And you could not be more proud.
Jimmy backed away from his brother, but his gaze then landed on you. Your bottom lip trembled, your hands curled up in front of your mouth. You then grasped the ropes on either side of you, hoisting yourself up to your feet. You saw Jimmy's eyes fall down to your shirt that proudly represented the twins and the twins only. He was wearing the exact same tank top, only longer; of course. His lips perked up at the sight, which caused a smile to form on yours too.
"You like it?" You asked loudly over the bass of the music and the singing of the crowd, doing a short 180-spin. Jimmy finally let out that smile that you have been craving to see for a month, grabbing your hands and pulling you flush against his warm, sweaty body. As soon as you felt his body against yours, you were finally home. You felt free. You were in the arms of the man you love, and you weren't planning on changing that anytime soon.
"You are crazy... baby." Jimmy spoke against your ear and he held you tight against him. You huffed a few chuckles, wrapping your arms around his neck and grabbing a fistful of his long, black hair that you love. "Hm, but you love me that way." You replied, pulling your head back so you could look into those deep, luscious brown eyes. Jimmy nodded, raising his eyebrows as if to say 'true that.'
One hand stayed around your waist as the other one brushed a strand of your hair away from your eyes. Your heart was beating courageously out of your chest. His touch had such an impact on you, making your body feel like it was turning to jelly. You pressed your hand flat against the back of his head, finally receiving the hardest, most passionate kiss from your fiance that you were dying to feel again. Dying to feel the warmth and softness of his lips around yours.
He hugged you tight again, so tight as if you would slip away if he let go. Your lips were tingling from that immaculate kiss, like they always do after he kisses you. Another warmth engulfed you, and you felt Jey right next to your side, joining you two for a group hug.
The three of you exited the ring, walking back up the ramp with your arms around each other. You took a few glances back, looking at Roman who was infuriated over his loss. At your last glance, his eyes met yours, and they were filled with something you didn't know. Jimmy noticed the way your body slightly tensed, and he looked back at Roman for himself.
Right there, for Roman to see, you held Jimmy's face with your hands and pressed one last, long, lingering kiss on his lips, making sure that Roman one hundred percent knew where you now stood. You didn't stand in the bloodline any longer.
You now stood in the Uso Penitentiary.

ABOUT DAMN TIME • JIMMY USO
PAIRING: Jimmy Uso x Reader
SUMMARY: Jimmy and Y/N, best friends with the most undeniable chemistry finally break the romantic tension that’s being gnawing at them forever while on vacation with friends
WORD COUNT: 7.8k
Letting out the most relaxed sigh, you closed your eyes and let the hot rays of the sun burn up your body. The breeze was subtle, cool but refreshing. This was exactly what you needed.
You’ve been on the road for about four years now, and during those four exhausting but life-changing years, you’ve had no vacations. Rarely any work days off. Being in the world of a WWE Superstar is nothing anyone could imagine, it’s relentless. But you wouldn’t change it for the world.
You’ve made many friends since joining the company, one of them being a woman who has been by your side since NXT; your partner in crime, Bianca Belair. She’s always had your back, and you’ve always had hers. She was like your other half, always relying on her when you truly needed it.
You two were not only inseparable outside of the ring, but inside as well. You two dominated the women’s tag team division, representing the legacy of women’s wrestling.
Money In The Bank, one of the most highly anticipated pay-per views in WWE just came to a close, and you were more than eager to spend a week-long vacation in Puerto Rico with your best friends.
Bianca is married to one half of the Street Profits, Montez Ford. Montez, being a part of a tag team, is unwilling to let his tag partner fall behind on group vacations, so he wanted to bring Angelo along, as well as two of his friends that were undoubtedly your friends as well. Jey and Jimmy, currently clashing heads with Montez and Angelo in the ring, were invited along too this week, and you were completely alright with it.
Jey was a cool guy, and you two undeniably were friends off the bat, but there was something about Jimmy that got you swooped off your feet right away. It was his comedic demeanor, his attentiveness, and his personality that got you latched onto him as a best friend in no time. You guys were always hanging out in each other’s locker rooms at shows, having inside jokes just between the two of you, and overnights at each other’s houses on weekends off. At this point, he’s almost passing up Bianca.
“You seriously forgot the champagne!?!” You heard Bianca screech from inside our rented villa, the outdoor lights casting a warm vanilla glow over the cyan-lit pool and along the multiple sun chairs including the one you were in. You let out an audible chuckle, laying your head back to soak in the last of the sun as it was on its verge of disappearing under the horizon. “I’m sorry, babe! Angelo’s dumbass forgot the cooler on the counter!”
“Aw hell nah, I know you ain’t blaming me for your Dory-ass fucking brain memory.”
“I told you to grab the damn cooler and bring it to the car!”
“And then I told Jey to grab it!”
“Boy, I had my AirPods in, I ain’ hear shit.” Jey chimed in, his voice dripping with unbearable confusion which caused another chuckle to escape your throat. “Boys, quit it! Angelo and Jey, since you two were supposedly in charge of picking up the champagne, how ‘bout you two go get some for us right now?” Bianca offered, undoubtedly saving her husband from running any extra errands.
“Seriously? Can’t we go tonight without champagne then?”
“No! And y’all better hurry up, ‘cause I’ve been craving a glass for a few hours now!”
As much as this specific group of people make you so damn annoyed at certain times, it’s honestly a fun and relaxing feeling to be around them. You can be yourself around them. You can have the most amount of fun that you’ve never had in your life with them.
“Y/N! Are you still out here?!” Bianca called from inside the house, alerting you almost immediately. Without opening your eyes, you responded with a simple, “Yeah!”
“Angelo and Jey are going to pick up some errands for us. Tez and I are gonna be inside if you or Jimmy need us!
“Why you ain’t coming back out here!?” You questioned Bianca. “Too much damn mosquitoes when it gets dark. You’re gonna get bit if you stay out there for much longer!”
“Alright, I’ll come inside in a few. Where’s Jimmy by the way?”
“I thought he was outside by you?”
Sitting up straight with your brows furrowed, you looked to your right and left, scanning the area for Jimmy. But he was no where. You hummed, shrugging your shoulders before laying your head and back against the chair.
To your complete oblivion, a strong pair of hands grasped your sides and lifted you up off the chair. A shuddering shriek left your mouth as you was finally able to contemplate that you were propped up on somebody’s shoulders. Taking a glance down, you recognized the half-red-half-black hair and those glorious tattoos covering both of his muscled arms. It was damn Jimmy who you were on.
And this man being the goofy, arrogant man he is, decided to Samoan Drop you into the pool.
The water wasn’t too cold, but it was just cold enough to send a shockwave of goosebumps up your body. You instantly scrambled to the surface, wiping the hair away from your face before watching Jimmy do the same.
“Jimmy!” You shrieked as you watched his eyes fall over to yourself. He let out one of those idiotic smirks that you secretly love, pushing a wave of water towards your body that splashed off your breasts. “Why would you do that!”
“Cause I’m borrrrred, girl.” Jimmy dramatically dragged out, placing both hands on one of your shoulders to hold him up. You were surprised he could even fit one hand on your shoulder. “And I wanted to get a lil’ wet.”
Perking up an eyebrow, you silently stared at Jimmy. He shot you the same look back, which you instantly broke down in some chuckles. “Boy, that sounded like you were damn horny.”
“You got such a dirty-ass mind, girl. I just wanted to get in the pool and no one else wanted to.”
“You could’ve waited for Jey to come back. I was relaxing!”
“I know…” he murmured, lowering his head in slight defeat. “But ion wanna spend time with him. He annoys me too much.”
“And I don’t annoy you?” You questioned surprisingly, treading in the shallow water as it slowly became warmer around your body. Jimmy, treading a few feet across from you, shook his head. “Nah, you especially do. But in a good way.”
“What’s that supposed to mean?”
“You can talk your head off about the most off-base shit, and I still enjoy being around you. That’s what that means.”
“So you just admitted to not being interested in my conversations.”
“Y/N, shut the hell UP!” Jimmy whined teasingly, getting a laugh from yourself. You loved teasing him, ‘cause it just set that playful, friendly vibe between you two. A vibe that you were both so comfortable in. You waved your arms under the water to keep balance as you slowly walked in circles perpendicular to Jimmy.
“You know…” Jimmy started, gathering your attention once more. You watched him as he took a deep breath, his wet hair falling straight down his sides with slight curls. The little lanterns surrounding the patio luminated the pebbles of water shining his face. “I’m glad Tez and Dawkins invited uce and I on this trip.”
“I’m glad you’re having a good time.” You replied, a small smile of pure happiness forming on your lips. Jimmy then shook his head lightly. “No, not just that. Well, of course I’m having a good time, but I’m happy they invited me because-“
Jimmy slowly stopped his talking, hesitating slightly as if he was carefully planning on how we was going to say what he was going to say next. You kept quiet, your eyes still focused on him and his undeniably beautiful face.
“I’m happy they invited me because you were also going to be here.”
Your heart grew warm inside your chest, your face growing more color at his sincere and tender comment. The corners of your lips perked up, which Jimmy’s did soon after seeing your reaction.
“Would you come if I wasn’t here?” You asked softly, completely relaxed as the warm water swirled around the two of you. Jimmy shrugged his shoulders, breaking the eye contact to lower his head slightly. “It depends. If I really need a vacation, I probably would. But I would’ve just stayed back on the road or spent my vacation at my house if you weren’t gonna be here.” He truthfully admitted.
“Awww, you’re such a softie.” You teased, although your voice sounded with such appreciation and warmth. Jimmy chuckled softly, and you realized the slight struggle he was having to bring his eyes back to yours. Something that he rarely had any problem with. Silence filled the area, not awkward, though. A comfortable, subtle silence. All that could be heard was the soft blowing of the wind and the nightly critters awakening at their natural rate. Your heart was pounding silently but hard at the same time, still sensing some sort of unspoken thoughts Jimmy had.
“I heard we were planning on watching a movie tonight…” You started, finally breaking the silence that has been making your head spin momentarily. “…have any idea what it is?”
“Nope.” Jimmy replied, emphasizing the pop after ‘p.’ “Bianca probably picked some mushy teen romance movie. Bet’chu happy ‘bout that.”
“What’s wrong with some innocent teen romance?” You asked, your arms still softly treading under the colorful-lit pool. “It’s cute.”
“Nah, that shit is cringy and awkward. It’s always were the girl falls for the guy, blah blah blah, then they have sex, then the next day something happens and the girl overreacts and breaks up with him, then he comes crawling back and they get back together. Bam, teen romance movie for ya.”
“I have never seen a sex scene in a teen movie before.” You exasperated, shooting him a debatable look. “Are you watching teen romance or some adult loony-toon shit?”
“Ion know, but either way, ain’t for me.”
“Wow, I always pictured you to be the kinda guy who’s secretly into romance movies. You give off that vibe.”
Jimmy perked up an eyebrow, which left you utterly impressed by how well he could do it. You swear, it’s in their Samoan blood. “What makes you think that?”
Your cheeks blushing slightly, you replied. “You’re just a kind, loving kinda guy. You’re a ladies man. And you just seem like a really romantic guy.”
“God, you read too much romance books.” Jimmy scoffed, getting a cackle from your lips. You saw Jimmy smile lightly as his head was slightly turned at that time. “Are you thinking about me as a person or me if I was in a movie?”
“Both.” You replied, not realizing that y’all were a tad bit closer together than you were a minute ago. “I mean, you got the personality; this goofy guy with some bit of a tough act, but so caring and amazing-”
Jimmy chuckled at that. “So…” he then started, not well aware of what was about to come out of his mouth. “You would fall for me if I was the main character?”
Your face fell slightly, mostly out of shock and whiplash that your mind took on the question. You sucked at this, expressing your feelings romantically. There is no doubt that Jimmy has been making you feeling a way that no other man has made you feel before, but now being in the moment got you taken aback.
Jimmy’s confident performance fell slightly as well, as if he just realized what he said. He didn’t make it crystal clear about his emotions towards you, but it was just enough to cause both of your heads to spin and minds to race. Many questions lingered in both of your heads, the answers being 50/50.
“Jim! Y/N!” You both heard Montez exclaim from inside the house. Your graze broke after what seemed like minutes, looking towards the back door to see Montez just approaching. He leaned up against the side of the door, exchanging looks between the two of you. “We are planning on watching something. Bianca wants y’all to dry off and come inside soon.”
You couldn’t help but silently thank Montez for breaking the now awkward silence that will continue to linger between you and Jimmy. Without returning a glance to Jimmy out of utter nervousness, you exited the pool and grabbed a towel that was draped over a lounge chair, wrapping it around your body before heading inside.
•••
Standing in front of the kitchen island, you grabbed the bag of M&M’s, gently shaking the bag over the bowl of popcorn to mix that mind-blowing flavors together. As you were doing so, Bianca walked in, champagne glass in her hand, not to your surprise.
“You almost ready, girl?” Bianca asked, resting on of her hands on the white marble counter. Quickly popping a M&M in your mouth, you nodded your head as you threw the empty container into the garbage. “What are we watching?” You asked as you picking up the bowl and walked side by side with Bianca back into the large and luxurious living room.
“I guilted Tez into letting me pick the movie for tonight, so I picked Dirty Dancing.”
“Nice work!” You praised, smacking a hand on Bianca’s shoulder while grabbing the bowl of goods in the other. You two made your way to the living room. You examined the modern, warm area, finding one empty spot next to Montez, which was probably Bianca’s. And the only other available spot was right next to Jimmy on one of the two couches.
What a damn coincidence, you thought to yourself.
Bianca headed straight over to her husband, snuggling up next to his side like she was his teddy bear. I silently then made my way over to Jimmy, sitting myself down next to his and pulling some of the bunched up blanket on his lap over onto mine. Jimmy’s eyes followed the bowl in my hands, lighting up when he saw the goodies in it. He then dug a handful into the bowl and shoved the popcorn and M&M’s in his mouth. I couldn’t help the small smile that fell from my lips.
“Mm, that’s some good shit.” Jimmy commented, pointing at the bowl in my hands with his salty, greasy fingers. I nodded my head at his comment, picking out a single piece of popcorn and plucking it into my mouth. The movie then started, and everyone was talking lightly throughout the beginning credits, except you and Jimmy. The air has been shifted between you two since his comment in the pool, and the tension made your insides shift with uncomfortableness.
“You good?” Jimmy started, whispering so only you could hear and no one else. Swallowing lightly, you nodded your head, keeping your eyes glued to the tv. “Yeah, I’m fine.”
From the way Jimmy’s eyes lingered on you, it was obvious that he didn’t believe a word you said. He was staring at you, as if he was trying to find out why your demeanor changed so suddenly.
“Y-you sure? Did I say something bad?” He then asked, pulling out a bold move by resting his arm on the couch around your back. Your body shivered as you felt the warmth of his body rejuvenate you. “No. It’s fine.”
“I don’t believe that for one second, Y/N. You know you can talk to me, right?”
“I know…” you trailed off, getting lost in his slight touch as his fingertips grazed against your shoulder. You couldn’t ignore the feeling this man gave you, so why couldn’t you just try to ignore this confession for a little longer? “I’m just thinking.”
“‘Bout what?”
You couldn’t respond. Not verbally. Your body was still responding to Jimmy’s lingering touch as his hand that was previously around your back slid underneath the blanket you two were sharing, his hand resting gently on your thigh. Your breath hitched silently, your gaze examining the room to make sure no one realized how tense you suddenly got.
“Were you thinking about my opinion?” Jimmy whispered into your ear, his voice deeper which caused your spine to tingle. Blood rushed through your body, and your thighs immediately clenched together. “Thinking about if I’d feel the same way?”
Back at the pool, you weren’t one hundred percent about Jimmy’s feelings. The signs he was giving weren’t completely accurate enough for me to make a precise accusation, but the way that Jimmy’s voice dripped with such intensity caused your core to broil. It was impossible to ignore him now, not when he got you so riled up on the inside.
“Y-yeah.” You responded, your voice barely audible as your eyes lingered on the TV that showed Johnny and Baby first meeting. You could almost feel the grin that Jimmy plastered on his lips, a grin that was teasing but still so damn genuine. Jimmy’s hand started rubbing lightly against your bare skin, and complete calm washed over your body. You closed your eyes momentarily, breathing in deeply before focusing back on the movie. “C’mere.” Jimmy whispered softly, pulling you gently to your side. You couldn’t resist smiling genuinely as you resting your head on his broad shoulder, his red hair tickling your temple. His lips pressed against your hair, kissing your head softly before adjusting himself to watch the movie in front of him.
No one else in the room caught on with the thick, romantic tension that coursed between you and Jimmy. You totally relaxed his arms, and he kept his hand rested on your tricep, rubbing gentle circles with his thumb. The small gesture made your mind spin like crazy.
As the movie came to a close, everyone was ready for bed. Jey especially. He was sprawled out on a chair, deep in sleep. Angelo could barely keep his eyes open, along with Bianca. Tez, Jimmy, and I were the only ones that seemed actively awake.
“Welp, we’re heading to bed. Night y’all.” Montez whispered, wrapping an arm around Bianca and walked to their room. Angelo followed them, heading to his room that he was to share with Jey. Jimmy let out a low groan, removing his arm that was around you and stood up from the couch, heading over to his twin brother. “Uce, movie’s over. We’re heading to bed now.”
You chuckled lightly as Josh looked around, still half asleep and probably had no idea where he was. Jimmy even cackled at his brother, pulling him up off of the couch and walked him down to his bedroom like Jey was some toddler.
You finally got up from your warm and comfortable spot, trotting over to the kitchen and filling up a cold glass of water to finish the night with. You placed one hand on the counter, the other hand holding the water glass as you took a delicate sip. Mid-sip, you felt a strong pair of arms gently wrap around your waist, causing your lips to perk up lightly.
“Can we talk, ma?” Jimmy asked, his voice low as he was aware of the rest of the house either sleeping or on the verge of falling asleep. You inhaled deeply, nodding your head as you turned around, face to face with Jimmy’s gorgeous face. His eye contact got your insides twirling, your blood heating vigorously. His hands stayed on your hips loosely.
“What did I say in the pool that made you uneasy?”
You stayed silent momentarily, debating on whether to fully explain the truth or to try to change the subject. But the second choice seemed almost impossible by the way Jimmy’s eyes stared into yours. It’s like he was holding your excuses captive, and you could only tell the truth.
“I-It was n-“
“I know it wasn’t nothing, Y/N. Be real with me, ma. What did I say?” Jimmy repeated, his voice low and commanding that made your body shiver. Sucking in a deep breath, accepting your defeat, you responded, “w-when you asked if I would fall for you… I just got nervous…”
Jimmy furrowed his brows, his hands placed gently on either one of your hips. His fingertips grazed lightly under your t-shirt, his skin touching yours. “What got you nervous, baby?”
“I-I’m not good at this, Jimmy. Admitting my feelings. I get nervous and scared, and it’s especially scary with you because I love you so much. You’re my best friend, and I don’t want to ruin that.”
Jimmy went quiet, a little too quiet for your liking. His eyes lingered on yours, his pupils dilated slightly. His grip on your hips seemed to have tightened, his fingertips digging lightly into your skin.
“Baby… all you needed to do was say something.” Jimmy whispered, gripping a strand of your hair in between his fingertips and wrapping it behind your ear. “All you needed to do was talk to me.”
You stayed quiet, having no clue what to say or do next. Jimmy had such a deep hold on your feelings, and it seemed like every little thing he said or done got you locked up in his hold hostage.
“Tell me, baby.”
“W-what?” You whispered, caught off guard by the sudden command. Jimmy’s eyes gazed your body up and down, dripping with confidence and sincerity. “Tell me what you want.”
You closed your eyes, never imagining you’d be in this moment. In Jimmy’s arms, trapped between his large, luscious body and the marble counter, and literal seconds away from telling him the truth.
“You.” You whispered, barely audible. Your insides were shaking, just from the suspense of Jimmy’s silence. You then spoke again. “I want you, Jimmy.”
You couldn’t even blink before he pulled you against his body, crashing his lips into yours in a hard, hot kiss. Your insides blew up, heat rising in your blood as his lips dominated yours. Both of his large, calloused hands caressed each side of your face, tilting your head up to latch your lips to his more deeply. Your hands frantically gripped anything you could reach, which was the fabric of his white tank top.
The dominance of his lips drew a soft moan from yours, and you knew that Jimmy’s body responded to any noise you made. He pressed his hips up against yours, and you drew another moan as you felt his growing, hard erection pressed against your groin.
“Tell me to stop, and I’ll stop.” Jimmy whispered in between kisses, his movements becoming softer until he had your full permission. You shook your head, placing your hands on each side of his bearded face. “No. No, don’t stop.”
Jimmy growled lowly, his hands grabbing your legs and hoisting you into his arms. Your arms wrapped around his neck, grabbing fistfuls of his red and black hair. With his lips still writhing with yours, he walked you to his bedroom and closed the door behind him. He broke the kiss and walked you over to the bed, gently placing you down on the soft, silky mattress. The room was dark, but you could still see Jimmy’s dark eyes as the moon casting a faint glow over his face.
Jimmy was throbbing with restraint, but he fought back against his need. He wanted to take his time. He wanted this to be the most memorable experience of his life.
Jimmy walked up against the edge of the bed, parting your thighs with his fingers and stood in between your legs. His hands rested on your thighs, rubbing your bare skin gently. His fingertips faintly pushed the fabric of your pajama shorts up higher, drawing a soft gasp from your lips.
His hands then found the ends of your shirt, and you lifted your arms up, signaling him your permission. Your eyes sank on his, full of trust and honesty. Jimmy read your eyes, slowly pulling your shirt up and over your body. He tossed it gently on the floor, examining the curves of your hips and shoulders.
“So beautiful.” He murmured, lowering his lips down to softly kiss your collarbone. The feeling of his soft, wet lips pressed against your skin had your body responding instantly. A light whined fell from your lips as your thighs squeezed tighter at the full sensation. “So perfect.”
His body hovered over yours, and you had no choice but lay back flat on the mattress. His lips continued moving with such a powerful purpose, trailing kisses from your collarbone all the way down to your abdomen. He paused right above the waistband of your shorts, his eyes meeting yours through his long lashes. Silent permission, once again. Your body squirmed with such need, one of your hands pressed against his cheek. “Jimmy-“
“I ain’t gonna start anything you don’t wanna finish, ma.” He whispered, his voice gentle but fierce. Your heart beat harder at his soft, gentle permission, but the condition and need your body was in right now, you needed him to just get to work. “I want you to tell me what you want. Exactly what you want.”
Your other hand found his hair, grabbing a tight fistful. Strands of his hair parted in between your fingers. You gently pressed your hand harder against his head, attempting to motion him down to your achy core. But he wouldn’t budge, not until you told him what you wanted.
“Jimmy, fuck- I want you… please.” You practically begged, your hips bucking with greedy need. Jimmy’s lips perked up at your riled up body, finally gripping the waistband of your shorts and pulling them down your legs with such delicacy. And then the way his eyes darkened as he looked at your underwear, you immediately knew that he recognized how wet you were for him.
“Shit, ma. You really want this, dont’cha?” He teased, looping a finger under the fabric pressed against your sensitive skin. You whined softly, inhaling sharply as the cool air hit your throbbing, hot cunt. “Yes, yes.” You breathed, closing your eyes to fully take in the gorgeous feeling of Jimmy’s large hand roaming along your inner thighs. His lips followed his hands, kissing along your inner thighs as well. He paused momentarily right before you core, his hot breath cascading off your skin.
“Plea-“
You couldn’t even finish your plead, your breath completely taken away as Jimmy dragged up tongue up the whole length of your moist pussy. You body shuddered instantly, barriers of ecstasy immediately torn down. You bit down hard on your lip, trying not to let out a noise knowing that you’d wake everyone up. Soft whimpers left your mouth every now and then, but the way Jimmy’s tongue darted in and out of your needy core, you felt that he was on a mission to make you scream.
“Jimmy ~unhh~ feels s’good.” You drawled, cries continuing to escape from your lips as your pleasure rate plummeted to the fucking sky. Jimmy hummed lowly with validation, his finger skidding their way towards your entrance to rub your clit softly.
Was he always this skilled? My god- you thought in your head as this man continued to passionately devour your pussy. Your hands raked through his hair, massaging his scalp which drew a low groan from Jimmy. His hum vibrated against your clit, causing the deep sensation in your core to build up almost violently.
“Mhm, I knew you’d taste so sweet. Been wanting this pussy for ages, ma.” Jimmy growled, his eyes closed as he took his pointer and middle finger, inserting them both into your cunt. A strained moan left your mouth, your walls immediately clenching around his digits. His eyes glanced up to yours, his gaze so powerful that you could feel it. You lowered your chin to meet his gaze, and the way he had you in the palm of his hand was all held in his powerful eyes. “Jimmy~”
“Yeah, that feel good baby?” Jimmy asked, his voice slurred with contentment. You bit down on your lip, holding in your moans as his fingers picked up pace. Your wetness sounded through the darkness and emptiness of the room. The thought of anyone walking by the room and knowing what y’all were doing was on the back of your mind.
“Feels so good-so good-“ you murmured, your body completely overwhelmed by the burning hot sensation your body was coiled up in. You felt Jimmy place his lips on your inner thigh, gently kissing your skin while his fingers continued to work their magic—pumping in and out of you with a fiery desire. Those gentle kisses calmed your body momentarily, as if he was silently assuring you that he had everything under control. That tonight he was going to take his time with you.
He was going to make love to you.
Your stomach churned with an unfamiliar disdain, but you knew that you were on the edge of release. Your legs started to shake slightly, and Jimmy caught onto your actions almost immediately. He dove his tongue back into your dripping core, gently circling around your bundle of nerves.
“Oh my god, Jimmy— right there.” You moaned, a little louder than you would’ve liked to, but being in the moment and feeling the sensation building up in your core, it was almost impossible not to let out sounds of satisfaction.
“Come on, ma. Cum for me. I’m right here, ma.” Jimmy gentle spoke, his voice full of content and sincerity. Even when he spoke like a true angel, your heart heated up like a damn demon. He had a fierce impact on you, and only he could ignite such a reaction.
Just then, the little curl of his fingertips inside of you sent you tumbling over the edge, encountering one of the best orgasms of your life. A sharp, guttural moan left your mouth as you fell down from your immaculate high. Jimmy noticed to edginess of your body, in which he immediately started trailing soft, tender kissed up your hot, naked body.
“You okay, baby?” Jimmy whispered, his lips finding yours in a soft, short kiss that made your heart melt and head spin. Breathing heavily, you nodded your head. “Jimmy… I want you… please.”
Your hands trailed down his rock hard body, fisting the end of his white tank top. Jimmy’s eyes never left yours, still slightly unsure about how much you wanted this. For a moment you thought he was blind, because your eyes looked at him with the most need.
“I trust you.” You whispered, pulling his tank top up and over his head with a little bit of his assistance. You leaned your head up, kissing his tattooed pectoral softly. “I love you.”
You felt Jimmy’s finger under your chin, guiding your head up to look into his eyes. Those dark, luscious eyes that held you vulnerably captive. He then lowered his chin down, his lips barely brushing against yours. It was until your hands trailed lower down that he finally pressed his lips to yours once again, skyrocketing the lustrous air between you two. You moaned softly at the feeling of his rock hard cock pressing up against your sensitive pussy.
Jimmy got out of his shorts in blink of an eye, are your eyes instantly fell down to where his boxers molded around his large, throbbing member. Your body practically begged for him at this point. You reached down in between your bodies, palming him in your hand. A low groan vibrated from his mouth, instantly melting your body like putty.
“Tell me how bad you want this, baby.” Jimmy whispered, placing both hands on either side of your hips and pulling you closer towards him. You couldn’t help the soft whimper from your mouth as his now freed member pressed up against your wet entrance. “Baby… I need you so bad.”
“Shit-“ Jimmy whispered, pressing soft kisses to your neck. “I need you too, ma. From the first time I saw you, I needed you.”
“You have me.” You barely whispered, but you knew that Jimmy heard your soft remark when his body tensed down softly. He removed one of his hands, using it to wrap around his hard member and press the tip right up against your entrance. There was a moment where you questioned if you were even going to be able to take him whole, despite his mouth-watering size. You whined as he paused for a moment. “You have me, Jimmy. Please… please.”
It was right then after your millionth beg that Jimmy rolled his hips, slowly pushing his long, thick length into your needy core. You both let out low moans of pure ecstasy and replenishment, holding onto each other like it was the last time you’d be together on this earth.
Jimmy slowly started up his movements, minimal grunts leaving his mouth every time your muscles tensed around his thick cock. You wrapped your arms tightly around his back, creating divots in his beautiful skin with your fingernails. Your toes curled at the beautiful sensation of your bodies tangled up with each other.
“Shit, you feel so good, ma. You’re so damn beautiful baby girl.”
Your body turned to complete jelly at his warm embrace, as you could only cling onto him tighter. He was like your lifeline at that very moment, and you couldn’t breathe without him pressed against you.
His pace picked up every few minutes, and you let out some noises you never thought you could make, better yet, never heard before. The way he was buried so deep inside you turned on a switch to some sort of magic, and you never wanted it to go away. It felt like he was all the way up in your lungs, literally taking your breath away.
“Holy fuck, Y/N.” Jimmy groaned, latching his lips to the soft skin of your neck and leaving little love bites every now and then. His hot breath against your skin had your whole body starting up a ruthless fire. One of your hands found his hair, clenching a handful as he continued to pleasure you to the max.
“Keep going—don’t stop, don’t stop.” You pleaded at a fast rate, your back arching slightly off the bed as the sensation in your core built up once more. Your body was so reactive to him, and there was no way to control it. Especially not when he was dicking you down like this. Jimmy stroked your face softly, breathing at a slightly fast pace as he kept his long, deep strokes consistent. “I ain’t gonna stop unless you tell me too, baby. Shit—love you so much, ma.”
Your body instantly turned to jelly once again after hearing those words coming from his mouth. You could tell Jimmy was slowly but surely coming closer to the end, his cock twitching inside of your guts. Your moans became louder as the erratic feeling was teetering over the edge. Jimmy closed his lips around yours, mainly to keep your noises to a minimum.
With one last, final stroke, you two both came down from your high together, embracing each other’s warmth. Your moan and his grunt solidified together as you smothered each other’s bodies with love. The room suddenly went quiet, the only sounds heard were the soft, heavy breathing from the two of you.
After laying there momentarily, replaying every single moment of what just happened, Jimmy lifted his head up, meeting your eyes in the darkness of the room. He pressed a soft kiss to your head before whispering, “you okay?”
You could only smile, just because of how reassuring and protective he was of you. You raised your chin, placing a soft, heartfelt kiss to his slightly sweaty lips before laying your head back on the silk pillow. “I’m great.” You whispered back.
“Let me go get a bath started for you, ma.” Jimmy said, kissing your temple with such softness but meaning as well. Your lips perked up into a smile, watching him stand up from the bed and head into the walk-in bathroom, admiring him from head to toe.
•••
“Good morning, sleepyhead.” A soft, warming voice greeted you early the next morning. You blinked against the grueling brightness of the sun shining through the blinds, rubbing your eyes with an uncomfortable groan. A low chuckle sounded right next to you, and almost instantly, memories of last night came pouring down upon you. You turned around, finding Jimmy laying right next to you, his hot body pressed right against your back with one of his hands draped over your hips. You smiled, shifting your body over to face him. “Good morning.” You replied groggily.
Jimmy smiled down at your presence, pressing a soft, gentle kiss to your forehead. “How are you feeling?”
“Mmm, happy.”
His smile grew even bigger, pulling you closer to his side. You rested your head on his tanned chest, hearing the steady rhythm of his heart beat in your ear. After last night, his embrace meant something a whole lot more to you. It hit places in your heart that you never knew existed.
Placing a final kiss to your temple, Jimmy got up and out of bed, leaving his large, warm spot on the sheets all for you. He threw on his clothes that were scattered all over the room, due to last nights events. You watched his every move with—undoubtedly—a sparkle in your eye as he pulled his shirt over his muscular, toned body.
“Alright baby, imma head out. Come out soon for breakfast, a’right?” He spoke, leaning his hands down on the mattress in front of you. You smiled at the luxurious sight of his body bent over, his eyes locked on yours. You nodded your head. “Alright, I’ll be out in a bit. Just, make sure you keep last nights stuff a secret… for now.”
“Baby, that’s why I’m leaving right now. I still want us to talk about this, but later. Just know that you can take all the time you need.”
You never thought a perfect man could exist, but Jimmy was hella close to it. The way he talked to you like you were the only woman in his world. It took a major toll on your feelings, especially since last night.
As Jimmy headed out of your room, sneaking into his own, you decided to get out of bed yourself. You’re already awake, so why not? You quickly changed into a simple t shirt and shorts combo, throwing your messy hair up into a bun. You slipped on fuzzy socks before quietly exiting out of your room. You heard light commotion coming from the living room/kitchen area, so you knew that people were already up.
You walked into the living room that connected to the kitchen, so you had a full view of both rooms. You caught Montez, Angelo, and the twins in the living room while Bianca was in the kitchen stirring up some food. All the guys in the living room saw you first, but Jimmy’s gaze hit you instantly like a freight train. You looked away quickly, not wanting anyone to question anything.
“Mornin’ Y/N!” Jey yipped, no doubt woke up on the right side of the bed. You smiled in his direction, sending the twin a small wave. “Morning guys.”
“Sleep well?” Montez asked, glancing up at Bianca for a split second before his gaze shifted back to you. You tried your hardest to fight back the warmth that rushed to your cheeks, remembering Jimmy’s low, raspy voice talking you through his mind-blowing lovemaking.
“Fuck…baby, you takin’ my dick so well. Shit ma, just like that~”
“Yeah.” You replied, your response slightly delayed by your erratic thoughts. Without looking at any of the guys, you made your way into the kitchen, walking over to Bianca who was standing in front of the stove. The smell of bacon and eggs instantly coursed through your nostrils, and you couldn’t think of anything else that smelled more heavenly.
“Wassup girl!” Bianca cheerfully asked, a bright smirk on her face. You found it so impressive she could be this energetic this early in the morning. You looked at the clock on the stove, which read 10:15AM.
Well, I guess not that early.
“Hey, B.” You replied, deciding to help out by grabbing six plates from one of the cupboards. You set them down on the marble counter, then watching her scoop some over easy eggs the plates. “You sleep well?” She asked, fidgeting with her lip slightly.
“Yep, slept like a rock.” You responded. It wasn’t far from the truth, actually. Jimmy totally knocked you out after giving you two of the most mind-blowing orgasms of all time. “Hmph, good. Let’s go by the guys.”
You both were able to carry the six plates into the living room, offering one to each of the guys. Sadly, Bianca got to Jimmy first before you could. But, there was a free spot next to him on the couch, so you gladly took that while Bianca sat by her husband.
“Shit, Bianca! You cooked this?” Angelo asked, sending her an impressed look. Bianca shook her head, biting on a strip of bacon. “Yes sir, much less expensive to make something than have something DoorDashed.”
You pointed your fork in her direction, agreeing with her statement. The six of y’all continued to eat your breakfast, making conversations that were pretty nonchalant. Little did you know, that was soon about to change.
“Ooh, guys!” Montez exclaimed, gathering all of our attention. “Bianca and I have a video we want to show y’all. It’s on my phone.”
You watched as Montez dug through his pockets, searching frantically for his phone. Bianca grabbed the TV remote from the coffee table, turning on the Tv. You looked over at her, brows cocked slightly. “What’s the TV for?”
“It’ll be easier if we airplay the video from his phone onto here, rather than all six of us trying to watch a tiny-ass phone.” She responded. You nodded your head, understanding her point. You looked up at the TV as Montez’s phone screen popped up. You watched as he went to his camera roll, clicking on a forty second video that showed only a black screen.
“Alright, it was kinda dark in the room, so you ain’t see us, but y’all just gotta listen.”
As soon as Montez hit play, a muffled, sharp moan pierced through the speakers, which instantly caught everyone—especially Jey— off guard. Then the laughs of Montez and Bianca took over for a moment. Jimmy instantly looked over at you, and it took you a while to find out what the video was.
“Oh my god—Jimmy.”
Your face instantly burned red. That was your moan, and your voice through the speakers. Your eyes glanced over at Jimmy, and he was in just as must shock as you were. Jey and Angelo stared at the TV, then at you and Jimmy with their mouths hanging low. The literal defintion of jaw dropped.
“That’s Jimmy and Y/N.” Bianca whispered to Montez. Montez was just cracking up as mine and Jimmy’s moans muffled in the background. I immediately shoved my face in my hands, attempting to hide myself from the world at that very moment. “Alright, stop that shit.” Jimmy growled, ripping the phone out of Montez’s hand. He instantly stopped the video, and disconnected the phone from the TV. Bianca and Tez were still laughing, and Jey started finding the situation amusing, along with Angelo.
“Why the hell would you record that?” You asked, your face still buried in your hands. Bianca then shot back, “why the hell were you and Jimmy fucking?! When did this happen!?”
She seemed more excited than grossed out by the situation. But even knowing that didn’t make you any more comfortable.
“Uce… why y’all fucking while we’re all here?” Jey asked, chuckles interfering his sentence at moments. Jimmy glared at him, shoving his shoulder. “Did y’all finish the rest of the champagne and get drunk? Are y’all hungover right now?” Angelo then asked. Completely overwhelmed by all of the questions, you raised your voice as you stood up.
“Everyone just stop!”
The room went quiet, all eyes lurking on you. They were all filled with humor and tease, except for Jimmy. True guilt filled his eyes. He really felt bad for you, because he knew that you didn’t want anyone knowing. At least not right away. He knew he didn’t want this attention to be all on you, for people to tease you about the whole situation. It was serious to you, and serious for Jimmy as well.
“Fine! Yes! Jimmy and I had sex last night. We talked, and we confessed our feelings. We were making love last night. We wouldn’t purposely have sex if we knew y’all were awake. So Tez, delete that video right now, because that is none of your business except mine and Jimmy’s.”
Everyone stayed silent, which caused a long, embarrassed sigh to leave my mouth. I turned my body around. “I’m going outside.”
I walked towards the back door, stepping out onto the patio. I closed my eyes, trying to take deep breaths to attempt to ease my heart rate. The wind blew directly in my face, and I could only dream that it could blow away the memories of what just happened.
That was embarrassing. Sickeningly embarrassing. You understood the point of view from them, wanting to tease you and Jimmy about everything, but recording it on a video was not okay. At least not to you.
Jimmy and you shared something special last night. You guys were spilling each other’s love out to one another. This trip would’ve been so much smoother if they could’ve just keep it in their damn heads until we got back on the road.
“Hey…”
You turned around, spotting only Bianca walking out of the back door. Her whole demeanor shifted, her body and face hanging with guilt. You stood there silent, waiting for her to speak up again.
“I-I’m sorry if that made you mad. I told Tez to delete the video, and he did.”
You glanced over at your best friend, who was one hundred percent telling the truth. You two have known each other long enough to tell if one of you were lying or not. You poked your inner cheek with your tongue, shrugging your shoulders.
“I’m not mad. I’m just embarrassed.”
“Sorry…” she whispered, barely audible. She let the air run silent between us, as if trying to refresh our minds after those events.
It was until you finally calmed down when she squealed, gripping your shoulder.
“You and Jimmy?!?!”
You laughed. Actually laughed.
