About Korra, I'm just gonna say... WEREPOLARDOG BUTCH LESBIAN!!!

N' Mako is so broody that he can pull off the vampire existential crisis any day.

Annoying bored-to-death Wu is a mood, A Mood, I say. Also, just imagine Opal helping Wu face his "unfinished business" n' he having to face his dead great-auntie Hou-Ting just like in LoK: ruins of the empire.

Asami trying to "fix" herself and Korra but then having to go through self-acceptance, shake off her internalized hunter propaganda n' getting used to her new normal with her girlfriend , Wu constantly invading their privacy to gossip or vent about Mako isn't helping.

Wu falling first for Mako n' making flirtatious comments all the time until they become friends, then Mako falling harder having a total breakdown about Wu "moving on", even after Mako did his all to help Wu do it, only for a week later Wu shows up back to the flat after he crawled his way out from six-feet-under.

Fresh out of the grave Wu smells worse than spoiled milk but at least he isn't rotting away, still Mako crashes into him to lift Wu into his arms. Korra, Asami n' Opal make Bolin push Mako n' Wu's reunion into the nearest bathroom.

What would be yar supernatural/monster AU headcanon for Wuko and the Krew??? Meaning Wu and Mako would be a vampire/werewolf/shifter/whatever tickles yar fancy 😁

Hiiiiiii this took me a long time to answer because I had to think about it and then I got busy and forgot 😅

my absolute FAVORITE show featuring supernatural monster characters is the SyFy US version of Being Human, and I love the lore in that setting. So I'm going to lay out a Being Human AU for you!!! Spoilers for Being Human if you haven't watched it.

Mako is a vampire, and he becomes friends with Korra, who is a werewolf. In an effort to help each other lead somewhat normal, human lives, they move into a house together to live as roommates.

When they move in, they quickly realize it's haunted—by Wu! Wu is a ghost who was murdered in the house (idk by who... Zaheer maybe?). He cannot leave the house at this point, so Mako, Korra find themselves an extra roommate! (In Being Human, supernatural beings can see ghosts, but regular humans cannot.)

Bolin is also a vampire. He and Mako used to belong to a vampire coven lead by Zolt. At some point, they left the coven, but separated. Bolin joined another coven (Kuvira's coven makes sense since that who he joined in canon!), while Mako is trying to leave the vampire life behind and only live off of donated blood.

Korra, at some point, meets Asami, and they start dating (without Asami realizing Korra is a werewolf) Korra accidentally turns her, and before long, Asami moves in with them as she tries to learn to live as a werewolf (in this universe werewolves are not shapeshifters. They turn during the full moon and pretty much lose control, so much of their struggle is to find a safe place to turn). As an extra fun bit of drama, Asami 's father is a Hunter!!!

Opal is a human, but she is a psychic who can see ghosts. Wu meet Opal first and that's how she would get brought into the group.

Eventually, Bolin will leave Kuvira's coven (she's probably doing Bad Stuff) and seek refuge with his brother, and that's when he meets Opal and they develop a relationship.

Mako and Wu would have a rocky start to their relationship. Wu would be kind of a lot at first because he's been stuck in the house with no one who could see him or talk to him. He and Korra would become pals (Butch twink besties in every universe). Maybe when Asami first comes around, Wu is kind of annoying and distracting as Korra tries to get him to leave them alone so she can enjoy a date with her new girlfriend, then when Asami becomes a werewolf, she suddenly realizes Wu was there the whole time and has some feelings about that lol.

Wu has a lot of character growth as he figures out what he needs to do to move on to the afterlife, but something always prevents him from really moving on.

Mako and Wu's friendship then relationship goes through lots of crazy ups and downs, but eventually they manage to have a romantic relationship after a while.

Annnnd idk what else!! In Being Human, the ghost character, Sally, has a whole arc where she gets resurrected and then becomes basically a zombie and then dies again, and then does some time traveling/alternate timeline stuff. That could be fun torment for Wu to go through lol.

Elaborating on prom and promposals I can’t decide between Bopal, Korrasami, and Wuko who would A.) Have a ‘kiss in the rain after big football-soccer-whatever match and then ask’, B.) Make a cute sign like “prom would be unBEARable without you” with a stuffed bear, or C.) At a McDonald’s parking lot, stealing fries like “Hey want to go to prom?” “Like as friends?” “Yeah, I guess, it can be more if you what or whatever”

Ohhhhhh, King, have ya read @ourimpavidheroine Excuse my penmanship and Hou-Ting Dynasty series? There's a scene halfway through the series about Wu going all Earth King on Mako on their anniversary date night, WOW I never read a Wu as assertive than that Wu, and Mako going docile and obedient, ya just made me remember that!

But yeah, I also imagine Mako and Wu as pretty much vanilla with sprinkles of spicy now and then, and both of them being dominant-versatile with Wu being prominently passive because he likes being taken care of and manhandled by Mako, and Mako prominently assertive because he likes to make Wu feel good firsthandly, but they switch roles easily when any of them feels like it.

Also, Mako at most would have an obedience thing but finds it hard to let others "take control" from him, until Wu. And for Wu, he obviously has a thing for Mako's competence and muscles.

Hey King! A SFW question for ya: whi do ya think who would be the kinkiest between Mako and Wu?

I imagine Mako being the kinkier of the two, he has more experience in relationships than Wu, and he has an idea of what he likes with gals and dudes. Oh, also the headcanon that Firebinders' blood runs "hot" (like the latin lovers of ATLA/LOK universe).

Meanwhile, Wu is probably more bark than bite, he is all in for new experiences and learning about stuff with Mako, but his XXX knowledge comes from pink novelas he likes to read, and I see Wu leaning more toward vanilla stuff than spicy, though he loves it when Mako turns the heat on and follows his lead.

I completely agree with you. Mako is the kinkier of the two. He's more experienced and comfortable with what he likes. Wu for sure has more vanilla preferences.

buuuuuut I'm gonna be honest. They're actually both pretty vanilla in my head 😅 Yeah Mako has more knowledge but like. Kink-wise they're both pretty tame 🤣 I literally can't picture them getting into bdsm territory beyond one of them being bossier in bed than the other (it's Wu, he's bossy. Mako likes it).

I imagine Wu being very messy, growing up with servants at his beck and call usually causes a person to be not the most organized, but Mako is such a clean freak that Wu had a hard time adjusting to being responsible for his messes when they start living together and Mako wouldn't be going "easy" on Wu (in quotes 'cause I'm pretty sure Mako would spoil Wu in his own way), with time Wu would do things like picking his discarded clothes and put them away in the damper or putting his dishes and cups in the sink without being told so, is the bare minimum but to Mako that's progress.

Mako is a reader, not necessarily a bookworm but he likes reading, from @ourimpavidheroine master fic I adopted the idea that Mako is a self-taught reader and writer (he had to, so he could teach Bolin too) so Mako likes to read the newspaper, nonfiction and biographies to keep himself updated and learn new words (to help with his one-liner wordmaship). Wu doesn't like to read much after spending long hours learning what his great-great-great-great-great grandfather had for lunch on one Tuesday evening in the nth year before he was born, but if Wu has a guilty pleasure it must be pink novels, so when Mako is doing his reports at home, going through his files of a cold case or just reading his latest whoever biography, Wu would snuggle to his side and read one of his novellas, sometimes in companionship silences and sometimes begging to Mako to read some part for him.

Mako hates to sit idly or be touched without reason, that's why he doesn't like to go to the spa with Wu much, who obviously loves to be pampered, but once in a while (a very long while) Mako would go with Wu to the spa treatment, just enjoying to kick back and be taken care of and just be with Wu, because he likes to do things that Wu likes, 'cause he's Mako putting people he loves first is what Mako does best.

Okay I am a little confused by the phrasing of this question... I'm reading it as any little habits that they pick on each other for having, or things that they each like that they pick on each other for liking. And of course by 'pick on' I assume we're talking like, good natured teasing.

Wu teases Mako about his shower tempurature. I hc that firebenders like it hot! As in generally they prefer warmer tempuratures and can withstand slightly warmer tempurature. Basically Mako takes insanely hot showers and Wu is like gee it sure would be nice if we could have some fun in the shower too bad the water is BOILING.

I think Mako teases Wu about some of his spa treatments but Wu knows he doesn't mean it because he sees the way Mako reacts when he touches his soft skin

Wu is a fun-loving, street-wise orphan, a pro-bending fan with a shady past with the Triad, and a former part-time job at the pro-bending arena where he meets Korra, he's trying to turn his life around, he practically takes Mako and Bolin places in Season 1 and 2, as the loyal friend, comic relief and unrequited crush with Korra, he introduces Asami to Korra through one of his many odd jobs, and he's the one that warns Korra from Tarrlok's dubious intent, he quickly realizes Korra having a thing for Asami and later Asami for Korra but sits back at let the slow burn take its course until they finally get together after Kuvira's defeat, Wu forms a bond with Lin who couldn't stand him at first but after working with Korra Wu grew sense of wanting to protect and serve and decides to put his "music career" on pause to join the police department, Lin ends taking a mentor role and reluctant mother figure to the scrappy youngster, he's too unpredictable but really good at his job which is the reason why Lin assigns him to bodyguard duties to the Earth Princes.

With Mako, life isn't any easier as the crown prince of the Earth Kingdom, his parents die in a purist attack because of Mako's mom's origin as a Fire Nation citizen his father mey at a diplomatic visit, and Queen Hou-Ting, his grand-aunt, wasn't parental figure material, she held vile ideas about Mako and Bolin's mixed blood but she was less interested in looking for another heir to the throne, they have the fewer privileges for any princes of the Hou-Ting dynasty making Mako work hard for whatever little their aunt give them and the respect of the Ban Sing Se nobility but also meant that he was Bolin main caregiver from a too early age, he likes to keep an image of total control at all times born from the reason he had to keep the secrecy he's a self-taught Firebender, which he had to keep hidden to not lose his claim to the Earth Kingdom throne and keep Bolin safe from the purist that their own Grandaunt keeps in her court.

Wu will meet the princes during Korra's visit to Ban Sing Se in search of the Airbenders, Wu will decide at once that he's gonna marry the sour-faced prince at once to Mako's horror and Wu will flirt furiously but half-heartedly with Mako, prompted by Bolin's adventurous spirit Mako and him would help Korra find the captured Airbenders underground, then Mako with his strong justice sense would stand next to Korra against his Grandaunt, who would let Korra take the Airbenders but she will banish Mako and Bolin to Republic City as punishment, but that would save them from the worst of the Zaheer and the Red Lotus attack. Bolin would cry about the death of their last family but Mako would be more like feeling bad that he doesn't feel bad for losing their Grandaunt, and maybe they would join Asami and Wu and the Beifongs at Korra's rescue mission surprising everyone by revealing themselves as very capable benders themselves. At their arrival to Republic City and to Mako's horror, President Raiko reveals their security detail for their stay specially assigned by Chief Beifong, Wu, who gets very well with Bolin and keeps Mako on his toes with his incessant flirting and surprisingly thoughtful details, before long Mako finds himself too comfortable with Wu around until it's too late and they have done too many things improper for a Prince, but Mako realizes that best way to get Wu to shut up is by kissing him silly, very effectively.

In response to your request about Wuko and inspiration questions:

How about a role reversal? Mako being the heir to the Earth Kingdom throne, who the nobles don't like because of his Fire Nation ancestry, and Wu being the clueless bodyguard they assign to take care of him (which he doesn't need, since he's secretly a great fighter), but who makes him happy and knows how to make him laugh.

The interesting thing is that their personalities wouldn't change, they would develop differently, but they would reach a similar result as in canon. For example: Mako could find a grandmother in Yin without having blood ties, through Wu, who would be his grandson.

The difficult thing, in any case, would be to find reasons or causes for certain canon events to happen differently (like Mako having to take care of Bolin as a prince or Wu having to stop being so "spoiled" growing up in an environment where everything was scarce). It would be difficult, but I guess that's what makes the challenge so appealing.

I think I like the idea that Mako is still his responsible serious self. Like he feels he has to prove himself, and maybe he still feels that deep protective feeling toward Bolin and wants to shield him from politics. Wu could still have been spoiled or if he lived a more scrappy life his upbeat attitude could be the result of a life where he had little responsibility or something?

Prince Wu and Bolin were sitting in the garden of the Sato Estate, talking about their favorite gossip theme, Mako.

"I don't get it," said Wu, looking puzzled. "How does Mako always know what to do? He's always prepared for everything."

Bolin nodded thoughtfully. "Yeah, he's like a super bender. It's kind of ridiculous."

Wu grinned mischievously. "I bet if I ran to him and jumped, he'd catch me for sure."

Bolin's eyes widened. "Are you serious? You want to test that theory? I dare you!"

Just then Mako stepped out of the house with a steaming cup of tea in hand. Without hesitation, Wu jumped up from his seat and began to run towards Mako, who was walking towards them.

"Mako! Catch me!" Wu yelled.

Mako's eyes widened in surprise as he saw Wu running towards him, "Wu?" He said, looking at Wu launching himself into the air. He just made himself a cup of tea and didn't want to spill it, but he knew he had to catch Wu.

Mako dropped the tea to the ground, just jn time to catch Wu in his arms.

Wu whooped in triumph. "I knew it! You're amazing, Mako!"

Mako looked down at the spilled tea and sighed. "I just made that," he said, sounding annoyed.

Wu's smile faded. "Oh, I'm sorry, Mako. I didn't mean to make you drop it."

Mako shrugged it off. "It's okay. I'll just make another one."

Wu suddenly had one of his best ideas. He leaned in and kissed Mako on the lips. "Better, big guy?"

Red-faced Mako grumbled a bit to hismelf, no wanting to let Wu get away with it that easily, but in the end he stared at Wu for a long second before asking Wu: "another and we'll see."

Wu smiled wildly before leaning in again to kiss Mako again, but this time, the firebender to his time savored the prince, deepened the kiss and enjoyed the way Wu squeaked little moans for him.

Bolin cleared his throat loudly. "Uh, guys? I'm still here, you know."

The happy couple ignored him, lost in their own world.

Bolin rolled his eyes and shook his head, but he couldn't help but smile at his friends' happiness.

Wu: If I run and leap at Mako, he will almost certainly catch me in his arms.

Wu: COMING IN! [runs at Mako]

Mako: NO! I’M HOLDING HOT TEA!

Mako: [drops tea on the floor and catches Wu]

I Prank My Italian Husband by Breaking Spaghetti

The angle of the shot on the screen was shaky, the person holding it was obviously trying to keep the phonecamera as lowkey as possible.

A handsome blond man with a scar on his lips wink at the camera, adjusts it so that it's showing him in the foreground and a blurry figure sitting on the kitchen table in the background. The man starts stirring the boiling water in the pot and adds salt into it.

He then takes out a box of spaghetti, and slides a small bunch into his hands.

"Hey, Nico?" He calls out to the sitting figure.

"Yes, amore?" A deep Italian accent answered.

"Is this enough pasta for the both of us?" He gestures to the tiny bundle of spaghetti in his hand.

"Amore?" Nico asked in a confused tone. "No, that's not enough pasta to feed a baby. Double it."

"Okay then, let me put this in the pot first though!" The blond smiled as he broke apart the spaghetti in front of his husband and then stirred it into the pot.

"Jason, what you doing?!" Nico jumped up and started frantically gesturing at his husband. "Why you breaking pasta like that?" He hurries to the stove and winces as his husband takes out another bundle of spaghetti and broke that in half as well before putting it in the pot.

"It's too big for the pot," Jason says with a calculated look of confusion. "This way it'll cook faster."

"If you want to cook faster we can buy frozen meal." He points at the microwave. "Beep boop, done! You can't do this to spaghetti!"

Jason mustered up a frown. "Are you mad at me? Sorry, I won't do it again."

Nico softened at that, "No, I'm not mad. I cook next time okay?"

"Aw, babe, no, I like making you food." Jason pulled Nico in a hug. "So who's a better cook, me or your mama?"

Nico froze.

"You...are the best husband."

The video ends on that note, with Jason popping up at the end in another location.

"So what other pranks should I pull on my husband?"
