abc diet day 1

hi,

i know i started this bfr but i binged and then i gave up and then resorted to an OMAD

but now i feel motivated and i need it

what i ate today:

3 bites of a kebab roll (100 cals- guess)

boiled egg just the white bit (17)+ rice cake (30) + low cal cheese (19)

ice cream magnum (240)

water melon 50 g (46) == 452cals

anyways im very happy with what i had today i had quite a lot ngl but honestly everything was low cal so its okay

i didnt work out bc i have 2 finals tmrw lolllll
