Bala is a BFA graduate in visual communication design and has a work experience of 20 years in the animation & gaming industry. He has worked on various International 2D+3D animated TV shows including BAFTA award winning series PABLO THE LITTLE RED FOX, Walt Disney's HIGGLYTOWN HEROES and won BAF awards for the ad-films of ALL-OUT Mosquito Repellent & VENETA CUCINE Kitchen. He has made a short animated film named THE BAD EGG which won the OUTSTANDING FILM AWARD at DIGICON 6+2 Tokyo, Japan in 2006, WORLD GOLD MEDAL at New York Festivals in 2007 and has also directed the multiple award winning TV series LITTLE KRISHNA. Apart from these, he has won Cg Tantra concept & figurative art award 2006-2007, India. He has worked closely with the critically acclaimed director Shekhar Kapur and developed a web series called WARLORD. He has also worked on the most popular Facebook game FARMVILLE 2. He has also gained an extensive training [4months] from ZYNGA - San Francisco on FV 2 art styling and successfully transferred knowledge between US and India. Currently working with Technicolor as an Art Director, handling a wide range of projects [AAA games, TV shows, ad films, VR] with big clients.
