TROPICAL COCONUT MANGO AND HEMP OATS Ingredients- - 1 cup gf oats - 1 cup water - 1 cup @silk plant milk - 1/2 cup @bareorganicssuperfoods coconut milk powder - 3/4 cup mango puréed - 1/4 tsp @originenaturals vanilla - 2 tbs date syrup (or sweetener of choice) - 1/4 tsp lime rind, grated TOPPINGS- - 1 tbs macadamia nut butter (@artisanaorganics ) - strawberry flowers (see my kiwi flower tutorial to learn how to make) - blueberries - hemp hearts - lime wedges In a pot, combine the water, milk, and coconut milk powder. Whisk to combine. Then add your oats and vanilla and bring to the boil. Immediately lower heat and simmer for 5 mins or so. Remove from heat. Stir through your date syrup, lime rind and mango purée. ADD to your bowl and top with your garden toppings and nut butter. The most fun lil brekky of yum you guys! There are 2 ways to use coconut flour: 1. Use it straight all by itself 2. Use it mixed with another grain. When you use it by itself, you will use a lot less of it than wheat flour: If a recipe calls for 1 cup of wheat flour, use only 1/3 cup coconut flour, plus enough eggs as a binder and liquid to keep the consistency of the batter or dough normal. When you use it in a mix: If a recipe calls for 2 cups of flour, you can divide that by whatever you’d like. For the sake of this example, we’ll divide it in half. Add 1 cup of another grains flour, then the rest in coconut flour to equal what the recipe originally called for (2 cups), so 1 cup of coconut flour. When you do this, be sure to increase your liquid by the same amount as the coconut flour (in this case, 1 cup). You will still need to be aware of binding and how well the batter or dough holds together. ✨BUFFALO TURMERIC POWER BOWL✨**with 2 minute homemade Buffalo sauce🔥🔥 Cos who doesn’t want a bitta sunshine for lunchy!??? How fun is food!? It just makes me so happy! And this combo is the HAPPIEST!!! Plant based protein packed, anti inflammatory magical, textural yayness, flavor packed bundle of joy! Let’s chase some sunshine today with my zingy power bowl!! Recipe @clairebear_bites INGREDIENTS- - 1/2 c cooked red lentils - 1/2 cup cooked Pearl cous cous - half and orange bell pepper - one carrot, ribboned - 1 cup Napa cabbage - 8 0z tofu - olive oil - @bareorganicssuperfoods turmeric powder - salt - pepper - garlic powder HOMEMADE VEGAN BUFFALO SAUCE- - 1/3 cup vegan butter ( I used @earthbalance ) - 1/3 cup hot sauce - 1/4 tsp garlic powder - salt to taste FOR the sauce, melt vegan butter in a sauce pan, add remaining ingredients and whisk until thoroughly combined and set aside. Cook lentils and cous cous according to package instructions. Set aside the lentils and add 1 tsp olive oil, salt pepper and 1/4 tsp turmeric to the cous cous and set aside. FOR the tofu, press (I have pressing tips in my highlights) and cut into triangles. Sprinkle tofu with garlic powder, salt pepper, a dash of turmeric and add to an air fryer. Spray with a little olive oil and air fry at 400 until crispy and golden. RIBBON the carrots with a veggie peeled and set aside, for the bell pepper, seer in a hot pan with a little olive oil until slightly charred. For the cabbage, add to the same pan used for bellpepoers and stir fry with a sprinkle of turmeric and salt and pepper until wilted. ONCE all ingredients are made, assemble around your plate/bowl and serve with that yummy Buffalo dressing!! Try this homemade spicy turmeric hummus AND homemade sweet & salty chips! RAINBOW CHIA & OATS BREAKFAST BOWL! Recipe @clairebear_bites Well if this doesn’t sum up my mantra, nothing does!! ALWAYS EATING THE RAINBOW! Strawberry Overnight oats topped with chia pudding in all the naturally colored rainbow!! SIMPLE food can be so much fun. So put on those rainbow lovin’ fun pants and let’s ride! INGREDIENTS- Overnight oats - - 1/2 cup oats - 1 cup plant milk - 1/4 tsp vanilla - 1 tbs ground flax - 1/2 cup chopped fresh strawberries Chia pudding- - 4 tbs chia seeds - 1 cup coconut milk - 1 tbs maple syrup PURPLE CHIA💜- 1/8 tsp blue spirulina, 1/8 tsp pink pitaya powder BLUE CHIA💙- 1/2 tsp blue spirulina LIGHT BLUE CHIA💙- 1/8 tsp blue spirulina GREEN CHIA💚-1 tsp barley greens powder YELLOW CHIA💛- 2 tbs mango purée ORANGE CHIA🧡- 1/2 tsp carrot powder RED CHIA❤️- 1 tsp beetroot powder FOR the overnight oats, combine all ingredients into a serving bowl and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate for an hr or overnight if you wish. FOR the chia. Combine the chia, coconut milk, vanilla and maple syrup into a bowl and whisk thoroughly. Let stand for 5 min then whisk again to remove any lumps. Refrigerate for 2 hrs or overnight as well. ONCE both the oats and chia are set remove both from the fridge. Divide the chia into 6 portions and add the all natural color powders to wash one. Add the chia on top of your overnight oats into whatever rainbow pattern you think is fun and ENJOY!!
