Got my @gijoe @hasbro @hasbropulse Cobra Night Attack 4-WD Stinger today in the mail!! While there are close similarities to the original, the materials or I should say the plastics are different. My youngest son (9) has been neck deep lately in @starwars and @lego making custom builds and lately custom story dioramas from the Star Wars films. He loves creating moments from all the films but with his own take of these moments and only from his memories ( no reference) and with random parts. He just gave me this recreation of Vader’s reveal that he is Luke’s father. He even customized Vader as he felt he was not big or scary enough so Vader got a armor upgrade, and Luke lost his hand. The whole build is super simple but tells the whole story and captures the moment so well. He loves building Lego’s sets but loves even more creating his own versions of the Star Wars universe with loose found bricks. It’s rare he shares these with me as he builds and breaks down so fast I rarely have a chance to take pictures. Lately my youngest has returned been hyper focused on two things @starwars and @lego so last night he surprised me with this custom build of the end of the duel between Anakin and Obi Wan from Revenge of the Sith. I’m always surprised how creative this 9 year old is and how he problem solves things in 3D. Or how he loves to customize things. His passion for toys and capacity to find toyectic play in almost anything has no end. He’s my toy guy and always gives my his input on toys, from their construction toy play function. The last time we were here the boys were so young and small, my youngest was too shy for photos then but he is my main toy guy and fellow collector. I got a Tomland Starwood Raiders Aton, Mask Bruce Sato, and 4 Lom. Noah spotted a 1993 Jurassic Park Kenner electronic T-Rex.
