I’d never given much thought to how I would die. But dying in the place of someone I love seems like a good way to go.

Over the weekend, I decides to go with Mike, Eric, Jessica, Angela and some other friends from school to a beach in La Push.
At the beach, we met up with some guys that live on the La Push Indian reservation. One of them is Jacob Black.
Apparently I get to know from them that "The Cullens don't come here."
I am determined to find out exactly what he meant. Jacob and I took a walk along the beach, hoping to get him to tell me more about the Cullens. He told me about the Quileutes (Jacob's tribe) story about "the cold ones"

Mr Molina took us on a field trip to a greenhouse, which gave me an opportunity to talk about what happened with the van. Edward claims that he saved me with an adrenaline rush, but I know he’s lying to me.
He told me that it would be better if we weren't friends.
I agreed, I’m certain that Edward regrets saving me.

Moments before disaster.
I was standing by the back corner of the truck, struggling to fight back the sudden wave of emotion the snow chains had brought on, when I heard an odd sound.
It was a high-pitched screech, and it was fast becoming painfully loud. I looked up, startled.
I saw several things simultaneously. Nothing was moving in slow motion, the way it does in the movies. Instead, the adrenaline rush seemed to make my brain work much faster, and I was able to absorb in clear detail several things at once.
Just before I heard the shattering crunch of the van folding around the truck bed, something hit me, hard, but nor from the direction I was expecting. My head cracked against the icy blacktop, and I felt something solid and cold pinning me to the ground. I was lying on the pavement behind the tan car I'd parked next to. But I didn't have a chance to notice anything else, because the van was still coming. It had curled gratingly around the end of the truck and, still spinning and sliding, was about to collide with me again.
Edward swore I hit my head, but I haven’t. The doctor said i was fine.

After school, my dad and I went to Carver cafe. I had a garden burger and berry cobbler. Apparently berry cobbler was my favourite as a kid.

Forks High School had a frightening total of only three hundred and fifty-seven, now fifty-eight students; there were more than seven hundred people in my junior class alone back home. All of the kids here had grown up together — their grandparents had been toddlers together. I would be the new girl from the big city, a curiosity, a freak.

In the state of Washington, under a near constant cover of clouds and rain, there is a small town named Forks. Population: 3,120 people. This is where I'm moving.
My dad Charlie bought me a truck as a welcoming present (the red truck). Now my horrific day tomorrow would be just that much less dreadful. I wouldn't be faced with the choice of either walking two miles in the rain to school or accepting a ride in the Chief's cruiser.

So, I can't bring myself to regret the decision I made to leave home.l I would miss Phoenix. I'd miss the heat. I'd miss my loving, erratic, hair-brained mother.. and her new husband.
But they want to go on the road. So, I'm gonna spend sometime with my dad.
And this will be a good thing... I think.
