People tend to complain a lot. About life, work, finances, family members, friends, or strangers. Gratitude for everything you do have in life is a helpful tool to get you out of that loophole. The other tool that, in my experience, works even better is to give what you want. You want kindness? Be kind to everyone you encounter. You want to be heard? Be a shoulder to cry on and lend a listening ear to someone who needs it. Are you frustrated because you are fed up with doing everything by yourself, and would like to get some practical help? Offer your help to someone, for example, your neighbor or the old lady in your building. Be all that to others, that you want others to be to you. And remember; don’t expect new results with the same behaviour and actions. Because a negative mindset will never give you a positive life. Never. So, put yourself on a mental diet and cut out everything from your life that won’t help you achieve your goals in a positive way. Don't be afraid to lose people who don't support you in your journey to becoming successful in life. Those people are simply not your people (anymore). Decide that you are deserving of the life you want, and own it! Stand in your power!
