was doing a guided meditation through a prompt of feeling, visualizing and embodying younger versions of myself. I based off from some pictures for an outsider reference and immersed by linking it with some sentiments and memories that I remember vividly, in particular of a 4 year old me, a 11 year old and a 15 year old self. Then the guided meditation narrating spoke out some statements that would be for me to repeat for those younger selves: you'll be okay, you are safe, you're emotionally and physically safe. and let me tell you I sobbed, and sobbed, and ir felt so much like a lie, and it was an overwhelming and very present sensation of being in company of my younger versions, in company and in pain for what those kids already had to go through and would have to go through, to then ultimately make an association to myself. I distance my body and myself a lot because of trauma and this might sound mellow or even stupid, but when I tell you it felt so real.... bittersweet and guilt and compassionate, but so real....

Gratitude 11-04-2023
Grateful for eating right and doing the right things consistently, day in day out. Doing well, need to keep the discipline and keep hitting the ball well. Did meditatiom, swimming, cycling and so much more. What a day man, so grateful for everything. Every food I eat, every comfort and luxury I have in my life, which eases my and our family a little bit. How fortunate, lucky and blessed I really am. Could not have asked for anything more. Need to stay humble, grounded and kind while at the same time keep growing, maturing and improving. Yes man, let's go, vamos and siuuuuuu!
