But like, what if it's a thing for entertainment the pysch ward staff kept and one day the sillies put it on and-

Anyway, Jax probably saw it and thought he should get to try it before anyone else or he got dared to (and you all KNOW this man could never turn down a dare).

Ragatha, being the nice and thoughtful person she is, probably grabbed it to give it to some patients that were in worse mental condition than her, idk maybe she wanted to try it on to make sure it's safe or she kind of just got mesmerized and put it on.

You all know Kinger was desperate for a distraction, and this little shit was just lying on the floor or something.

Zooble was probably bored and just-

Gangle was definitely going through some depressive episode thing, and, like kinger, just yoinked that shit.
