I kinda like it like this! I'll be spending the month with this setting on, we'll see if the change makes it through to the new year :]

I changed my phone's display to grayscale because I am easily distracted by colors, and I gotta say, I like it a lot :]

I'd love to have an e-ink phone, but the ones that are on the market right now are 1. Expensive and 2. Chinese, which means they're not always seamlessly compatible with mobile data over here and are also full of bloatware.

Keeping my hopes up though, the technology is still being refined and I'm sure more are on the way.

Some crazy helmets from the cold war, anti-nuclear. The 1st 2 use something called PLZT, or plizzit, to shield the user's (often a pilot's) eyes from the blinding flash of nuclear detonation.

I am still reading up on it, so I don't exactly know how the plzt does it. Seems like it's electronically stimulated to darken? Will look into it :-]
