I don't give a shit what anyone says, the ideal amount of toilet paper anyone should ever use in a single wipe is 4 squares!
If you crumple it up then it's less effective, but if you only use 2 squares then it's less sanitary. 4 squares folded twice is the optimal amount!
"But what if I'm only using 1 ply?" stfu use 5 then. it's less optimal but better for your mental well being. fold twice.

Hey, you ever just start making a bunch of huge leaps in progress in your life and get so wrapped up in keeping things going well that you nearly start isolating yourself from your peers out of habit, so then you make a conscious effort to keep reaching out to your loved ones at the same time which, coincidentally, doesn't include keeping up with the blog you just started a month prior?

I think that with a record of two failures to do a live action remake of Avatar the Last Airbender, the third should be on purpose.
I'm talking about a stage play reenactment of ATLA in the style of the Ember Island Players.

The Sonic The Hedgehog movies are some of my favorites of all time after seeing Sonic 3 in theaters. As an old hater of video game movies, the fact that this trilogy broke me out of my cynicism to have me genuinely find joy in them is a miracle
I do still have to make an observation of mine public, though. The changes between the video game Sonic and movie Sonic's personalities can be summarized with one sentence.
Movie Sonic is just Alvin the chipmunk with super speed.
#sonic the hedgehog#sonic the hedgehog movie#sonic fandom#sonic movie 3#he even has his own version of Dave#factor in tails and knuckles and the gangs back together again#alvin and the chipmunks

Being 21 feels weird... I can technically drink alcohol, but I still don't have my license so I can't just go out and drink. I'm living with my parents right now and they don't want alcohol in the house so I'm out of luck there.
It's like nothing really changed from my current norm. I'm just saving money and counting down the days till I can leave...

Skip Google for Research
As Google has worked to overtake the internet, its search algorithm has not just gotten worse. It has been designed to prioritize advertisers and popular pages often times excluding pages and content that better matches your search terms
As a writer in need of information for my stories, I find this unacceptable. As a proponent of availability of information so the populace can actually educate itself, it is unforgivable.
Below is a concise list of useful research sites compiled by Edward Clark over on Facebook. I was familiar with some, but not all of these.
⁂
Google is so powerful that it “hides” other search systems from us. We just don’t know the existence of most of them. Meanwhile, there are still a huge number of excellent searchers in the world who specialize in books, science, other smart information. Keep a list of sites you never heard of.
www.refseek.com - Academic Resource Search. More than a billion sources: encyclopedia, monographies, magazines.
www.worldcat.org - a search for the contents of 20 thousand worldwide libraries. Find out where lies the nearest rare book you need.
https://link.springer.com - access to more than 10 million scientific documents: books, articles, research protocols.
www.bioline.org.br is a library of scientific bioscience journals published in developing countries.
http://repec.org - volunteers from 102 countries have collected almost 4 million publications on economics and related science.
www.science.gov is an American state search engine on 2200+ scientific sites. More than 200 million articles are indexed.
www.pdfdrive.com is the largest website for free download of books in PDF format. Claiming over 225 million names.
www.base-search.net is one of the most powerful researches on academic studies texts. More than 100 million scientific documents, 70% of them are free

I think a lot of cis girls would get enjoyment from wearing a floppy strap on. I've heard so many girls say that if they had a dick then they'd just be swinging it around like a helicopter and like... yeah, go for it. Chase your dreams. Bring it around town. It's like watching a ceiling fan but the ceiling fan is you.

So, I took a long time to choose what my name is as a trans woman, and it took a lot of trial and error. It's a long story how I got to the point I'm at, but I effectively go by "Diz" around most people I'm comfortable with.
The thing is, I've had at least three people give me dirty looks when I introduce myself before asking me, "Did you get that from kingdom hearts?"
I, in fact, did not get it from kingdom hearts. I've never even played kingdom hearts so Idk what this character has done to warrant such awkwardness around the name. I usually end up explaining that it's actually short for "Dizzy" as in the character from Guilty Gear. Still not great, but it gets a nicer reaction.
Ultimately, the interaction blows over pretty quickly, but I dread the day I'll have to explain that the legal name I've chosen is "Roxanne" and that despite my pfp and love for Potionomics, I actually got it from Homestuck...
