the aesthetic of serif fonts always beat out the productivity of sans-serif fonts (because every time I open tumblr, I end up typing a 1k+ words post that gets saved to drafts...). the more popular proportional fonts will always beat out the convenience of monospace fonts. the uncanny nature of handwriting fonts will always make you a little uneasy so you might turn to the more standard calligraphy fonts instead. typography is so fascinating.

(and in case anyone was wondering, my favourite font right now is "karma", a serif font that's bit more rounded than calibri or times new roman so it's easier on the eyes when I type paper after paper after paper while still being just a touch more modern and elegant than arial!)
