this is insanity bc i've always thought this too, like all of his childhood friends called him kacchan, then stopped later on EXCEPT for izuku?? and then during the entirety of the show he doesn't tell him to shut up at all like omg

i know everyone and their dog has talked about this but why the fuck has katsuki let izuku call him kacchan to this day. like. can we talk about that. even before they got to where they are now in canon. he never stopped him from calling him that. he never once stopped him. while he's like actively bullying izuku he doesn't once tell him to stop calling him kacchan. like obviously now he's never gonna tell him to stop considering the "i'm kacchan bakugou" stunt he pulled on live television while bleeding out the heart. but like. in earlier chapters. he never stopped him. there's so much behind that fact but my brain just bluescreens when i think about it too hard.
