It doesn't matter how much you can lift if your form isn't in tact. Here I am focusing on my rear deltoid muscles. I'm not compensating by shrugging my shoulders as I go through the motion and I am sitting up tall while keeping a tight core. Always be mindful of your form to prevent injury! Working in the sports medicine profession forces me to be a bit more flexible and strategic about my workout times, as I often work later into the evenings. Here is my gear I pack on my workout days and take with me to work. I also make use of the gym in our clinic. Every day isn't ideal, but you can be flexible and adjust to stay on top of your goals!
