My kind friends, It’s been more than two months since the crossings were completely closed, and not a single grain of wheat has come through. Prices are unbearable, a bag of flour now exceeds $300, and a kilo of sugar, oil, or vegetables costs over $30, while we have no income, no resources, nothing.

To make things worse, the donations we relied on have almost stopped. Days pass with no support, and sometimes we receive just a few dollars… not enough to buy a loaf of bread. 💔

Today, our only meal was a small plate of vegetable salad and dry bread, not enough for four people and a baby growing inside his mother’s womb.

But the moment that broke me… was when my little boy looked at me with tearful eyes, asking for something else to eat because he doesn’t like the salad. Then he began to cry. He doesn’t understand that we barely managed to get even this tiny amount of food, And me? I could only hide my tears, trying to smile at him while my heart silently collapsed, convincing him to eat because we have nothing else. 🥹

My dear friends, we are on the edge of famine. I’m not asking for much, just enough to feed my child and my family, so we can go to sleep without hunger, and live through one more day. 😓

Yeah just read issue #20 right now Damm Astrotrain is dead. I really like this whole instant fix story of tech tough, it really (kinda actually) makes some sense as to how they managed to fight for so long. Destruction may be quick and cheap but reconstruction is expensive and tiring. Same goes for war but that's mostly destroying stuff...

This is more of a headcannon— but! if Jarulek survived being bisected by a necron overlord and made it through Dark Disciple alive and without killing Marduk (and restraining kol badar), he would 100% make Marduk join Burias in the 3 month long fasting/flagellation afterwards.

At that point the coryphaus would start contemplating on killing the still living apostle for not killing the upstart acolyte who's definitely not being Ingrained on his nerves.

I actually have seen your scans in I.A like the beast war scans if I recall correctly. Thank you for preserving early 2000s Internet. Have you ever visited the hub tmuk used before it went defunct? (You can only see it though Internet archive) Or any other trans masters website during the early Internet/2000s?

Also, correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't there a U.S fan group called trans masters U.S? Have you ever interacted with them?

Okay so. So. This is such a funny question for me but please don't think I'm laughing at YOU, it's just very like:

I also: manage an archive of pre-internet age transformers fandom print material! Like zines and newsletters and such.

There's like 1000+ files in there, mostly individual page scans, along with any copies of fanfiction published from that era (as much tmuk stuff as I can get especially since so much of it simply wasn't archived by anyone else) to just try and keep it all extant. I actually OWN several TMUKs. And a hard copy of eugenesis! That I am. Bringing to Australia. Just eugenesis. The TMUKs are too fragile. They stay.

There IS a trans masters US, but I've never actually found any material from them or, frankly, any mention of them outside of people acknowledging they existed. Believe it or not I did actually join the actual tmuk Usenet/Yahoo group before it went down. Like I requested to join and really didn't think I'd be approved but I certainly was. That was great fun to look through.

Actually awhile back James Roberts was talking about doing a reprint book with scans of old zines like for archival purposes and he was asking if anyone still has anything lying around and three separate unrelated people sent him to me. I sent him all my scans lol
