Staying vigilant on the diet during feasts is a bit tricky at times.
1. Watch over the calories going in.
2. Stay hydrated. It keeps you active.
3. Avoid alcohol & soft drinks (including aerated sodas) Go for fruits and healthy starters.
4. Fill your plate with salads, Healthy lean protein like fish & chicken and lentils & Carbs in a decreasing order. It keeps you satiated.
5. Avoid calorie dense desserts and sweets.
6. In case you have indulged in feasting on some sweets and fried food, stop feeling guilty.
Go for a run in the next morning, instead.

When you are on a regime, balancing protein intake with proper hydration is the key. Sunlight is essential for your mood and health. How it went today:-
Breakfast:- Balanced Carbs with Protein and some fruits including dry fruits
Cycling for 40 minutes out in the sun with proper hydration
Lunch:- Rice, Chicken
Evening Snacks:- Bitter Chocolate, Apple with 2 sugar-free crackers
A few weighted squats for my legs. Walked for 20 minutes
Talked with close friends (helps feel connected)
Dinner:- Wraps with generous filling of Veggies and Cottage Cheese for protein.

Salvaging myself from the wreckage (worst workplace stress and putting on a few pounds has made life a hell with anxiety and IBS):-
Slept well
Ate fresh fruits & Nuts in Breakfast
Had brown rice & Chicken (cooked with low oil and spices) with tossed vegetables
Jogged for 20 minutes, walked for all my chores.
Had roasted peanuts, dry roasted Cornflakes (not the packages sugar loaded ones) and Bitter Chocolate with 2 dates.
Heard some calming music.
I know, it is never enough but I had to start.
