8TRACKS...HELP???

For all of us, who are following the current situation of 8tracks, we know that since January every time we opened the page an "error 502" appeared but for two days now I have been entering the page and now I get an "Error 1016", can anyone who is an expert in technology and computing explain to me why this happens and if there is a way to fix it?

Apparently 8tracks shut down (again) and here's my rant:

Honestly it sucks because it's not the first time, I have been a user since approximately 2014 and I lived from its best time (like many of us here when tumblr and 8tracks were the best combo), the leaked emails on 2017, when they said they were closing in 2019 and until when it returned in 2020; at that time we all believed that it was the best thing that it could have happened but we were wrong because since the new owners aka BackBeat Inc. arrived (Jeff Treichel and company) the site has been filled with porn bots and it has been hacked hundreds of times and yes, I know we're not as big as we were on 2014 but the lack of respect for us, the users, the ones who spent several time of their lives creating those playlists is awful. The last news we had from them was on 2023 when they posted on the 8tracks official twitter account that they were soon to gave us a 16 min video with a big announcement that involved a restart and big changes on the site but true is that was the last time they even posted anything.

It's january 2025 and here we are again with another shut down, with no messages at all and with the hope that maybe someone on that freaking administration at least checks the page and realizes the error because it seems that they don't even do that, they act as if they only bought the site because they were bored and they check the site once a year and it's a shame, not only for the users but for the site and also for the ones who created it too because 8tracks in its golden age was one of the best places to discover and listen to music and if it had continued as it was at that time it would be better than Spotify and Apple Music.
