Happy Easter!

I made Pikachu, Eevee, Togepi and Buneary cookies with their Pokemon Go flower crowns and hats!

These were a ton of fun to make, including all the individual little royal icing flowers. I’m proud of how much my cookie-decorating skills have improved - faces are still really hard, but I think I did okay!

I also got some photos of them with the Stunfisk matza treats we made during our Passover livestream!

Grasshopper Poké-pies for St. Patty's Day! 🦗

As a certified mint-hater, I just had to try this recipe for March Mint Madness, and it is NOT my thing. ���� Crushed mint Oreo crust, minty marshmallow filling, whipped cream and mint chocolate chips are a no for me, but chocolate Nymble and Lokix still win me over. Recipe.

I do love a mantis-like Pokemon, and while Lokix's design doesn't hit like my boy Scyther, I did come to appreciate it way more after recreating it in chocolate! 💙

Black and white Zekrom and Reshiram cookies!

We made these on our weekly Twitch livestream to celebrate Pokemon GO Tour Unova!

Zekrom and Reshiram are some of the most complex Pokemon design-wise, and it was a real challenge to trace them with chocolate at a mere cookie size. 🥲 But I love the way they came out, and Miss_Editor captured some gorgeous pics of them!

Considering black and whites are a staple NY bakery treat, they also made perfect sense for Unova Tour! What I did NOT know before making them was that these are more cake than cookie - all the ones I've ever eaten were definitely just cookies! But these are WAY better - here's the recipe we used, but if you can find them at a proper bakery, don't skip them! 🤤

You DESERVE a themed breakfast for the early morning Pokemon Presents, so please allow this Pokemon baker to deliver...even if you can only eat it with your eyes! 🧇

We made Pokeballs, a Lure Ball, Moon Ball, and Tera Orb using dyed batter, candy melts, and a little "fairy sparkle" for that tera shimmer. ✨ We'll be snacking on these and co-streaming the Pokemon Presents on Twitch, I hope you'll join us!
