A few months ago, I commissioned Dylan Teague, a Comics artist, to draw his own version of Sigyn. And here is the result. Doesn't she look AMAZING??? :D

So sorry for being gone so long, i kinda disappeared into the struggles of school and work this year (survived) and honestly for the summer i completely shut my brain off and just rotted in my bed ( (it was amazing) don’t recommend though if you value having a brain )

The IMPACT and ART of Into The Spider-verse then got me going again but its been slow. but honestly the moment i begin to draw its like my life goes back into balance with everything.

I still love Logyn, wish i would have practiced anatomy more though during the summer because Ive been longing to make more action filled , fluent, character driven art with Loki and Sigyn, i feel like i make them so stale also i barely make backgrounds😭

Also there so many years old artworks that i either still have not completed and honestly should because my iPads storage cant take it anymore 💀

If there’s anything that been harder then sticking to one art style while drawing the same characters over and over again, its figuring out how to draw lokis fucking hair!!!. I don’t know how other artist do it.

You have no idea how many attempts i have made and fully completed before realizing that its either not working, or i want to switch from drawing AOS Loki for Avengers Lokii and then drop them both for loose long hair Lokiii. before i just decide on one that gives me the least headache.

thinking about Sigyn pregnancy with the twins

in context of the punishment toward Lokis and Angurbodas 3 children, Hel being cast into the realms of the dishonorable dead. Jormungandur being thrown into the sea. And Fenrir, only being a small pup who’s adorableness saved him, was taken to Asgard as a pet. this all happened after Odin had a vision of the children of Loki ( who was already unfavored by the Asgardians not helping his kids reputation ) and the vision showed how they would ultimately bring the gods downfall in Ragnarok. So without trial, they were punished, for a destiny they had no clue of and appearance and heritage they had no control of

besides how Angurboda was kicked out of the story with NO closure as to what opinion she had on this situation.

this leads me to wonder about Sigyn and her sons she had with loki, and what exactly is the timeline in Norse Mythology ?

because i can’t imagine the stress that this must have been from Sigyn's perspective, if she was already pregnant during the punishment of Hel and Jormungandur or already a mother. After Fenrir grew to big for Asgard and was tricked to be tied down, did she or her sons have to witness how harshly the Asgardians are ready to deal with a child of loki that they can’t control anymore? and what kind of pressure does that put on raising your kids, that might grow up to be just as much of a stick-out and become magic users and shapeshifters in a realm ruled by the same guy that ordered the punishment of your step children.

also since Fenrir grew up in Agard, did she or the twins even interact with him !?! 😭
