Crown Chakra

Crown Chakra also known as Sahasrara, Shunnya, Niralamba Puri connects Spirituality, Spiritual Communication, Awareness, Consciousness, Wisdom of what is Sacred, Ecstasy and Bliss.

The Crown Chakra is the seventh chakra of all the Chakras and is located on the top of the head or just above the head sitting like a magnificent crown radiating upwards. It allows us to move away from material needs to higher states of consciousness and keeps us in touch with the Universe.

Sahasrara means “A Thousand Petals”.

The Crown Chakra represented with the color white and deep purple. The Aura of the Crown Chakra can be gold or white.

The Crown Chakra is associated to the Pituitary, Pineal and the Hypothalamus Glands. The Hypothalamus and Pituitary Gland work to regulate the Endocrine System and is also associated with the Brain and the Nervous System.

If blocked you may be controlling, suffer from depression, insomnia, excessive sleepiness, migraines, greed or biological clock issues. if it's stuck open you may be obsessive or open to Spiritual interference. If it's imbalanced, it can lead to Dementia or delusions, being closed minded, boredom or frustration.

Rebalancing your Crown Chakra

Meditate imagining a white light illuminating through the top of your head, filling your body then swirling around you, connecting you with the Universe.

Eat nurturing, wholesome foods and spending time in the Sun will also help to heal the Crown Chakra as well as using Selenite, Clear Quartz and Amethyst.

Black Tourmaline

The name Tourmaline comes from an ancient Sinhalese word “turmali” which means “a mixed color precious stone,” or “turamali” which means “something small from the earth.”

The most common type of Tourmaline is Schorl. It’s black or dark enough of the blue that it looks black. The name Schorl was used before the 1400s and is named after a town in Saxony, Germany where Black Tourmaline was first found.

The Needles of Schorl is also found inside Clear Quartz and when this happens, it’s called Tourmalinated or Tourmalated Quartz. Tourmalated Quartz is known as a symbol of good luck and is worn when specific good luck is needed.

Tourmaline can be electrically charged just by rubbing it or heating it. When it’s charged, one end becomes positive and the other negative.

Metaphysical Properties

Ancient witches depended on Black Tourmaline to protect them from Demons as they performed their rituals. It’s still known as a Talisman of protection and a Psychic Shield.
