Because izuocha is fucking boring.
Cute, but boring as fuck in my opinion.
It's because Katsuki and Izuku had so much development, character and relationship wise, that makes is so much more interesting and better.
It's because that no matter what these two occupy each others minds 24/7 and are willing to fucking kill some one if the other where to get hurt.
It's because of the fact that Katsuki was always striving to be better than Izuku but he looked up to him as well, and the fact that no matter what Izuku never hated him even for the stuff that he did to him.
"BUT HE TOLD IZUKU TO KILL HIMSELF!"
Please shut the fuck up.
Katsuki took accountability for it, apologizing to Izuku for everything he did and the way he treated him. He didn't ask for forgiveness, he understood if Izuku made the choice to never forgive him.
But Izuku did.
Also, Izuku didn't really give a shit, and while yes it did bother him he never took it to heart.
He also never hated Katsuki for it.
Izuocha never had development, they just liked each other, but I think Izuku lost feelings but that's just my opinion.
No hate to the shippers though.
It's just that BakuDeku will always be more interesting and have more development.
