Oxford’s started to grow on me (finally). I start work this Monday so wanted to loiter around one last time before life gets serious. Went to pick up my card (serious stuff) then stopped by the botanical garden in oxford to immerse in some sun ☀️

Here are some of the paintings I did in school. I used to be so shy about showing them and didn’t think I was good enough at all. They are not perfect but looking back now I wish I had more confidence and trusted myself more. Now that I have stopped painting completely, I feel a sense of loss and longing for my past self who was so creative and artistic.

I am excited to share the launch of the first batch of The Jericho Candle collection which has three scents - bergamot, lavender and honey+vanilla. It is so sunny in oxford so walked around taking pictures of the candles against scenic backdrops.

I had a really productive day 😎

Started off strong by working on job applications, then went on a rampage to organise my apartment and finally, made my first candle ✨

Visited Scotland in January. Crocheting my way through the coldness of February.

Went for a long walk around oxford city centre, tried to get brunch at magdalen college but failed, saw a pretty sunset, made pulao for dinner — overall a 10/10 sunday

Another sunny day in oxford. at this point this page is a repository of oxford when it’s sunny. On a side note, attended a seminar today to remove myself from the misery of applying to jobs.

It snowed in Oxford and this is day something of applying to jobs. I went out for a hot second before the snow melted.

Applying to jobs is never easy especially since the chances of being rejected are so high in this shit economy. Nevertheless, have to keep trying. My goal for 2025 is to be the better version of myself and that includes working towards a better life - applying to jobs and getting over rejections
