sys shit that my sys does

- when one of us is front stuck, the freq frontiers take turns helping them out by fronting with them and taking most of control— that way they can have a break when they get overwhelmed (in a way)

- communication can be hard so sticky notes are our best friend. our room is littered with them

- we keep small keychains / plushies in our pockets or bags when we go out. if a little front / cofronts, they can have a comfort object if they feel overwhelmed

- freq fronters have separate playlists bc of positive triggers. we try our hardest to prevent those cuz they’re annoying asf

- personal belongings in our room are labeled with colors, we all know our colors. if something is labeled with your color, means it’s important for you/someone wants you to see it. helps with dissociative amnesia

- everything that we NEED to do, we keep on a visible place. for example, meds on our nightstands (BOTH of them, even if they’re the same meds) so either way that the fronter wakes up, they won’t forget
