a few rules i m trying to follow :
- water, coke zero, black coffee and tea only. other drinks=food
- (not a healthy rule) smoke one cig before the meal and after
- every meal consists of two handfuls of fruit or vegetables, one handful of carbs, a bit of healthy fats and a palm of protein
- steak is 100 times better than cake
- 10k steps everyday minimum. 20k is ideal result.
- take vitamin supplements
