I hope this series catches I bit more the magic of ATLA. Hopefully it didn’t (and won’t) have to deal with constantly being at odds in the network. Only thing I a little worried about is the avatar in it is right after Korra really wish there was 3 to 5 more in between. I like Korra, it had some cool ideas that it struggled to cash in on partially because of the whole having to fight the network thing. but one of the things that was interesting is this overarching question of what it means being the avatar of this new industrial world. So having a couple more people after Korra, who had to deal with the decisions she made in her series would be kind of cool, especially since she’s the start of a new avatar cycle.

Ciel head canons

Weapon: Joyeuse, high Tech large Atlesian handgun that shifts into a saber with a hard light blade

Semblance: Hype time . Ciel can speed her perception so much that everything else around her moves slower. Great for plotting out her next move or taking aim for shots.

Ciel’s family is originally from mantle her grandfather join the Atlesian military and was very successful moving the family to Atlas. Her mother, Terre, was a high ranking officer before she became an instructor at Atlas Academy. Her father, Mer, was a huntsman who died in a Grimm attack. Her mother is very strict and her to become a perfect solider. Ciel was the one who knew being a penny’s team was an assignment, but still kinda formed a bond with her just because how genuinely friendly Penny is. So seeing Penny get ripped apart during the festival really did a number on her for multiple reasons. One was the thought. She failed her assignment even with that weighing on her, she still was a huge help and evacuating Atlas Academy students during the fall. After that she was granted a position as a military Huntsman.
