download the app "mood potatoe". after filling in your mood for the day and the reason why you felt like that the app will ask you for 5 reasons you are grateful about. instead of that write down 5 things you wanted to binge and look how damn good you do everyday with avoiding binging

I wanted to do a food/weight diary!
So i started at 60 kg / 132 Ibs three days ago, im now at 56,8 kg / 125 Ibs what is a great start but thats most likely because i fasted most of the time but i hope that wont be an issue!
Todays food:
potatoe vedges (less than 100g) +143 cal
spinach (100g) +28 cal
going on a walk (1h) - 132 cal
= +39 cal
i wish someone could be proud of me likr i am proud of me for eating that less wow

Some tips and facts about sport
-if you struggle with doing sport because you are too lazy (like me) do in bed workouts. i know- that sound dumb at first but you can do many things in bed like crunches, leg lifts, sit ups, planks (they are even harder in bed)
-dont do sport directly before or after you eat. if you feel like moving after you‘ve eaten something, go for a walk. Doing hard workouts will only make you feel bad
-sport > starving.
-look at before and after pictures of women/men that started to do sport. This could be you. Its so easy babe.
-if you are new at doing sport start with jogging/running. this helps you to have a better endurance for your workouts.
-if you struggle with drinking enough water sport can be your livesafer, it makes you thristy.
-dont trust „lose 100/200/300/.. kcal“ workouts. what a workout does for you depends on your body, your weight and height.
-give yourself little motivation treats to do sport, after working out for five days in a row you deserve it. With treats i dont mean binging, i mean for example (or what i do) drinking a sugar free low calorie energy. The ones from Monster only have 13 cal on 500ml. you deserve it after a hard week of working out baby.
-be proud of yourself. You worked out 2 days in a row? amazing love. you wanted to workout for an hour but got dizzy so you only were able to workout 30 min? im so proud of you sweetie.

-The second person i opened up to told me im s psychopath and that im fucking ugly
-My Therapist told me im too fat for an ED
Im too fucked up to recover. Just need sum friends who also wanna lose weight.
Fuck it i will lose weight i dont care what anyone says, its my body, so i can controll it.
