His transition to his "low carbs diet" was made easier with the help of #natureslovehomemadegranola
It was mid December of last year when a good friend of mine Jordan Gono decided to take his weight loss journey and included 2 of our signature products : Homemade granola and Granola parfait to start his diet.
After 2 1/2 months, to my surprise he sent me his latest photo and could not believe how much weight he'd lost. Take note, without getting sick or experience of weakness. I asked him what did he do and if our product helped him in any way, and he certainly said "pang bungad ko sya sa ginawa kong diet" and "malaki ang naitulong ng granola".
His transition to his "low carbs diet" was made easier with the help of our very own #natureslovehomemadegranola He made it his meal substitute instead of eating rice per meal. Until little by little he was able to cut out his excessive carbs intake and reached a stable minimal calorie consumption as evident in his before and after photo.
As a product developer of #natureslove I am humbled and thankful for the trust and opportunity to help and be a part of someone's journey to self improvement and healthy lifestyle. Thank you so much and keep it up!
TGBTG! 👍☝️🍃🌻🌼🌹🌸🌷💚 #healthyfood #weightlosstransformation #weightlossjourney #healthyfood #vegan #naturalingredients #healthydiet

While CARROT is rich in antioxidant that fight against free radicals which promotes certain diseases... not to mention it's contribution to a natural healthy glowing skin. Take note, no chemicals, no artificial flavors, no side effects. All fresh and natural straight to your gut. Again when it comes to health never settle for less nor make it your least priority.
We all want to reach our goals and dreams to its full potential and in order to do so we must aim to stay healthy and fit to live well and longer so we can enjoy the most of what life has to offer. Self love is the key. 😘❤😘

VEGAN but not VEGAN

Statistically speaking
Unlike in the Western and European countries where VEGAN is already widely known and accepted, here in Asia specifically Philippines, only 0.7% of the total population is purely VEGAN. (see reference on the link below)
Mostly were vegetarians without labeling themselves and some I guess fall under the category of just living healthy or this one I recently saw in YouTube that labeled her channel as "Healthytarian".
As for Me

Call it however you like, in my case I would probably classify myself as a NATURE LOVER. Be it in food, place and products when it's naturally made, it twinkles my eyes and is a music to my ears. Although I admit that when I discovered VEGANISM in the beginning I thought it was merely just a more strict version of a vegetarian. Until in my further research I knew that they have a thing on ANIMAL CRUELTY and is the very reason for their emergence. So I told myself, hold on, I like everything about vegan, especially how creative they were in creating healthy meals out of all plant based without compromising the taste - except that they have deep sentiments about eating animal sources.
Biblically Speaking
Since we belong in different parts of the world with different cultures and beliefs, in my case I have no issues with animal cruelty as for VEGANS have. Well, primarily because I was born and raised an active Christian and growing up it is clear to me that plants animals were created by God for us to consume as written on this particular verse:
Genesis 9:1-4 New International Version (NIV)
God’s Covenant With Noah
9 Then God blessed Noah and his sons, saying to them, “Be fruitful and increase in number and fill the earth.
2 The fear and dread of you will fall on all the beasts of the earth, and on all the birds in the sky, on every creature that moves along the ground, and on all the fish in the sea; they are given into your hands.
3 Everything that lives and moves about will be food for you. Just as I gave you the green plants, I now give you everything.
4 “But you must not eat meat that has its lifeblood still in it.
It says we can eat everything God created except for blood or anything with blood in it.
Clarification :
This blog genuinely have no intention of mocking any VEGANS out there, in fact I believe in the idea of PLANT BASED SOURCES and WHOLESOME FOOD and I assure in this blog more than anything else, RESPECT in every individual's belief is spared with perfect empathy.
So why blog about it?
Simply because I am more happy than I ever was since the emergence of these group of people advocating healthy lifestyle, healthy alternatives, promoting locally made products, and helping local farmers to sustain their living. Just Genius! Again if we will take it from the roots our food and medicines were all plant derived so what could be better than consuming whole than processed right?
I decided to blog just like others to create an awareness and convince more people number one, to appreciate what God has created for us, two, to maximize and enrich everything we have all in its natural state because it is when its best at, and finally, it is no doubt that it would prolong our lifespan enabling us to enjoy life to the fullest and for that I'm sure you would agree that's something worth sharing to as much fellowmen as possible.
The Label
I didn't blog to put a label on anyone as VEGAN, VEGETARIAN or what so ever, I blog to support this growing group of people who values the Nature and the Almighty Creator.
Muli, maraming salamat sa oras at pagkakataon.
(Again, thanks a lot for the time and chance given.)

GARLIC YOGURT DIP
The benefit of making from scratch
Ever since I started opting to a more wholesome diet, I make it a point that I make my own recipes from scratch whenever possible. Apart from the benefit of choosing the best ingredients, self fulfilment and greater satisfaction is definitely achieved. I used to buy store bought sauces and dips for my salads and chips.. not knowing how much preservatives, artificial flavorings and sodium I'm taking in to my body which we all know in the long run could be a main culprit to serious health condition.
Bloggers made it easy!
Thankfully a lot of bloggers nowadays are generous enough to share their recipes over the internet that makes it easier for us to create our own and following them as our guide. And so in this blog, I decided to share this simple recipe as well to let you know that it doesn't require any chef skills to make such a healthy snack accompaniment. In fact you can turn an ordinary snack dip to a gourmet-ish one in guaranteed no time at all. So let's do this!
Ingredients :
Plain yogurt or Greek yogurt
Finely chopped fresh garlic
Chopped fresh dill
Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure :
You can just mix this all together in a bowl or pulse it in a food processor and voila!
Your Garlic Yogurt Dip sauce is ready!
In my photo I baked some sweet potatoes and peeled some pomelo for my afternoon snack.
So again I'm leaving you a tagalog word :
"Maraming Salamat "
(thanks a lot)

Who are we not to be?
Finally after a long wait of trying to weigh out things about starting a blog, what will be my concept, what I want to represent, how will I present and my core values and main goal of publishing one.

Well of course like so many other, I must admit that I'm kinda hesitant to start a blog because of the following reasons :
○Overwhelmed with the growing population of blogger's community to the point that some would be branded as just WANNABES. Unlike decades ago where bloggers appears more legit and have credibility. But come to think of it, social media way back was not as popular as it is now. Access is easier, different platforms were available not to mention how popular YouTube is right now that it could channel you to the blogger's website.
○Intimidated with the current famous bloggers. I mean who wouldn't? They've been the standards of most aspirants and I thought it's terrible to be called a copycat so again it made me think twice.
...and the list goes on. BUT!!! if I have reasons not to, obviously the reason why I was able to push this through is because of my compelling reasons :

○Who am I not to be? I'm always a believer of "whatever you can conceive, you can achieve." also am a fan of DIVERSIFICATION. Learning different things other than your field of expertise. Lastly, I remember someone says : "sing if you are a singer, write if you are a writer, just simply follow your passion.
○There's no better way of helping people but to share your own experience and make them learn from you and be guided by you even in the simplest way. They say that never share something unless you benefitted from it. 'Guess you know by now why I decided to share.
○I've been a victim of social media misuse, like I posted my anger, sadness, negativity, lameness haha but yeah we all come to a point where we grow and mature, learn from our mistakes and be our better versions. So it is somehow my way of deleting those past by changing how I use social media.
○I am always humbled to hear people telling me that I inspired them and so if that's the case, then I want to do it more often. That way I'm adding value not only in other people's lives but to my own as well.

So much about my reasons, bottom line is I just want to be a part of these group of people who chose to make a difference in making this world a better place by educating them to be more environment friendly, improve self-care, to create and express.
So there you have it, a simple blog intro of my very first one. By the way my blogs would be mostly about healthy lifestyle, my homemade products that I'm selling, environmental awareness, testimonials, featured blogger, sometimes travel and food and others alike. Thank you for reading, and until my next blog, I'm leaving you this tagalog phrase, "Hanggang sa muli kaibigan! " (until next time my friend) 😘
