To everyone who serves as the supportive, stable one in their friend group: I am proud of you, and will always be. So are your friends, even if they don’t directly say it.

It can be a lot, mentally and emotionally, to be willing to help support others burdens. Know that you are able to let down that load every once in a while, whether that means ignoring your phone and listening to music or reading, or confiding in someone your own anxieties. You are valid, and so are your concerns and worries. It’s scary to reach out, but your friends will be willing to support you in the way that you were there for them. They’ll be happy to.

It’s okay to be the one asking for someone to just listen.

And if they turn their heads at that, that says more about them than it does about you.

Emporio Ivankov is really strong, just in terms of support and versatility.
