since school starts tomorrow this is going to be my new routine!
- fasting from 5pm to 3:30pm the next day minimum!
- max calories 800/900 still not sure :3
- workout 2 times a week minimum
this worked for me in the past i lost 7 pounds in one week ^^ (without working out)
