So like a lot has happened in the last week

I was gone from Saturday, the 19th, to Friday, the 25th, at a Catholic work camp where I helped homes outside. It was Thursday when I ended up in the ER from sun poisoning, extreme dehydration, and one of the worst chronic pain spells I have ever been through

I was 10 hours away from home and absolutely terrified, my parents weren’t with me and I had never gone to the ER in a different state before

I ended up being driven the whole 10 hours home by an amazing family who were also headed home, to which I am eternally grateful

But unfortunately I am left anxious and stressed from the whole situation, still unable to manage a normal heart rate and breathing level. I can’t even eat without worrying of throwing everything up and going back to the ER

I’m trying to get back a sense of normalcy but it’s proven quite difficult, all I want to do is go back home to my DR and not be in pain anymore

Idk why I’m sharing this but I needed to say something because so far I’ve just been stuck in my own head. My parents seem to think the whole event affected them more since they couldn’t be with me, but part of me feels like it’s unfair because I was the one being pumped with fluids in an unfamiliar state filled with unfamiliar people.

They want me to get over it as fast as possible, and I’m trying, but I can barely breath properly and I’m in constant panic mode due to my chronic anxiety

To make matters worse, my period came and now I’m in more pain

I’m just so done with this reality, I want to go home, to be at peace, be with my family and have my damned wings back

My parents rummaged through my closet too, and now they want me to clean my entire room and donate a lot of things that make me happy

I collect plushies because it heals my inner child (I was raised to be an adult quickly) and my parents think collecting “things” isn’t good and that it’s just clutter, even though they mean the world to me

I’ve been thinking of permashifting for a while now, and I honestly think it is my best option for the sake of my own future

To whoever reads this, you don’t need to provide sympathy or anything, I just needed someone to actually listen to me

My First ESSA!!!

After getting the results from the poll I made yesterday, it was clear Julien is well liked!

I decided that I would cave and finally bring him home with me, and when I went to Walmart to pick him up, there was only one of him left! I was so happy I almost cried, I got so worried he would be out stock 😭❤️

I made him an ESSA tag from a base I found here on Tumblr! I will tag the OG creator who is very talented :))

Weighted Plushies !!!

I really love weighted plushies since they help with my anxiety, especially on the road or in public spaces. I have one weighted plushie, a polar bear I named Graffini, the only problem with it is that an ex friend gave him to me and I have very upsetting ties with those memories, so holding him brings back those memories, even though I try to differentiate the plush between the person since the plushie did nothing wrong

I’ve been looking into different weighted plushies and I have found a couple that I would love to add to my collection and I thought I would share!

Also if anyone has any suggestions on weighted plushies please comment or tell me!! (Just a disclaimer I’m allergic to lavender so unfortunately most weighted plushies are scented, if there are unscented ones that would be great!!)

I found him in Walmart one day and I picked him up and he was so soft!! I loved how he was the perfect weight and he is so cuddly! I was thinking of making him my first ESSA, I even found a sage green collar for him! I couldn’t bring him home because I didn’t have enough money, but I’m hoping to get him soon!

(the next few are gonna be primarily hug a lumps because they are so cute and soft!!)
