Additional details:

He's a member of the Decay of Angels and is sometimes seen by Fyodor's side. He's, what they call a loyal dog, carrying out every task given to him without further question (if the task came from Fyodor).

He has a younger sister, Kiyoko who is a member of the Port Mafia.

He's still a w.i.p OCs so there are a couple things unexplained. I also haven't finished reading the manga and I haven't fully understand how the DOA works just yet
