Xenboy is a term that combines the words xenogender, enby, and boy. It is intended for people who wish to highlight being simultaneously xenoic/xenine, non binary, and boy. It can apply to persons with any number of genders, and can also be used to encompass fluctuations and overlaps between those identities.

Full identification with xenine/xenoic, non binary, and boy is not required, though at least a partial identification with all three is a defining aspect of Xenboy.

The flag is free to use and no attribution is required, but to those who wish to post it with credit my twitter handle is @eboyrights.

I am open to some feedback on the term and the flag. ^-^

im thinking about this post again and how i lich rally got harassed ina. public bathroom because some homeless cis guy thought i looked a tiny bit too feminine. i had a typical boys haircut. my t had given me a mustache. i had a voice like a younger boy. i looked like any regular middleschool boy (given thats a few years younger than i am but eh ive always looked a little young.)

i looked like any other emo wannabe kid my age:

he followed me into the bathroom when i went in after my gal friend, saying shit like “are you a girl? why are you in the mens room? you arent a boy are you?” and i did the reasonable thing any guy would and ignored him. then he followed me TO MY STALL and continued talking to me and knocking on the door </3 while multiple ppl told him like. bro who cares the kids just pissing. leave them alone. HE GOT SECURITY CUZ SOMEONE WAS PISSING AT THE BUS PLAZA. BRUHH.

New term: Liminalgender!

A warm gender related to liminal spaces. It is detached and void-like due to neurodivergence and/or trauma. It may it times feel like it doesn't exist or only partially exists.

Can be combined with different modifiers in relation to alignment, such as liminalboy, liminalnonbinary, liminalgirl, etc if wanted

Cis people who grew up in the 50s/60s/70s/80s/etc. insisting that trans people weren’t “a thing” when they were growing up really are something.

Anyone who knows anything about history will know that the world has never been kind to LGBTQ+ folks.

The reason you might think being trans wasn’t “a thing” when you were growing up may be because being trans has always been a taboo thing amongst countries with a Christian majority.

Therefore, trans people were silenced and forced into hiding out of fear of being arrested, killed, or worse.

My mom is one of those people who thinks that being trans is this new thing, when in reality, now is just a much safer time for trans people (in the U.S. at least) to be openly trans.

It’s still dangerous, don’t get me wrong. But with the internet and easier access to support groups (depending on where you live), you’re more likely to find people you can be yourself with.

So no. Being trans is not a new thing. If it were, then elderly trans people would not exist, Stonewall would not have happened, and trans youth nowadays would not have access to resources.
