SURRENDER..... There is NO war..... How many times do we hear "just surrender"? It is so much easier said than done! I am living proof of this......I have lived an internal WAR filled with complete and utter discord for long enough! I finally surrender........ I have been on an amazing journey to self love and healing for as long as I can remember. My soul has never stopped growing, loving and learning because that is what we are meant to do in this lifetime! We are called to be authentic and vulnerable (which really sucks sometimes!) because it constantly pushes us forward. So with my mindset of ambition and drive, you can imagine how hard the concept of surrender really is for me! I have wanted to push past the plateau of 98 lbs for a long time......... I just wanted to hit that 100 lb mark so badly!! I fought it and finally surrendered to it..... I accepted my own rhythm and stopped fighting it....... I finally have not only accepted but truly LOVE my body! I finally feel comfortable in my own skin which has been a lifetime of growth! Today I can proudly say with tears of joy and utmost gratitude I hit the 100 lbs club!! Yes I have released 100 pounds of pain and suffering from my body....... I can't begin to express the feeling of freedom this evokes! But I could have NEVER accomplished this without the awe inspiring love and strength from my lover of all LOVES.....JESUS!! ❤️❤️🙏🙏 He builds me up when I feel down, restores my faith and hope when I feel discouraged, and comforts me like no other! I am so eternally grateful for a merciful grace extending saviour that is my biggest love and support ! Body::: fueled by Isagenix. Drive and determination::: fueled by Jesus! Synchronicity...... There you go again..... Constantly surprising me!! 😍😍😍❤️❤️❤️ Since starting this inspiring nutrition school, I have had sooooo many divine "in sync" moments! I totally had no idea that today was "no new module!" (Every week they release a new module on line for us to learn ) After the crazy busy week I had last week, I felt rushed to get my work done and really wanted more time to reflect and soak in this amazing life-changing information we are learning! Then...... I got this email!! The school announces there will be no new module this week. The work required:: self care, nurture and catch up time! And God knows we ALL need to practice more self-care and self love in this thing we call life! Seriously what other educational system in the whole UNI will build self care in their curriculum?! I am sooooooooooo obsessed with this amazing school!!! And #IIN for the record, massage already scheduled today, already went on a long walk this am, and had prayer time with the lover of all LOVES--#Jesus. I have an abundance of gratitude for all of the amazing blessings God has poured and continually pours out on my life! I am so grateful to be a vessel that serves an amazing mighty God! Feeling FREE! Doing what you want...What your soul truly desires. Living with gratitude, intention and awareness. So many people have been trapped into thinking they have to go with the status quo..... Do the JOB or career that pleases others instead of listening to the call in your heart! Working a dead end job and living the rat race of life just to mask the pain with alcohol, drugs, food, excessive consumerism, TV, and social media. Comparing themselves, being unkind to their bodies and spirit. I know because I did the same thing! While I was blessed to have a career I loved, I still masked the pain trying to be someone I wasn't! I have been a self taught personal growth junkie for 23 years! I mis-used my energy and treated my body sooo poorly both physically and emotionally! Well this led to DIS-EASE and had such an adverse affect on my spirit that I was forced to start living an alternative healing lifestyle. 6 years ago I started really using essential oils, eating more plant based and raw, detoxing, meditating, and just being more conscious. 3+ years ago I started feeding my body the best nutrition and exercising regularly and released 98 lbs. I am more energetic, alive and joyful than ever before! It definitely wasn't always this way.....I was at rock bottom 6 years ago! I lost my business(bankruptcy after the economy crashed) , my house and my car! As a single mother this was not exactly the best feeling in the world! I was 300 lbs, smoked cigarettes, drank too much, and never exercised! But he one thing I NEVER lost was HOPE! I ALWAYS had faith in God to see me through! And HE ALWAYS provided for us! I am in better health than ever, have a thriving business again, starting dream career education for health coach, and live an extraordinary life! While this has been such a journey, I wouldn't change a SINGLE thing! This has shaped and created who my beautiful soul is today! This was all made possible through My love and faith in God! So I am here to say YES you can have a life YOU want to create! YES you can have it all! It is all about a mindset and most of all #faith and #hope! #awareness #abundant #IIN #vegan #yoga #personalgrowth

WAKE UP call for sure!! This is so sad what our governmental agencies call acceptable! The standards are so low that it is is a crying shame we allow this! We, the people, have put our trust in the government and FDA...... But it is KILLING our world! I have been reducing the toxins from my life for the past 8 years for sure!
