Cut 2013. Starting March 15
I suck so bad at posting. Haven't really had anything to say anyway, just been bulking and training hard. Current weight at 81.5 KG (179 lbs) around the same bf % as before last cut. So that is 3.5 more KG then before last cut. I have Increased the weight in pretty much every exercise by 20-25%, so I have聽definitely made so gains. My new goal weight will be 68. Would be even better at 67 but I know how horribly slow my weight loss goes under 70 kg so the goal is 68.

Bulk progress
Bulking update :). Current weight; 75kg (165 lbs). Aiming for 80 kg by the end of march. Been missing out a bit on the gym due to stupid work hours but will adapt to that aswell. Feeling more motivated than ever right now. No excuses聽
