The first pandemic of the 21st century is due to the novel influenza virus in 2009 with the appearance of fatal MERS-CoV in 2012. The emergence of the novel COVID-19 is sudden with a rapid outbreak. Its emergence was first observed in Wuhan in December 2019. This virus continues to cause life-threatening effects to the human due to lack of proper immunity in human beings which is the reason for its novelty.

The scientists are hoping that a viable vaccine will be available by the end of 2020 with more than 160 possible COVID-19 vaccines are under investigation. A variety of different methods are being explored and there is hope for cooperation between small vaccine companies and large medicines companies that can generate them massively. The U.S officials announced that they will conduct phase III clinical trial of vaccine from three companies: Moderna Inc., AstraZeneca, and Johnson & Johnson. The vaccines from Moderna and AstraZeneca are already being tested in individuals, while Johnson & Johnson announced that it will start testing in July.

According to the International Diabetes Federation, almost 400 million people in the world suffer from diabetes and this figure is projected to grow to almost 600 million by 2035. For several years, researchers have been escaped from understanding the root causes of diabetes. The key is usually understood as to how the immune system leads to the destruction of valuable beta-islets cells in the pancreas of type 1 diabetics. And the stem cell research directs a new way for diabetes treatment

A healthy diet and immunity has a strong relationship with each other. Carbs, lipids, proteins make a diet best for immunity and every diet containing these components in the required amount of the human body is considered a proper diet for proper functioning growth of the human body. Mineral and salts are also very important for electrolyte maintenance for brain functioning. If ions are disturbed it will disturb brain functioning causing nausea and irregular movements of muscles.

Researchers say that this drug had been used to treat corona patients and almost 5000 lives could have been saved. And the major benefit this drug provides is to poorer countries for the treatment of corona patients.
The trials were done by a team This drug is the world’s biggest testing trial to cure various diseases so the researchers at NIHR use this drug as a trial for corona patients and the results are remarkable.
The low dose steroid dexamethasone is used to treat COVID-19, which is a major breakthrough in this pandemic situation. The patients on ventilators got treated with this drug and it reduces the risk of death from Oxford University and in this about 2000 patients in hospitals were given dexamethasone and 4000 were those who were not being treated with dexamethasone. It reduces the risk of death from 40% to 28% in patients who are on ventilators and for patients who need oxygen; it reduces the risk from 25% to 20%.

Some British Research scientists start this technique in Early 2013 and they convert successfully some ordinary computer file format into DNA saving data and at that time they announced that as the passage of time Sequencing and synthesizing of DNA’s price is going cheaper than the dream of Biological storage come true.
DNA has thousand times more capable of data storing as compared to the storing devices we have nowadays, as its not a new way of science in nowadays for storing the data in DNA but in its early days synthesizing of DNA (Replication) and Sequencing of DNA (A,G,C and T sequence formatting) was very very costly as many researchers are doing work at this technology only for there pleasure

Considering Human development, healthcare system capacity, and internet access, Pakistan is one of those countries that are susceptible to Covid-19 due to lack of vigilance. Pakistan has only 9.8 physicians, almost five nurses to take care of patients and only 6 beds to treat them for every 10,000 people. Pakistan allocates only 2.8 percent of its GDP on the health sector. This level of preparation depicts how defenseless Pakistan against this pandemic.
